That normally applies in other scenarios, I have seen it before. But when you get to a scale this large, with this much destructive power, it's definitively impossible for any individual bound to a single reality to stop it. There's not enough everything in any one reality to fight an enemy with a multitude of realities's worth of power.

If I'm not misremembering, he can mess with the outside-Existence "stuff." I know that it doesn't interact well with matter and generally drives living organisms to insanity. I theorize that it has a deterioration effect on philotic connections, but I don't have a scientific basis for it yet.

Well, I've yet to hear about this "Isaac" individual, but if he can access interreality space and not be affected, then he at least has the potential to unlock full access to other realities.
