You need to go inside the Sanctuary and talk to the NPC's. They'll heal you up, and I'm assuming that the Black City isn't so abandoned that they don't have NPC's manning the basic facilities... But that's Windel's call, not mines.

So @Unlucky0013 you might have just gotten healed by a Player posing as an NPC, and the Sanctuary might not be active. Otherwise get ready for more Outlaws swarming your position, cause a lot of them just died.

So I'm making a post ATM, but it might make my character come over a bit OP. Is it OP if my character kills about 7 outlaws, even though he is sniping them from a very long distance and using his shadow clones? Also, the outlaws are low levels, so like 1 or 2.

Lower it down to 2 or 3. Unless they're fool enough to go somewhere with no cover, they aren't just going to stand around as they get sniped.

So I'm making a post ATM, but it might make my character come over a bit OP. Is it OP if my character kills about 7 outlaws, even though he is sniping them from a very long distance and using his shadow clones? Also, the outlaws are low levels, so like 1 or 2.


If I remember correctly, you're Level 3 right? That should be fine since the Outlaws are clearing out anyway. Just note that Outlaws are Outlaws for a reason. They won't sit idly for you to shoot them up.

well, its not hard to notice the bullet going through youre friends head... I mean, if your teacher's brain sudenly exploded, youd take notice

... and if it exploded to the right, then the force came from the left

And if Outlaws work together, maybe they'd warn their buddies that there's a sniper hunting them? Instant messaging is sorta a nice thing.

There's careless and there's stupid. The only reason you should be able to clean sniper all seven of them before they could even bother to head to cover is if they not only are in an area completely voided of cover (Which is really stupid since they should know that makes them open to snipers) but also AFK. And since their conscience are transferred into Deep Ground, that's not likely. Even if your shots are silenced (Which they're not) they're going to hear the pops of your rifle. And this isn't like in some stealth games were you can kill a enemy right next to his buddy and he wouldn't notice. They'd have to be very, very stupid to just sit around panicking if someone dies.

Now maybe they were careless to go into an open space without cover. But they'd have to be very stupid to stay there as soon as they see their friends drop, unless you're shadow clones can kill all seven of them before they return to the (relative) safety of the city.
