Katherine is now head of what is basically the Disciplinary committee! Student council.

If you thought Livia is one for democracy, you were sorely wrong :D

This is her academy, and she'll run it the way she wants too ;P
There is a council of teachers though, that oversee the day to day mostly. They do run most of the things, but Livia does have the final say in decisions~

It's okay, she might need to recruit people to be the other members. . . Like Medaka Box :D

Katherine should totally hire Lukas, because we definitely not only need a student council that takes requests in an unorthodox way, but a chivalrous pervert who won't be afraid to dish out damage on disrespectful delinquents day after day due to their dirty disappointing nature!

I dunno.

I don't think we even had one in highschool/college.

It's not really a student council thing anyways. Livia basically just gave Katherine the job 'make sure everyone behaves and follows the rules, or stab them violently with your dolls' xP
