My therapist mentioned referring me to a psychiatrist for anxiety medication, then at the next appt. said it wasn't a good idea as it doesn't the issue. I would've loved the temporary relief though...

Started calisthenics today; not to lose weight, but to get toned and get a little stronger. It's a 5x/week type deal ChatGPT drew out for me, but my snap, crackle, pop knees sure do love to complain..

Grayson fixing something and Amy sitting by looking bored.

OMG you gotta do Amyson!
She was just about to take off her comms device when Grayson chimed in.

"Hey, how you feeling?"

"I'm doing alright," Amy replied, walking to her bed to sit cross-legged on one of the edges. "I'm not sick anymore but I don't know, I feel a little bit weird." She look around the room as she talked to Grayson. For some reason, she liked to take in the little details on the wall, the desk, etc. It may be boring for some, but for someone like her, who had been blind for years, it was still entertaining.

"So I'm guessing you'll be done soon, right?"

Amy then stood up again just as quick, walking over to her door to head out. For some reason, she felt a hint of anxiety, but she attributed it to being alone in her room for longer than she was used to lately.
AJ is going to sleep in a bit, not enough to be late, but she's not going to be up as early as the others. Should I wait to post, or is the next "update" going to take place once they're in class or something?
The ringing in her ears was slowly fading, but getting her sight back was a longer process apparently. With no idea as to her opponent's exact location relative to hers, Rosalie started her attempt at another swing of her staff but something came down on her shoulder pretty heavily, the impact could have very well killed her had it made direct contact with her head and she didn't have her gear.

Fucking hell!

But there was no time to cry about the pain. Rosalie activated her armor to launch herself away from her opponent, quickly realizing that she needed to gain some distance or she could end up in bad shape. But as her back hit the wall, Rosalie launched herself in the general direction of her opponent, her staff pointing straight ahead as her sight produced somewhat of a silhouette of her opponent.
I have no issues posting, just going under the assumption that there'd be some sort of update so we can work off of that. But I mean, let's see who's still interested.
Still interested.
When Amy arrived back at her room, she noticed the water bottle and note under the lamp. Setting her toiletries down on the table, she picked up the note to read it. So it seemed as if Stryker wanted to have them practice their shooting. Fair enough, it never hurt to be too prepared, especially with how often they went into battle, or at least, they used to.

Amy looked around the room for a while, deciding that it was best to just go out there and be in the company of others. She wouldn't achieve anything in bed, and given that they'd just woken up not too long ago, it'd be especially hard for her to fall asleep again.

Anticipating she'd be doing some work, Amy put on a black pair of leggings, a white t-shirt, and a gray sweatshirt. She pulled her short hair back into a ponytail, although inevitably some strands would just not cooperate and just fell behind her ears, and she headed out to go to the med bay and get some medication, the water bottle Grayson had left for her in her hand.

Once she took her medication, Amy headed across the hall to the armory, seeing some of the other team members but not engaging them as to not have to answer any questions.
AJ opened the box with a quick shrug. She tossed one of the packets to Garrett before reaching for her own.

"I'm as British as they come," she replied with her back to him. "I've been told that I have some Eastern European in me, but I can't really confirm or deny that claim."

With the anticipation of having some oatmeal slowly creeping in, AJ grabbed a bowl and a mug from one of the cupboards. She headed over to the sink, excusing herself around the small crowd that was blocking her path. It was a bit odd having to navigate around so many people in a not-so-large space. Granted, she was fine in school as well as a shopping mall, but this was her home now, and being an only child, she definitely got used to the peace and quiet at home as a result of her father being away and working long hours.

When AJ reached the sink, she placed the mug underneath the faucet to fill it with enough water for her and Garrett. She then walked over to the microwave and placed the mug inside, timing it for a minute and a half. "I've got water in there for the both of us," AJ said before opening one of the packets and dumping its content in the bowl. When she was done, she turned around and leaned against the counter, her arms crossed in front of her as she addressed Garrett. "I may be wrong but we certainly have quite an interesting mix of nationalities here, wouldn't you say?" AJ went on, quickly glancing over at the new guy who'd just stepped inside the kitchen and made quite the entrance. He caught her eye, but she wouldn't dare to be caught staring. "It's safe to assume that we have students from all around the globe. But with that said, where in America are you from?"

Genevieve Marceaux - Warehouse

Genevieve quickly nodded upon receiving Judah's order that she follow him into the building. With her adrenaline flowing, she quietly stepped inside, sliding on her glasses and being instantly drawn to one of the guards who was perceived to be the biggest threat to team at the moment. The job wasn't hard as she swiftly moved up behind the ridiculously tall man. Genevieve kicked the back of his knee and as he went down, she grabbed him to put him on a choke hold. The man tried his best to break free, but eventually his body went limp and she let him go as his unconscious body toppled to the ground.

"Good boy, stay down..." Genevieve whispered, seriously impressed she had managed to pull that off. As she knelt down to reach for the guard's weapon, she was alerted of someone else approaching from her left. Genevieve turned her head just in time to see another guard taking a swing at her, and actually following through. She fell onto her back, feeling quite concussed and with a bloodied lip. No sooner was she attempting to shake off the attack when she found herself pinned. It was then that her opponent realized he had made the terrible mistake of going after her. Genevieve maintained a tight grip on his wrists as her cut disappeared and transferred over to him. When he fell onto his side a bit shaken up, Genevieve got up and kicked him in the jaw, more than likely killing him.

She then walked off to meet with the others, not bothering to look back.
