"Right, I'll catch up soon." Homura told Kyoko as she chased after the page. She almost told Endar to stop and remind him that her friend said to stay behind. But he seemed to be strong enough to be of help.

The magical girl turned to those who had followed into the labyrinth, if it even is a witch's labyrinth. "I don't know what's going on.
So if this isnt a labyrinth, blend in or atleast look normal." She told the others turning around to give chase. "If it is, then watch yourselves. Last thing we need is a death here."

And just like that, Homura was off, runing on the rooftops to catch up with Kyoko.

Meanwhile, in the main world, a young child had made an errand for their mother. They made a trip to a pastel purple building, the nearby bakery, and got a cake and some bread. When they left, eating their own loaf, they passed by the clothes store for some window shopping.

"Welcome friends, foes, and hostages to the greatest day of the year, The New Year Eves." Joker, along with Bane and Scarecrow, talking from the balcony. In the yard, there were about a hundred people all tied up and sitting on a stack of TNT that had been wired to the detonator in Joker's hand. Among those hostages are men and women, young (all from 18 and above) and old, people of different religions and races. Some of them are the polices, some are drug traffickers, some are teachers and some are just normal students who are trying having a daily life in this corrupted city. But tonight, they are equal.

After Joker had given a long ass speech before the beloved, dedicated, and panicked citizen of Gotham. He pressed that shiny little red button that he had held since the beginning.



The place where all the tied up civilians gathered is now replaced with a crater about 5 meters deep and at least 15 meters wide. Cone of smoke darkening the area as the amber started to lighten the nearby tree. The siren sound of the firefighters and police echoing in Wayne city. But this time, there ain't no heroes to establish the order in this city, only villains trying to secure as much land they could. Upon the sky, there was no sign of the Dark Knight going to come, to save his precious city.
