Appearance:
Standing at just over 5'5, it is likely what earned him his nickname. Despite initially not being very sporty, he maintains an average build, mostly due to a healthy diet.



Personality: Darius didn’t seem very social due to his constant level headed and sometimes cold attitude, often trying to hide his emotions. He, however enjoyed getting to know people and was always ready to help if the need arises. After losing his best friend he grew somewhat bitter and cynical for a while. Not long after he returned to his old self after accepting what had happened. Not entirely however. He now has a habit of viewing most situation he finds himself in as satirical manner and won’t hesitate to drop sarcastic comments at times.

History: Darius was born in Russia and raised by his Russian father and American mother. They moved to Ashton when Darius was just a few months old and as a result of this he never learned Russian.

Most of his early life remained largely uneventful. It panned out like the life of any average Joe. He went to school, met people, made friends, then high-school, met more people made more friends and so on. Most of those friends were the kind of friends you had just because you saw them every day in class. As soon as a vacation or something similar started, it was like Darius didn’t exist to them and they didn’t exist to him.

During his time in high-school he discovered video games through some friends which is what prompted him to go on studying information technology. People often told him he had knack for all things PC related.
During this time he got a part time job, earning just enough to afford an apartment of his own. It soon became a necessity when his parents decided to move back to Russia.

It was during his college time studying IT that he met what would become his best friend, Steven. Despite initially not having similar interests they somehow got along amazingly well. The two were suddenly like brothers and indulging in each other’s hobbies. Steven picked up gaming, while Darius joined the archery club Steven was part of for quite a while.

Every weekend they would go to the archery club meet ups and the rest of the time they would spend playing video games.

That was until one eventful day at the archery range. One of the student from that same college joined the archery club. Fateful circumstances were set in motion that day starting with the new student arriving late that day and skipping the safety briefing in the process. The safety briefing that included the fact that nobody should be letting arrows loose while the already fired ones were being retrieved.

It was an accident waiting to happen and sure enough, just as Steven was on his way to retrieve arrows the new guy shot another one at the target. The arrow however never reached said target. Darius' eyes widened in shock as he watched his friend collapse to his knees then slump over, with an arrow sticking out the back of his head.

Steven survived. The doctors explained the arrow didn’t penetrate too deeply, but it was deep enough to make him slip into a vegetative state.

Every Saturday, the weekday Darius and Steven used to go to the archery meet-ups, Darius instead visited his friend in the hospital, hoping he would one day come into his room to see him awake and well. It’s been one year since that day.

Age: 27

Gender: Female

Appearance: Ms.Carter is a tall and full figured women who walks, and talks, as though she's in charge, because she is in charge. She keeps her dark natural curls down most of the time, with the only exception being when she is drawing or writing. Her dark eyes are almost as black as though night sky, but her skin is as warm as summer. She's been told that she shouldn't wear colorful lipstick by more than one passer-by, and of course this only fuels her love for bright lip-stick, anything to piss off haters. She wears other make-up too, though it tends to stay more 'natural'. She always wears heels and high fashion to her work, but at home its band T-shirts and sneakers.



Personality: Ms.Carson has two main emotional states: in school, and not in school.
In school she is a very assertive person. She keeps her classroom organized and her classes orderly. She demands respect, and students oblige. As a teacher she's either loved or hated. Her overbearing personality can make it hard for trouble makers to pass her class, but anyone who bothers to try their best is bound to love her. She never loses anything and grades fairly quickly. She remembers all her students names, whether that's for better or for worse. It's obvious though that she cares very much for all of her students.

Outside of class she is almost a whole nother person. She goes on long walks with her dogs, and hikes, and camping trips. She loves to photograph everything and when she's not out adventuring she's scrap booking writing or drawing. Her home is cozy and just as organized as her classroom, just the way she likes it. She's really a very nice person to other adults and an outgoing person. However it's still not the best idea to get on her bad side. She's forgiving up to a point but if you're just a jerk she's going to call you out then avoid you. It's a "three strikes and you're out" kind of deal.

History:
Magdalene Carter was adopted into a family with split heritage. Her mother had been born in the united states just like she had, but her other mom had just immigrated a few short years before then from The Dominican Republic. Mary Ann Rice and Joanna Carter had met on a family trip and became friends then dated for years long distance, after Joanna came to the US she stayed with Mary Ann for a few years. The pair got along as best they could in America as lesbians, they got a civil union and the rest is history.

Little Maggie never even knew having two moms was different, let alone that she was, until she was almost ten. Most kids were awful about it. They teased her about having two moms, and then when she grew tougher skin they went on to tease her about whatever other thing was convenient. Joanna used to always be calling the school, yelling at the principals to do something, her English garbling the angrier she got. They family ended up moving a lot, but the bullying was always the same.

Freshman year rolled around and Maggie didn't talk so much any more. She'd always be tired, sleeping on the bus, and in school, and then after school. At night she lay awake wondering if her own silence was worth the quiet it finally brought to her life. She didn't know it but she was spiraling deeper and deeper into a depression built by bullies from the ground up.

High school was the hardest time in her life. Feeling uncomfortable in her own skin and unloved by everyone around her she tried to commit suicide. She very nearly died that day, late into her sophomore year but in a stroke of luck Mary Ann came home early from her day job and found her baby girl in time to save her life.

Maggie was in the hospital for a long time after that, and then in metal therapy for even longer. But if one good thing came from the whole experience it was that by the end of high school she was beginning to love herself for the first time, and she knew what she wanted to do.

She picked up the pieces of her high school career and glued them all back together. She ended strong and graduated already guaranteed into the college she'd wanted to go to most. She got her teaching degree and her first job as an English teacher. After all those years she was loving her herself, and life, and living her life to the fullest.

Appearance:
Henry stands at about Five foot Seven inches with an average build and some decent strength to him. His hair is dark brown on both his face and head. The hair on his head being rigid and loose, and in desperate need of a cut. He's Caucasian and with little physical labor his skin has turned very pale.



Personality:
Hunter is overall a caring and easy going person. Though he tends to be a bit of a smart ass, and is lazy when it comes to tasks he has little to no interest for, including work that he feels progressive or repetitive. In terms of intelligence, he can speak with decent grammar, though has a bit of a southern touch to his voice when he does speak.

History:
Hunter grew up at several different locations across the east coast, the longest points being in the north at birth, and in Florida for most his teenage years. Growing up his family was very much a military family, with at least a third of his family serving in at least one branch of the armed forces. Including his sister, and himself.

Joining the National Guard at the age of nineteen, Henry felt he could take on the world. Though despite most efforts he never made it past basic training. Between his smart ass comments to him commanding officers, being late or missing several drills, and overall just being lazy, he was kicked out. Despite the minimal training he had received, he had learned no discipline. Making most that training he gained, useless, unlike his sister; she was promoted to Sergeant.

After the armed forces didn't work out he attempted working as a security guard, with similar results. The only difference this time was he made friends with a fellow guard who knew someone, who know someone, who know someone, and so on, who was able to get him a job working on a cargo vessel. Though not the most exciting job, at the age of 22 Henry was off to work. Most of his time on the mainland is spent in an old camper to prevent having to pay for a motel when he arrives back to the states, or to avoid paying for a house when he is away for months at a time.

At this current stage in life he still works on the large cargo ships and attempts writings in his personal time. SO far publishing one 30 page story about what it's like to suck in the military. Including a short page about how to run faster from your drill sergeant using fear as a pure motivation.

Relationships:
The only relationship he really cares about in this stage of life is his sister. Beyond that, he doesn't get to know people long enough to form any kind of relationship.
