The Secret Police force I'm introducing is the fact that my second minion is a stealth assassin type.

So, the Secret Police are Laozi/Taote's guys?

You know, Dream King could probably notice Emily's mind as she slept, and that'd tip her off about him, which then would lead her to go to the capital and gather information about him.

Maybe. She probably hasn't thought much about shielding her mind from psychic intrusion, and as she's in a nice, proper sleep she'd probably be subject to Reginaldus' powers. I'll put that into my next post.

OK then. A secret police force for the Cypriots would be a little redundant, considering that Reginaldus is more than capable of assassination and reconnaissance throughout his entire kingdom without mortal agents to mess things up. P.S. In updating the compendium, I just remembered that you have a Rogue Construct, Cav. Don't forget that, too (although meeting a Keeper may take some work). P.P.S. Anyone know where 0011001 has gone?

Do I have to create imps with posts, or can I just have them in one post?

Technically, you're meant to use human servants/slaves. If absolutely necessary, you could get away with transmuting humans into some imp equivalent (which is what I have observed Cav has done for The Flesh, which is understandable because there is little or no believable way to get humans to work for that abomination without dying). If you have no means of obtaining human help now, what you could do is build your Heart yourself (at minimum you can find some shack/cave and enchant some rock and call that your Heart, although you might do something fancier with Runes), then create minions to go enslave human workers. If you are near the Ashmarch or Kythnos, then enslaving some of their inhabitants or tricking them to do your dirty work would be easier than the Cypriots. Hey, you could even break out a bunch of prisoners/slaves from those people and put them to work as your own. Of course, you could always go the more traditional route of simply enslaving villages and, until you get your own industry going, pillaging all supplies from villages, but that would have the drawback of drawing a lot of unwanted attention rather quickly. You may be able to get away with snatching a few individual farmers, provided you somehow shield their minds from Reginaldus' detection. Considering that Emily and co are aware there is someone who pries on them in their sleep, they may consider it a good idea to shield their Dungeon from such intrusions (using Runes, probably), which would incidentally serve the purpose of hiding workers too provided they don't escape. These are just suggestions, of course. Ultimately it's up to you how you want to tackle it.

I was thinking more like Wisp Spirits. Bodiless entities that could posses humans if there where humans to posses, but if not where rather useless aside from their ability to float and for emply to see what they can see. The possessing thing could still keep with needing humans, just slightly less hassle to keep them in one space.

I would say that would be okay so long as there's limitations on the possession deal, such as making it so the wisps are stuck in the one they possess until the human's death. Maybe they even die with the possessed human.

Even Srutr the Fire King can't posses more than one person at one time.

Possession and other forms of mind control are perfectly valid means of obtaining slaves.

She is heading towards Monolith now. Should I make a compendium entry for her imp class Sung Spirits?

They are minions, so I'd assume so.

Sung Spirit, Blank: These small, wisp-like creatures are called blanks because they have no element to their name. Nor do they have a body, or any special ability beyond possessing humans and sitting alongside the person's mind. Once inside, they can encourage loyalty and obedience in a person, as well as giving them slightly less than twice their standard physical aptitude, but can't force the person to do something against their own values, like kill their family.

I've added it to the Compendium. I've also given Reginaldus an entry. I guess what we need now is for other people to post. @The 42nd Gecko, you had some secret underground organisation thingy you were thinking about, yes? @Cyclone, will Mogotheddon ever reach the surface, or is he just going to sit in his cave all year? @Lugubrious, I can't wait to see your monster plague expand some more. @0011001, you still have your pirate guy. @Duthguy, have you forgotten about us? @Kangutso, how's your Keeper idea coming along? This new notification system is so handy.

In Reginaldus' wine cellar is the best place to have a Dungeon Heart. Because then the cellar becomes a Dungeon and has all the defences, as well as it having the defences of the city, and his palace.

I think Reginaldus will definitely notice if a Keeper takes residence in his palace.

Thats the whole idea. The Keepers are obviously a threat to Reginaldus, what with him being alive and all. So if the one Keeper who wants nothing more than to eliminate all the others where to bring that to the king's attention......
