This 'well if it was me' argument isn't really very useful because it wasn't you. I would hope we aren't getting in the business of telling people how they should feel.

I am very open minded when it comes to viewpoints and opinions. I will hear someone's side of a story before reaching a conclusion.

The rules are relation to each other, when things get snarky, people get negative. That person happens to be me this time, OPs have feelings too.

But lets not blow this out of proportion, no one has sworn or called anyone names. This is still just a discussion and I hope we are mature enough to treat it as such and keep it this way.

I'm sure you are an open minded person, but in this particular situation you have clearly already come to your conclusion about what happened, and who was in the right and wrong, and how you think the situation should be handled.
