Well before you all go and start enchanting any and everything in front of you, shoot me a PM and let me know so I can let you know if it is approved. As a rule of thumb, I will approve only a few as to keep the crazy awesome power spikes at bay. I work on a principle that if it exists, and is not common nor has it been adopted for full-scale use, then it can not be all powerful or all that available in the RP.

Once the IC goes live, I will be updating the rules list as this cast of characters is more diverse than even I had anticipated. :)

I will create a waiting list here soon, though the first thing I am focused on is getting this IC post ready and up and preparing the story to take shape moving forward. Once I get that up I will create a waiting list, probably somewhere in the first post of the OOC.

I never understood, well to better put it I wasn't aware and still am confused somewhat. What's the normal/enchanted ratio on equipment and weapons?


I mean, all my shit's enchanted because that's just kinda what Sirgala does :V

@NariataI am glad you make a waiting list instead of letting everyone and their grandmother flood into the game at the last minute. A common trend is GMs taking in too many people before they can start the game, getting swamped, and then the overall game crashes. More GMs need to learn that not everyone has to join at that moment in the storyline. They can always be incorporated later as writers drop out or new plots and chapters start. Rps are like an actual journey. I never expect the game to end with the same people it started with. People just drop off.

I've just escaped work myself, exhausted and ready to curl up into a ball on the rug and sleep for twelve hours until I have to do it all over again. And don'tcha worry, I may or may not also have been refreshing the page at regular intervals. I'm sure it'll be up tonight or maybe the next, but hell, I said it before, happy to wait for it to get all that beautification.

Ugh. I'm still stuck here for another hour. Working 10 hour days through Wednesday to make up for leaving early last Friday. Agreed, I'm just itching to write. Used to play a lot of Pathfinder/D&D but after moving and starting work, I don't have the time to search for or participate in a group. Writing has been a great replacement. ^_^ I'm excited to get going, especially with something with a similar tone to those tabletops.

I'm quite interested to see how we'll begin, after all, the circumstances from which all these particular folks come together is dire. Managing to co-exist is the very first hurdle we'll have to surmount before there'll be demon smiting proper.

The only problem I am having finishing the IC post is getting all the characters together. Most of the characters deviated from the same path as each other, and while I should have been on the ball when accepting CS's I may have overlooked this aspect. While this is making it a little difficult to make a realistic and appropriate ending to the first post, I will figure it out :) If it were easy, everyone would do it :D

@Nariata Well, we saw the job and we took it. Could be in posters everywhere or who knows who told them but each of us accepted. Then we met at the designated place at the designated time. Maybe you can add that there was an ambush waiting for our heroes as the enemy had caught wind of this mission and so from the get go we form a bond by fighting side by side.

Just a thought though.

That seems like an idea worth merit Delta. Certainly the different characters have different reasons and context for arriving where they do, I suppose it also wouldn't be too much to ask for us to help out and give what information we can, I sorta used the example post as a prelude of a kind.

I figured it out. The post is 100% finished. Time to grab the buffering machine, and maybe a grinder to trim some fat, and I will be done! Expect it soon.

"And this is where the world saving party of misfits will be meeting. Your provided wagon and mules are outside, see ya there in a week Mr...uhhh son of Cratus?" The old official squinted at his document. "Eh. Mr Mardion is fine. Well, we'll see you there!" With a sudden explosion of smoke, confetti, and candy, the old man was gone. Wizards, right?
