Ruby Jean Nightwatcher is an alicorn with a human form, coming from a version of Equestria in which there are two special beings: The Lord of Chaos and the Lord of Order. When one of these dies, they reincarnate into another pony, and Ruby Jean is the latest in a long line of them. Isis Dynamo:

Isis Dynamo, daughter of David and Ma'at Dynamo. Isis was the result of a genetic experiment in which David Dynamo tried to save a prototype "frame" (the basic structure and design) that would have remained unused and likely scrapped. Thus, using his own and his girlfriend Ma'at's DNA, he filled the frame with the genetic information necessary to complete this structure. Because Isis' frame was speed based, Isis can move incredibly quickly, quite easily capable of breaking the sound barrier. Isis also maintains control (albeit not total control) over atoms. She can shoot individual atoms, possibly causing a nuclear reaction, or take individual atoms from beings or things. She doesn't have the ability to exercise absolute authority over atoms, but her ability comes in handy, coming into play when needing to do high amounts of damage/irradiation, creating unavailable elements, or getting from point A to point B extremely quickly. Isis is somewhat sheltered by her father and may occasionally butt heads with her mother.
