EDIT: CS has been modified slightly and updated with stuff. Nothing huge, but a few differences, including a change of callsign because the old one was corny and silly.

To be fair, that call-sign sits nicely with me. I can imagine Aleksandra being a no-bullshit person, and it was nice to read it over once again, definitely making her sound pretty fucking hardcore- the appearances both work well together now I read it. A bullpup Pechneg is also interesting, because in Russia, a bullpup MMG is a sound idea :) Makes for a...well, a very close-in heavy weapon. A bit different to Merlin's LSAT, which I would think is likely to be handled in his hands like an assault rifle, but with a belt, just due to how light it is for an LMG and his figure.

Thanks though! The goal originally was to make her sound both hardcore but not like something out of an ultra gritty FPS game, and with y'know, an actual personality - though I eventually decided to establish that through IC stuff instead.

And that was part of the logic, yep! I personally would be less than inclined to go and take it into CQC because the concussion alone, even with a small suppressor on the thing, would probably end up killing everyone nearby if used in confined spaces... because, well, touching off a 7.62x54R in a small room...

New call sign, Volkov and "She-Wolf", it goes well....it's not that she's gritty, it's the fact that in her own right, she's a badass woman, it sounds strange, but it would appear in her gear that she wouldn't be heavily feminine (though dem boobs maybe?)- so I agree on that one. There's a personality in there, and it definitely comes through. With a Pechneg Bullpup, if you absolutely need to murder everyone in a small area with lots of thin walls, it'll do the job really well. Not so good for hostage situations, mind.

Merlin in turn is an interesting one- while I would say he has elements of Voodoo shamelessly thrown into his character, he's a pretty unique one as far as I would have run him, being a weathered and hardcore motherfucker. Bearded, mountain of an individual, and a certain kind of attitude that is frightening if faced in the wrong way; he has this sharp mindset that can do his job very well, yet at the same time, kick people's heads in when the red mist descends, apply a level of violence that is maybe a little questionable. He has got a heart under that, but he still has this absolutely driven mindset to fuck people up, in whatever way works best at the time.

She can be feminine, but you're correct there. She won't be appearing on a fashion magazine anytime soon. She's much more a, "Kick in the door, interrogate the fuckers." Type than the "Knock twice and talk nicely" type. Good to know her personality comes through though, I want to avoid just playing a female version of the usual FPS game gritty 30 something guy with short cropped hair and unshaven stubble >.>

She does have boobs though! Generally she binds 'em down for action, but during downtime...

She's packing some assets.

I will admit I keep expecting Merlin to light a cigarette and monologue about something in a gravelly voice about something from his past. His image just gives me that vibe >.>

I didn't actually pick up on the voodoo bit, but now I can't help but imagine him burning incense and eating a doberge cake, b/c N'awlins.

The rest of his personality I got though, it comes through very clear. He's quite interesting.

Well. . . I've been away for a little while, haven't I? I sincerely apologize for that. I'll get a post up tomorrow evening. I'll go ahead and say Theis will probably head out with "The She-Wolf." Military service didn't give him much chance to see the UK.
