1) No, it applies only in person. Electronics are capable of recording him, and playing him back.

2) See number 1

3) I didn't have things as large as cars in mind when I mentioned him interacting with things. The way I see it, a car is too big for his filter to include.
People will, however, find the driver of the car impossible to recall.

Unfortunately, I think I'm going to have to drop this. My schedule isn't as forgiving as I had hoped, it's leaving me little time for my hobbies. If the GM wants to use Miles as an NPC, that's perfectly fine with me.

Made a quick Jasmine post so @Eyeris isn't locked. I'll post as Zoey again after something relevant happens because I don't want to force her into the scene. She's going to keep manning the counter until otherwise.
