I spent longer on that post than was really necessary. Sudden writer's block/brainfarts are annoying.

@gcold, how many feathers would a single hawk yield that would be suitable for potion making? I'm working on a transition post and Utu's been busy again.

That's just in game. And there's variation even in the same kind.

My only gripe with rolling a die in this situation would be, how is counting the feathers on a hawk a game of chance? I say we just give him 12, not every day a man catches a bird with an arrow.

Interestingly enough, I do like Arabic music, although knowing the difference between the two, I do not know. Where I went to high school, I had several muslim friends. There were a good group of them too, almost fifty in each year, freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior. I learned how to do my own henna, and how to wear a hijab. Which actually has come in handy, because during the cold winter months, I have tied a scarf around my head like a hijab, and it's much warmer. If I see a muslim woman wearing hijab, I always smile at her, and tell her I like her hijab. The smile is worth it, as they're not expecting a white woman like myself to say such things. I feel like they're judged enough in America, a friendly word couldn't hurt. (:
