I'm surprised you didn't get Cal's take on what happened to Shiver. I would have thought that would have been the first thing you did. Especially since Enyo made a point to tell him something was wrong and left him in charge.

"I'm sure you will see me fight all too soon. No, Cupid's arrows are not like that. He feeds off of lust and if I'm not mistaken his arrows are just as deadly as any other ones. Although Eden's arrows are made out of light. I believe the Cupid you are thinking of is the fabled one. This guy is nothing like that." She pulled the door shut as they left the office.

"I am getting tired, aren't you?" Enyo asked trying to stifle a yawn. They walked down the hallway to her door. "Thanks for taking my mind off of things. Shiver and I grew up together. She is more like my sister than friend. Tomorrow I'm going to find the guy that did this to her. I'm going to try to do the right thing but it's times like this that make me think that if I wanted to. I could be a hellacious bad girl if I wanted to be. But that would also mean that my sacrifices were for nothing. So I guess I have to be good." She leaned over and gave him a hug. "Goodnight Kyle."

Enyo went inside and kicked her shoes off and grabbed a blanket off of the back of the couch and lay down and slept there.

Ari shook her head. "Head south is all I can tell you. We'll check towns out on our way. We have enough for at least a week or two easily." She said as she lay her head on his shoulder. "Malik? Where would you like to live? Anyplace in particular in mind?" She smiled as Archie put his head on her lap pushing her away from Malik. She laughed as the wolf edged up front and sat between them and lay on her totally blocking her from doing more than barely touching hands with Malik. She looked at the wolf and laughed at him. "Archie! You are terrible." She said laughing at the wolf.

She couldn't help herself she blushed when he called her beautiful. "Well thank you and yes, Come with me to the office and we'll get your comlink and I'll show you how to use it. God folk? That sounds totally weird. We are just like you except we are from other worlds and age slower if at all. You missed my show and tell tonight." When they got into the office Enyo remembered the desk she broke earlier. "Crap! Okay here is your comlink." She showed him how it worked and how to call her over it. "As far as sparring with you, I can't do that. Especially if you don't have full control over your powers. I've killed men when I sparred with them. Some of them were powered and some weren't. I won't risk your life. I've fought Thor before if that helps you understand why I can't." She saw the disappointment in his face. "I can help you learn to control your powers better though."

Enyo actually chuckled at that. "You do know that those books are fiction right? We fight the bad guys when we aren't fighting each other. Sometimes it's at the same time. Sometimes people get hurt or killed and there is nothing we can do about it. We sacrifice a lot in this job. Some of us were born good guys and we have to help retrain the ones that weren't." Enyo looked sad for a moment and then it was gone. "Shiver sacrificed a lot tonight. It shouldn't have happened. I should have gone with her. I didn't know she was going anywhere."

"So what else do you want to know?" She said wiping her eyes.

Enyo heard a soft knock and she walked across her living room and opened the door quietly. "Hey Kyle, um come on in." She walked to the bedroom and shut the door quietly.

"Want something to drink?" She grabbed a couple of soda's out of her mini fridge and tossed him one. She sat on her couch. "Sit down. What's on your mind?" Enyo hit her comlink. "Henry did Donovan go back to the cells?" "Yes he is here and he is still griping about the bracelets." "Okay, thanks."

"Sorry, I almost forgot about him."

Yeah, this rp moves fast but it's worth it. All sorts of crazy stuff happens in here. Shiver teleported out to go find Rey. He should have been back and she realized he was still not there. She was mostly drunk and forgot she was in a bikini. When she got to the bar a man with an anti power aka antimeta bracelet slapped on her wrist. It instantly negated ALL of her powers. She was instantly as helpless as any human girl. The guy picked her up and carried her to an abandoned building where he beat and raped her. The bartender who was a friend of hers sent someone to follow the man who took her. She was found only a couple of minutes after and she was taken to the hospital.

Enyo being the person she is called Shiver and getting no answer she went up to the war room to locate her on comlinks. Finding she was at the hospital she left Cal in charge of the HQ and went to the hospital. She took the bracelet off of Shiver and calmed her down and talked to the cop. She took Shiver back to the HQ to her own room so she could take care of her. Enyo told everyone what happened after turning off the music. Feeling highly destructive Enyo went outside and ran and sparred with Velocity after she destroyed a few random things in the HQ. She just went to check on Shiver and found Omega holding her as she slept on him.
