B r i e f B i o : For the majority of her life, Akira Hanako was a dilligent, studious, upright child. Though she was very quiet and socially anxious, a small circle of friends 'took her in' and she enjoyed her education, even if she has always had a hard time expressing herself. Martial arts was always an interest of hers, if just for the beauty of it. Her life changed though, slowly turning towards the bitter. Feelings of inadequacy, restlessness, and resentfulness began creeping up from within. Akira began receding into herself, growing more socially disconnected from her friends and eventually her parents. She became flippant, dismissive, sometimes even angry. Her parents didn't know what to do, had they done something wrong?

Akira, seemingly desperate for purpose, became obsessed with Demons and Demon Slaying Corp. She was tired of this life, of her parents, of her boring regular school. She wanted more out of life, and she started working on her martial artistry. Total Concentration Breathing, particularly the Breath of the Wind. Free, chaotic, uninhibited. The wind can go wherever it wants, with no cares in the world. All Akira wanted to do was fly away from her boring life, after all. Eventually that was what she did. No longer caring to burden her parents with her increasingly hostile nature, the 14 year old decided to abandon her childhood home and take to the streets to fend for herself. Akira is quite adept at Total Concentration Breathing despite being a self-trained amateur, and thus when she went looking for trouble she usually came out the other side quite handily. She learned to be strong, independant, quick on her feet. She realized though, that she was lonely and ultimately purposeless, despite being free. So she travelled to the Demon Slaying Corp, the almost forgotten obession of her youth, to finally maybe be good for something. At that place Akira finally believed she found the purpose she was looking for- annihilating demon scum. Fighting was all she was good at anyway.

❀ 1stForm Dust Whirlwind Cutter : Akira holds one of her blades forward, the other in a reverse grip. Dashing forward, she becomes a spinning clock wise cyclone of blades in a radius one foot longer than the actual length of her blades.
❀ 2nd Form Rising Updraft : Akira holds both of her blades in a reverse grip. With a single counter clock wise spin and a jump, Akira can jump up to twenty feet and glide safely to the ground.
❀ 3rd Form Cross Slash Hurricane : Holding both of her blades forward, Akira slashes in a X shape infront of her, creating a devastating pair of air blades that have a ten foot range and launch Akira ten feet backwards. It is less effective when done from neutral- it's regular effectiveness comes after Akira has used one of her other techniques, converted her spinning momentum into the Cross Slash Hurricane.

^{B l a d e D e s c r i p t i o n} : Akira wields two wakizashi blades. Based off of her dual wooden batons she used to use in her youth. The entire weapon is about a foot and a half long, with the steel itself being 12 inches long. There are two tassels attatched to the bottom of her pommels, being green in color. This is the color of wind, and represents her reckless and carefree nature. She often acts on her own accord and is usually a loner because of this. Her persona, like the wind, can be harsh and biting. Fleeting, indecisive most times, singularly focused and destructive at other times. However, when the wind lets it's guard down and relaxed, it can be warm and inviting, or cool and refreshing. But don't tell Akira that last part. All she cares about is the liberating and dangerous nature of the wind.

Spatial Awareness:

Akira ran away from home when her disagreements with her mother became too great for them to live peaceably. Homeless for a while, Akira didn't keep her head very low. She got into street fights often, and though she puts on the front that they attacked her first, or they disrespected her, usually it was some poor bastard was getting picked on, mugged, or otherwise attacked, and Akira intervened. Over the course of the year she lived by herself, she learned to constantly watch her back and look over her shoulder incase someone is coming up from behind. In her fights, she was often outnumbered, and the enemy often tried to get behind her for an advantage. She picked up this skill over the course of her many street scraps.

Akira possesses an advanced ability to sense what is directly behind her. This allows her greater spatial awareness, allowing her to not solely rely on her otherwise mundane eyesight and hearing. This is why her fighting style so often allows her turning her back completely to her opponent- since she can detect their movements perfectly anyway. It is still less effective than eye sight, but it allows her to be a bit more wild and free with her fighting style than she would other wise. Spatial Awareness means Akira incorporates spinning and ther unorthodox moves into her fight style- since the opponent can't take advantage of her temporary blindless to them like they would normally be able too.

hello it is me, person.

You're review kind of inspired me to re-evaluate my character a little bit, and thus I changed her backstory. Now instead of revenge for her dad, her parents are alive and she is more just kind of a bitch to people for no obvious reason. But she is searching for identity and purpose and feels isolated, misunderstood, and useless. So she's lashing out at the world and searching for something to put herself to good use, you know? I have the previous version saved if this one doesn't make sense. I guess I just wanted to give her more room for character growth. But I made changes to clearly explain her attraction to Breath of the Wind.

I got rid of any mentions of Muzan because I don't know if that's a secret or what role that thing plays in the lore. I assumed Muzan was like, a villian known to everyone like demon hitler or something. my mistake.

Anyway, I changed Akira from someone looking for revenge to someone looking for identity and purpose. What do you think? Is that okay? Sorry if I sprung this on you, I can change her back and just make small edits.

Emily found herself in the backseat next to Akasha. The little witch was probably more brainwashed than Number Two was. It was a strange sensation, to realize one's own conditioning and not be able to do anything about it. To know that Antoine was a meaningless, snivelling little cretin, and yet for her heart to soar with happiness whenever Antoine was proud of her nonetheless. An appreciative smile, and she was wrapped around his bony little finger. He was her handler, and she did what he told her too do. Those were the facts of the universe, eternal and unchanging. Like gravity, the sun, and the swelling of the oceans.

#2 looked disconcertedly over at the cat-shaped backpack. What the Hell was in that thing? The brunette guessed it was a bomb of some kind. Explosive? Biological? She bit her lower lip nervously when the pink-haired teen started going on about the end of days.

"All mortals? Christ, hope the bomb's not really that big." She joked, using shit wit to hide her nerves. "At least your genocidal murder plot isn't bigoted. That's refreshing. It is 2023 after all; terrorism is egalitarian now."

She began messing with her right bracelet, the accessory suddenly too tight for her wrists. Big ass bomb. Creepy little girl. Military base. Cowboy hats, sombreros. Tasteful company. This whole thing didn't sit right in her stomach. January in Texas. Cool in the shadows, warm in the sun. Too much dirt and gravel. The brunette rolled her wrist, flexing her fingers. When the car pulled to a stop, Number Two hopped out and adjusted her shorts and tightened her belt to fortify against any wardrobe malfunctions. She flattened out and tightened her shirt as best she could, pulling the collar back up to her slender marble shoulders.

Exposed. That's how she felt. Inside a military compound and out of random car comes the freak show. "Fucking clowns in a clown car." Number Two complained to the air.

"A kawaii cat girl, a wannabe vlogger, and a basic white bitch walk into Fort Hood. Sounds like the start to a shitty joke. Only question is:" Number Two closed the door to the car behind her, the smirk on her face losing it's humor. "Who's the punchline?"

^{B r e a t h o f W i n d} : Akira channels the power of Wind in her breathing style, increasing the cutting power of her blades and allowing herself more freedom of movement.
❀ Form Dust Whirlwind Cutter : Akira holds one of her blades forward, the other in a reverse grip. Dashing forward, she becomes a spinning clock wise cyclone of blades in a radius one foot longer than the actual length of her blades.
❀ Form Rising Updraft : Akira holds both of her blades in a reverse grip. With a single counter clock wise spin and a jump, Akira can jump up to twenty feet and glide safely to the ground.
❀ Form Cross Slash Hurricane : Holding both of her blades forward, Akira slashes in a X shape infront of her, creating a devastating pair of air blades that have a ten foot range and launch Akira ten feet backwards. It is less effective when done from neutral- it's regular effectiveness comes after Akira has used one of her other techniques, converted her spinning momentum into the Cross Slash Hurricane.

^{B l a d e D e s c r i p t i o n} : Akira wields two wakizashi blades. Based off of her dual wooden batons she used to use in her youth. The entire weapon is about a foot and a half long, with the steel itself being 12 inches long. There are two tassels attatched to the bottom of her pommels, being green in color. This is the color of wind, and represents her reckless and carefree nature. She often acts on her own accord and is usually a loner because of this. Her persona, like the wind, can be harsh and biting. Fleeting, indecisive most times, singularly focused and destructive at other times. However, when the wind lets it's guard down and relaxed, it can be warm and inviting, or cool and refreshing. But don't tell Akira that last part. All she cares about is the liberating and dangerous nature of the wind.

Wind Sight:

Akira ran away from home when her disagreements with her mother became too great for them to live peaceably. Homeless for a while, Akira didn't keep her head very low. She got into street fights often, and though she puts on the front that they attacked her first, or they disrespected her, usually it was some poor bastard was getting picked on, mugged, or otherwise attacked, and Akira intervened. Over the course of the year she lived by herself, she learned to constantly watch her back and look over her shoulder incase someone is coming up from behind. In her fights, she was often outnumbered, and the enemy often tried to get behind her for an advantage. She picked up this skill over the course of her many street scraps.

Akira possesses the unique ability to sense what is directly behind her. This allows her greater situational awareness, allowing her to not solely rely on her otherwise mundane eyesight and hearing. This is why her fighting style so often allows her turning her back completely to her opponent- since she can detect their movements perfectly anyway. It is still less effective than eye sight, but it allows her to be a bit more wild and free with her fighting style than she would other wise. Wind Sight means Akira incorporates spinning and ther unorthodox moves into her fight style- since the opponent can't take advantage of her temporary blindless to them like they would normally be able too.

Breath of Wind is a canon fighting style, but Rising Updraft and Cross Slash Hurricane are moves I came up with to give her a bit more personal flair. I did some research on the show, but obviously I'm very open to criticism.

The art is based off someone named Ayame from Tenchu, I never played it but I like the design so I went with it.
