They are raiding and arresting pirates. You either hide or fight. Knock some skulls around to annouce your character's and I will introduce the more powerful opponents to fight. Some of you may be GM power grouped together for lack of enemies.

I'd leave the final decision up to a GM. some people have listed techs, others don't. It's not like you can't make up a new one if the situation calls for it, so long as it's not a complete ass-pull though. Like, if Zell used a rapid-flurry technique, even if you hadn't listed him as having it, that's reasonable.

On the other hand, using his power to form helicopter blades and start flying might need a bit of training and a suitable moment of inspiration or desperation.

@zellected In your Logia's case, I would say yes.

If it's, for example, J8's glass paramecia you can see it's basic shape formation without going into extreme sizes. I think you mostly have to clarify the limits and probably avoid the shonen power ups because 'friendship'.

I didn't feel the need to list my character's specific techniques because fishman jujutsu specifies a wide range of water-based techniques and I figured I'd be coming up with techniques as the situation requires. It felt a bit redundant to be honest.

Hmm. I wasn't going to make it required but if there seems to be general consensus that we should have a list of techniques then go for it.
