Lyubov is quite a shy girl. This isn't due to bullying or anything of the sort- she's just had trouble adjusting to the new languages taught in school, and still has an impossibly thick slavic accent. She's prone to hiding behind taller people to try and avoid having to talk, tends to get excited over dead animals, and has trouble sleeping on comfortable beds. All in all, she's weird, even in a town full of mages. Despite this, she's actually just a little girl with priorities skewed by a rustic lifestyle, and is an avid learner as long as nobody is looking directly at her.
Abilities:
Witchcraft-
A form of magecraft heavily focusing on curses, medicine, and familiars, Lyubov's family has practiced witchcraft for centuries. She is capable of causing misfortune to those who wrong her, knows a great deal of healing magic, and a number of spells pertaining to her hair. Lending credence to the originator of her family's art, she knows the spell of the Apple and Saucer, allowing her to view and hear things happening far away.

Broom Flying-
Witch's brooms are a good deal faster than walking, but as primitive flying devices, there are a number of problems. They are both ludicrously unsafe and less efficient than just riding a bike or taking a bus somewhere. Unfortunately, Lyubov doesn't know how to ride a bicycle, and she's not skilled enough to make a whole mortar or carpet fly yet.

Familiar Creation:
Lyubov's specialty is the creation of familiars. From animated dolls to servitors created from deceased animals, she has over three dozen familiars. Rather than the spirits of dead humans, they are given life by forest and house spirits she summons.
History:
Temne is a fairly common surname in Ukraine, referring to families with dark hair. House Temne, on the other hand, is a small clan of witches and warlocks who, like most Slavic witches, claim to have learned their arts from Baba Yaga herself. For centuries, they were content living out in the backwoods of the slavic countries farming chickens. It was in this backwoods community that Lyubov was raised, far from the comforts of civilization and the frequent terror of Eastern European politics. Her only friends were her cousins and the familiars she created en masse from roadkill, forest animals, mice their cats killed, cats that died of old age- what we're getting at is that she has a lot of familiars. Being such a shy girl, she was quite okay with this. It meant she didn't have to talk to anyone scary.

Lyubov no longer has the luxury of hiding, however. Her family got the invitation for her to learn at an actual school via friends of friends of a cousin's family that moved to Kiev. She's been sent off to Fusang alongside her two older cousins, and the three share a small apartment.
Other: Uses her broom made from yew and a sewing kit with needles made of bone and thread made from hair as mystic codes.

Honestly, your best bet for getting the hanging gardens is poking Gil. Semiramis doesn't suit Alkyrieaze and she's the other person with implausible wealth around. xD

Are you saying I the great Semiramis can't babysit an Ainzbern? Why before you had even learned to SPELL YOUR NAME. I Semiramis Was out waging wars. 

(Oh and I doubt its in semiramis's nature to ask Gilgamesh of all people for a loan, although Gil would probably walk around the gardens like he owns the place lol)

He may ownthe original hanging gardens in there somewhere but he doesn't own Semiramis's, Which ie effectively the hanging gardens on steroids

Also I just realised Semiramis's hanging gardens could be neatly given its own quarter in the city since the hanging gardens has *Buildings* on top of it. (its like a moving town at it's size) So likely certain people with the queens permission could in fact make residence there. As long as they are ok with living inside a moving fortress. Just an Idea.
