I left that vague. Probably 4 years or so. Enough time for almost all the Magical Girls who knew her were replaced.

Retaking @Polaris North idea i do have to say that any magical girl who had been active for 5 years has a chance of recognizing Hag and the fact she ha not changed at all since her withdrawal after a grievous injury.
