Arthur Stanford

Location:Ship -> Cabin

Though Arthur didn't know if he'd be spending the night with Andy or not yet, he opted to at least pick a room to put his stuff down in, at the very least. Nodding silently to the intentions of the rest of the group members, he slipped off towards the different cabins. Immediately, he didn't much much care which of them he got, given that they were all functionally the same, but ultimately, he settled on one of the end rooms. He figured, if people were up late for any reason, he'd have an easier time getting to sleep if there were less rooms around him.

Stepping into a newly claimed cabin, he placed his bag on the desk, and closed the door behind him for a moment. This was the first time he'd really be alone since the death of his sister, and he felt that. Sitting down, and putting his back against the door, he closed his eyes. This was peaceful, in it's own way. It felt like, being surround by some people, his feelings weren't his own, and now that he was here alone, he knew his grief was real. Tears ran down the side of his face, before he dried them. Crying was cathartic, and somehow, it made him feel better, like he was finally letting some of his emotions out.

Andy

Location: The ship

Andy listened to Alannah's explanation and was thankful, sort of. She had no idea what half the things she listed where, and had reached her limit for asking questions. She wanted to slink away and disappear. Thankfully she was given the option when they were told to pick their rooms. She followed Arthur and picked one near his room.

Upon entering she shut the door and hung her bag off the end of the bed, then pulled off her shoes and climbed up onto the bed. Andy took a deep breath and examined the room from her perch. It wasn't anything special, but she had seen worse rooms in her time as a foster kid. She pulled her legs up so she sat with her arms wrapped around her knees. Andy didn't cry. There weren't many tears left.

She could hear the others talking and opening and closing doors and that was okay. It was comforting. She didn't know everyone on the ship, that wasn't okay. It made her nervous. At least Arthur was near, and her brother. Even if he was talking to one of the new people. Andy hadn't spoken to either of them yet. She was avoiding them if she was honest with herself. Andy knew it wasn't their fault, but maybe, just maybe if they hadn't come Ash would still be alive. How much could one person's death change her?

Desdemona Pemberton

Location: The Flying Ship -> Cabin
Skills: N/A

Mona listened intently as the ship was explained and all the questions were answered. At least she was able to comprehend it. She wanted to see it in action now. The others began breaking off to find their cabins and she followed suit. Once down in the ship, she found a room unoccupied and stepped in. It was as good as any, she figured. This wasn't a cruise ship with different levels of comfort. She would have to rough it.

Once inside, she set her stuff down and took a minute to process everything again. She was excited to get going. Anything to get her mind off of the millions of questions still unanswered. And she had people on here she actually liked, which would hopefully make the ship journey go by quicker. Plus, monsters? She was looking forward to that too, oddly enough.

Once she was done ruminating, she stood up and walked into the hallway, wondering how everyone else was getting along.

Kristin Reynolds

Location: Manhattan Bus Depot

Kristin thought for a moment and looked over at Zeke when he asked what she wanted. "Some doritos would be awesome, doesn't matter which flavor so go ham on the choice, and a coke would be nice." Kristin said towards Zeke as she walked into the bus depot, and looked over at the ticket counter. "I know that you cant really see, but some monsters sometimes will appear as normal people so if someone approaches you and you have a bad feeling it's probably a monster of some kind." Kristin told Janelle, she smiled though. "You could use an Iris Message to call your brother and check in on him, i'm sure he'd like to hear and see you." Kristin said, as she walked over towards the ticket counter pulling out some money.

"Three tickets to Houston Texas please." Kristin said as she slid the money over towards the ticket counter clerk who nodded and started to process the transaction, and produced the three tickets. "The bus leaves in about twenty minutes from now." He said, as Kristin nodded and made her way back towards Janelle and handed her a ticket. "We have sometime to kill before our bus leaves." Kristin said towards Janelle as she found a spot close by and sat down. Over in the corner where the vending machine was, Zeke would get the feeling that someone was watching him though the bus depot was pretty filled as well at the moment.

Kiera Donovan

Location: The Argo III, Crew Deck, Kiera's Room

Seeing that everyone was now scattering and getting settled into their own cabins, Alannah looked at Demetri for a moment when he spoke to Jason made her shake slightly when he asked to be roommates. "You might have a hard time sleeping in a small single bed, you'd be more spooning than anything." She pointed out before turning and making her way back up the stairs, before stopping and looking at the two of them. "Also once you are all settled in tell the others to meet up in the galley okay?" She said before heading up again towards the wheelhouse.

Each of the cabins were all identical in appearance, a single bed with an orange bed sheet, an orange carpet, a desk with small chair and a dresser, the windows were small but you were still able to get a good view of the ground below and the clouds. Kiera took a moment as she leaned back for a moment and looked outside for a moment which was a nice little view. Though it would occasionally be blocked by one of the moving oars that helped move the ship through the air.

She then decided to go and check out the other cabins a little bit and see who was settling in on their own, as she started to head down the hallway she noticed Leda looking for a room and gave her a slight smile. "I'm already settled in, did you find a room yet?" Kiera asked, she knew that Leda really didn't like that Janelle the newest camper was out on her first quest already. She took a moment and looked over her shoulder seeing Mona and Rebecca coming up as well and waved towards the two of them.

Janelle Gauger

Location: Manhattan Bus Depot
Skills: N/A

Janelle listened to what was going on around the bus stop. She knew that there wasn't too much that she could do to tell really what was going on, so she just was taking in the sights the only way that she knew how, through sound, though Zeke's comments about splitting into groups did cause her to giggle slightly. Hearing Zeke's question about whether or not she wanted something from a vending machine, she just thought for a moment before replying. "A bag of chips would be nice if you don't mind," she said simply, giving a smile in his general direction, despite not being able to look him in the eye.

She stuck close by Kristin, listening to her words as she mentioned needing to keep an eye out for monsters, or at least in the only way that she could, by listening and trusting in feeling for it. "Alright, that is definitely a good thing to know about... I'll keep that in mind... Also, based on what I know, despite not living in the US for a long time, we're going to be on a bus for a while... It isn't exactly going to be a short trip... And what happens if monsters show up and attack while we're on the bus. I mean, it's a little weird..."

Marygold Isley

Location: Flying Ship
Skills: N/A

Mary wandered along the ship, glancing around at the walls of the ship as she went, wondering what exactly was going to happen on this trip of theirs. After all, the Romans and the Greeks didn't exactly get along all too well, that much she did know. It was a bit of a complicated history, but she wasn't all too sure what to think at this point anymore. However, there was no point in thinking about that now, after all, she couldn't back out of it, and she definitely didn't want to. Though this many demigods traveling in one group was a bit concerning.

Eventually, she picked a cabin for herself that wasn't in use, and set her bag down, as her mind continued to wander. Mary as she had mentioned to the others, wasn't all too keen about flying. However, she figured they'd be somewhat safe from being struck by lightning considering the fact that they had two children of Zeus onboard. So odds were that they'd be fine from Zeus' wrath, at least she could hope that. After she had set her stuff down, she left her cabin to see about what the others were doing in the meantime.

Jason Gauger

Location: Flying Ship
Skills: N/A

Jason wasn't too sure what to do or where to go after everyone started to wander off to claim a cabin, something he hadn't really thought about at all since he got onboard the ship. It took him a few moments to even realize that someone had spoken to him, and he turned his head towards Demetri, not all too sure how to respond as it took a few seconds for his brain to even register what he had said. "Oh... Uh... Apparently my father is Ares, which is still a little weird to think about..." he said with a slight shrug.

"Yeah, Janelle and I just got to camp before all of this insanity happened, but based on how everyone else has been acting, guessing this sort of chaos is pretty common? Anyway, I'm Jason..." he continued, not all too sure what Demetri was going on about or whatever, but he didn't seem too bad of a person. "Yeah, I'm perfectly fine without a roommate or whatever. Used to kind of being on my own for the most part, well aside from my sister, but yeah... Anyway, it's nice to meet you Demetri."

Ezekiel Kel

Location: Bus Depot -- New York City, New York
Skills: Tracking

Ezekiel smiled a little in return, not that it mattered much but he heard somewhere that if you smiled when you talked, people could hear it. ”Aye aye, chips and pop,” he said before he continued on his journey. The vending machines were a little out of the way but food was food. Ezekiel popped in the coins and made a series of sequences in order to get Kristen’s pop and chips, some chips for Janelle and he got some pop for himself along with chips and cookies. It was his money after all.
As Ezekiel bent down to grab his spoils and put them into his bag, he got the eerie feeling of someone watching him. He continued to grab his chips, looking around as casually as he could before he stood. ”Rockwell does it again,” Ezekiel muttered as the famous song Somebody’s Watching Me popped into his head. Ezekiel started walking away from the vending machines, humming the lyrics as he walked. He tried to follow that sensation and track whoever was watching him but there were so many people in the bus depot, anyone could be watching him. ”Get a grip Kel,” he muttered to himself.
He returned to Janelle and Kristen and handed over their requests. ”Don’t go eating it all at once,” he joked mildly, although his eyes did wander again. ”So how long until the bus leaves?” He asked casually as he looked around the bus depot.

🌈 Leda Storm 🌈 and ✨ Rebecca Eventide ✨

Location: Argo III -> Leda's room / Rebecca's room -> Hallway
Skills: N/A

Leda had raised an eyebrow at Demetri after his comment about just giving Zeus the fat and bones. While not all of the gods were universally fantastic, saying things like that about the sky god while on a flying ship was a pretty bold move - even bold for her. "Yeah, I'm gonna take this one - I'll be out in a sec," she told Keira. Entering her own cabin, she shut the door behind her and instantly wanted to vomit. It wasn't that she was motion sick or anything like that... it was just the interior design choices! Orange everywhere! The beds had orange sheets on them, the carpet was orange, and she half expected to find that the small window had an orange shade. She stared outside for a moment.

"Aphrodite, help our souls," she muttered. While she would have prayed to her mother for some color guidance, she knew that Iris' solution to most things tended to be tye die. And yes, Leda loved explosions of color, but she also knew that Aphrodite was probably the queen of accessorizing and decorating. The orange carpet made her want to gag each time she looked at it and she set her things down on the bed, tempted to go ask if anyone had any pain or dye or something lying around.

Rebecca, meanwhile, didn't have nearly as visceral a reaction to the cabin decor. The carpet was nice and she was certain that it would feel nice underneath her toes. The bed looked lovely and she sat down on it for a moment, before she placed her things neatly on top of it. "O Triple Goddess, bless this home so that I shall use it to practice thy craft," she whispered, centering herself for a moment. "Give us thy guidance and they aid on this journey. As we face crossroads, let thy light shine down to give us clarity. Let the forces of nature carry us as we work in harmony with the greater powers and forces, both hidden and seen in this world. And if I should perish on this quest, let another carry on in my place and complete this sacred work."

She let silence hang in her room for a moment, before she stood up and moved to the door, feeling that she had done what she could to establish a safe and welcoming aura. Emerging into the hallway of sorts, she glanced around to see who else was already finished with their room selection. About half were done by her count. "What awaits us next?" she inquired, curious to see if anyone else knew. Leda emerged back into the hallway as well, smiling a bit awkwardly and tensely at Keira.

Demetri Rowan Howell

Location: Ship
Skills:

Demetri couldnt help but roll his eyes as Alannah butted in to their conversation. He wanted to say something snarky, letting her know this wasnt her place to speak nor was her advice wanted. But he didn't want to make a bad impression in front of ginger over here. If Zeke was going to be gone and he was the only eye candy to ogle them he may as well befriend him instead of clashing heads. That was reserved for a special someone. He simply smiled at Alannah as he turned to face her , his back now leaning against the wooden wall so as to keep bother her and Jason in his field of sight. "Well I am a shapeshifter, so any space is actually quite fine. First few days at Zeus's cabin I remained as a cat to help stay near Andy since we had no proper bedding and only had a singular sleeping bag to use. Besides a cats purr is said to help calm peoples emotions and sleep better so really I'd make an excellent cuddle or spooning partner if that's how you want to view the arrangement. But that's fine if he wants to sleep alone."

Demetri turned his back to her in order to give Jason his full attention now. "Ares huh? Well I cant say the ginger hair is a bit on the nose but hey most of these demi-gods have some form of resemblance or another. You'll get used to it in time I suppose. Whether you care for your godly parent or not. Leda seems pretty keen on doing prayer and services to them, that's the blonde who just left off. Andy is my half sister, shes the smaller girl with lightning blue eyes. Andy is I guess my cousin or half cousin, child of Hades and hes around Andy's age. Honestly its been a bit rough for those two...anyways um Rebecca I just met seems super cool and that leaves Mary I suppose. It's a bit of a lot but I'm sure we'll grow close in this small encampment on the way to the Roman's. If you ever need me my doors always open for you Jason." Demetri pushed himself off the wall and made his way into the room in front of where he saw Rebecca go in.

Arthur Stanford

Location:Cabin -> Hallway

Standing back up, Arthur stretched for a moment, before looking back at the door he come in through. Taking a few deep breaths, he made sure, to the best of his ability, that he looked somewhat normal. He didn't want people knowing he just cried, if not for pride, for the mere sake of keeping up appearances. He didn't want to drag everybody down, especially since they had nowhere to run while they were on this ship together. After suring himself up, he opened the door, and stepped back out into the hall.

Looking around, he saw Des skulking out the hall, and approached her. They hadn't spoken properly since the incident, and he wanted to check in with her. "So, the ship's pretty nice, all things considered. What'd you think?" Even if it was talking about nothing, just interacting with other people would help him, he thought. He needed distractions, and people were great for that. He wanted to ask about her feelings, but at the same time, not. Hopefully, if she had something she wanted to say about Ash's death, she'd volunteer it herself.

Andy

Location: The ship [Cabin -> Hallway -> Galley]

Andy hadn't had anything resembling stability in her life for a long time. It was a terrible thing that a week had made her comfortable. But here things were changing again. She picked at the bright orange blanket on the bed. Andy wasn't much for caring about what things looked like, but how in the world had bright orange become the camp colors. It was painful on the eyes. Her stomach growled reminding her that she hadn't actually gotten to eat her breakfast since the flying ship had shown up before she had done much more than pick at it.

Andy sighed stood up and put her shoes back on. Back in the hallway, she saw Arthur and Mona talking, she gave them a half-wave and said, "I'm gonna get something to eat. I hadn't finished breakfast so I'm starving." And kept moving towards the Galley. She grabbed a plate and thought of a bagel heavy with cream cheese. Then sat to eat. She had been tempted to just take the bagel back to her room, but she also didn't want to be cooped up more than necessary on the ship.

Kristin Reynolds

Location: Manhattan Bus Depot

Kristin looked at Janelle for a moment as she thought of a way to answer her question, monsters always did find ways to appear and attack them at anytime. She didn't think that they could attack any traveling demigods while on a moving bus, but it could be possible as well as she rubbed her neck slightly trying to think. "Monsters to normal people will most likely just look like regular people, or animals depending on what kind they are the Mist protects them from what we see daily. But if they do somehow get onto our bus, and attack us we can recognize them pretty quickly, and we just try and get out of the bus as quickly as possible, and fight them if we have to." Kristin answered her.

When Zeke came back with their bags of snacks and drinks she smiled and accepted it and opened up the bottle and leaned back slightly in her seat handing Zeke's ticket over to him. "The ticket guy said that it leaves in about twenty minutes." Kristin said as she looked down at her watch now. "Actually make that ten minutes from now." Kristin said, as she started to get the feeling that they were being watched as well as well as Janelle to. Though she couldn't see whoever it was either, she remained calm still hopefully whoever it was wouldn't get onto their bus and attack them there.

Kiera Donovan

Location: The Argo III, Crew Deck, Kiera's Room

Lauryn eventually came down from the wheelhouse and opened up a cabinet pulling herself a glass and it started to fill up with water all on its own, carrying with her a rolled up map and started to set it down on the far end of the table. She looked over towards Andy and smiled towards her. "How are you doing, find your room alright?" Lauryn asked her, as she put a few other cups to hold down the paper to keep it up from rolling up on its own, which had their flight plan marked already and Alannah coming in shortly after her. Both Rebecca and Arthur would be able to catch a brief glimpse of Ash, who was standing there and heading up the flight of stairs to the upper decks of the ship.

"Alright then, i'll wait right here for you." Kiera said giving Leda a smile as she leaned herself up against the side of the door just outside of Leda's room, as she watched some of the others who were either settling into their own cabins or just leaving theirs. She would smile and wave towards Rebecca for a moment, she seemed to be really nice from the little interactions she had with the daughter of Hecate. Though she didn't see what Rebecca or Arthur saw either, her eyes wondered over towards the armory for a moment curious what weapons that they had stocked up in there.

When she saw Leda coming out of the room, she gave her a smile seeing the little tense look in her eyes, for a moment and looked into her room for a moment, she thought about talking to her privately or something. As she awkwardly rubbed the back of her neck slightly, she wasn't sure what to really say at the moment. She took a moment and looked into Leda's room, she didn't like the colors really either as she thought a little bit. "Do you think that we will have sometime to stop, and maybe do some shopping or something for the rooms?" Kiera asked. "Oh, and want to hang out later and talk maybe?" She asked, softly.

Janelle Gauger

"So wait... No matter what, normal people can't tell that there are mythological monsters running around attacking people randomly... That's a bit messed up, since they can't really defend themselves if monsters attack for whatever, since they don't really know what's attacking them or how best to run away... Demigods can't really be around all the time to protect normal people from monsters can they? Or do monsters not really attack normal people when Demigods aren't around, since that doesn't sound believable since they are monsters after all... Sorry for the bunch of questions, just trying to figure out what's going on..."

"Thank you," she said, giving a slight smile towards Zeke, before giggling slightly at his comment about not eating it all at once, which made some sense she supposed. However, she got an odd feeling that wasn't disappearing, and it was really bugging her. She shifted slightly, hearing Kristin say how the bus was leaving in 10 minutes. "...Wish it would hurry up a bit... Is it just me or does anyone else feel like we're being watched..."

Marygold Isley

Location: Flying Ship
Skills: N/A

Mary wandered around somewhat, kind of exploring the ship a little bit to see what everyone else was getting up to. Knowing some people on board, probably trouble to say the least. She just hoped that there would be no real trouble from the group. If something happened, they needed to work together as opposed to argue or fight while trying to fight off some sort of monster. There were so many things that could go wrong with this, just flying off and around in the open, but she could hope she supposed. That was the best she could do.

As she wandered, she eventually found her way to the Galley to see if there was anyone else in the room. Looking over, she saw that Andy was in the room, as was Lauryn and Alannah. Walking over she looked at what Lauryn and Alannah were looking at. "Is that the path we're taking to get to Camp Jupiter?" she asked them, peering at the paper, before she turned to look at Andy, giving her a smile. "Hey there Andy, what do you think of the flying ship we've found ourselves on?"

Jason Gauger

Location: Flying Ship
Skills: N/A

"A shape shifter? That's got to be fun," Jason commented to Demetri. Of course, this sort of thing was probably common place, demigods had weird powers. He wasn't even sure if he could do anything special so far, since most things that have happened to him seemed to be more or less something he naturally had a talent for it. He had no idea what sort of powers a child of Ares typically had, but he figured that it probably involved fighting in some way, and considering the fact that that was one of the things he was good at, maybe his abilities had shown themselves already.

"...Also, I have absolutely no idea what you are really talking about, but considering what my limited knowledge of Greek Mythology has taught me, more of what my sister has told me, is that just about every single god is related to one another. But anyway, pretty sure I'll get to know everyone in time, since we are going to be stuck on board this ship for a little while... Might as well make the most of it." With those last words, he headed off and stepped into an empty cabin, glancing around at the color scheme of the room, and not caring all too much for it. Yup, this certainly was going to be a long ride.

Ezekiel Kel

Location: Bus Depot -- New York City, New York

”That would be because we are being watched,” Ezekiel said and cracked open his bag of cookies and ate two. He glanced around them again and eyed the busses waiting. ”As for the monster disguise thing, they really are like some degree of a normal wild animal. You leave them alone, they leave you alone. That is, the mortals. They are drawn to demigods of course so your best bet is there will always be a showdown. I wouldn’t be surprised though if they contribute to the mortal crime rate,” he said.
Ezekiel took another cookie and munched on it, walking around the chairs the girls sat on and looked around with keen eyes. He still couldn’t see where this stalker was watching them from but the sensation was not leaving. It was making his skin crawl and he was becoming agitated. It wasn’t just him sensing it now so he knew it wasn’t in his head. Ezekiel busied himself with shoving the bag of cookies into his pack but he was still looking around, trying to use his affinity for tracking to find this watcher. He leaned against Kristen’s chair and crossed his arms.
”I can’t find whoever it is but they are close. Obviously,” he rolled his eyes and looked up at what would be the sky. ”Really amusing. Is this how it’s going to be the entire time?” It seemed Ezekiel wasn’t talking to Kristen and Janelle anymore.

🌈 Leda Storm 🌈

Location: Argo III - Crew Deck Hallway
Skills: N/A

Leda looked at Keira quizzically for a moment, before she remembered that the daughter of Poseidon had never gone on any sort of quest before. While this was a gigantic excursion to the Roman camps and not a quest mandated by the Oracle, the same rules applied. Any shopping breaks would inevitably end up leading them into the den of one monster or another. "Probably not, fish girl," she said, teasing lightly. "You're new to all of this, but when a group of demigods get together, monsters will smell us and come to challenge us. If we stop to do some much needed redecorating, we'll probably be impaled by the Minotaur." Yes, she knew that naming these monsters usually wasn't best practice, but she didn't care at the moment.

She spotted Rebecca purposefully heading up towards the upper decks and she sighed. Her mind was all over the place. She had ADHD just like most other demigods, but given her speed, it felt worse for her at times. She was brooding about the picks for the quest, upset at having to be in close quarters with her ex, crushing on the daughter of Poseidon, and wanting to explore the ship all at once. "Look, I want to be honest with you, yeah?" Leda eventually said, forcing herself to look Keira in the eyes. "Sabrina the Teenage Witch - Rebecca, the daughter of Hecate? We used to date," she admitted. "I don't know what you'll make of that information but... my gut was telling me to tell you. If it's cool though, we can hang out in between fighting for our lives from whatever monster of the week ends up on the ship."

Leda then gave Keira a smile, her heart pounding as she waited to hear her response.

✨ Rebecca Eventide ✨

Location: Argo III - Crew Deck Hallway -> Upper Deck
Skills: Necromancy

Rebecca tilted her head curiously, spotting the flickering form of Athanasia ascending the stairs to the top deck of the Argo III. While she knew that Hades tended to turn a blind eye to the comings and goings of his children from the Underworld, she was still surprised to see the young child. It hadn't been that long since they had laid Athanasia to rest - and that Arthur had tried to resurrect her, only to fail gruesomely. Rebecca's brown eyes darted around briefly, noting that no one else saw the spirit, before she quickly began to follow her.

She had briefly considered calling Arthur, yet she feared this would be too painful for him. Rebecca emerged on the upper deck, studying Athanasia's form more. "Little one... Why don't you rest?" Rebecca called out to her, her voice soft and gentle. "Your fight is over." She hoped that it would be a simple fix, just a matter of persuasion in order to return Athanasia's spirit to the Underworld. Perhaps Lord Hades would come to collect her, although Rebecca didn't relish the thought. The Big Three tended to be destructive and unpredictable - and they were in a precarious position on this flying ship. "If you have a message, speak it plainly, please," Rebecca then added. She didn't want to use her necromancy to control Athanasia, even though her mother was the goddess of ghosts.

Demetri Rowan Howell

Location: Ship
Skills:

Demetri opened his packed trunk and began to take a few items out. Placing them where he could but keeping most of his things inside the trunk incase they needed to make a hasty escape one of these nights. There were some books for light reading, mainly greek and roman tales to help find any way to bridge their gap or if needed to help fight against certain monsters they may find along the way. He placed a book atop his trunk, locking it before stepping out of his temporary room and making his way towards the cafeteria. It wasnt till he spotted Leda and Kiera speaking from a distance that it clicked in his head that Alannah asked him to make sure everyone was up on the galley after they finished settling in. He covered his face wondering how he could get so distracted as to forget what she said and then recalled Jason's fiery hair and immediately understood.

Demetri made his way towards the couple, waving at them as he called out. "Heeeeey. So I forgot, my bad, but Alannah wanted us all to meet at the galley when we were finished settling in. If you wanna head up that's up to you but I did my part." Demetri began knocking on each room door and speaking through them to let them know that Alannah wanted everyone up at the galley. Regardless of if there was a response or not he would move on to the next room until all were done. As soon as he finished he began to make his way upstairs towards the galley.

Andy

Location: The ship [Galley]

"Hi Lauryn, I'm doing okay." Andy lied easily. Though if anyone cared to think about it there was no way it was anything but a lie. "And I picked a room mostly at random. How about you?" She asked between bites of food. When Alannah came in she gave her a small wave. "What is that?" She asked Lauryn and Alannah. Andy had no idea how to read a map, heck she didn't even know what part of the state the camp was in. She was lucky she even knew it was New York. All her knowledge of geography was what she had seen with her own eyes.

She did smile a bit when Mary came in. Andy liked Mary. "Hi Mary." Andy didn't have a lot of words that she wanted to describe the ship so she ended up with. "It's amazing." That was truthful. "Where is Camp Jupiter?" She also wanted to know what they would be doing during the time they'd be traveling, but now wasn't the time to ask that she figured. Andy hated asking any questions anyway, but there was no getting through her new world without it.

Arthur Stanford

Location: Hallway -> Top Deck

Talking to Des, Arthur visibly froze when he saw Ash in the corner of his eye. That wasn;t supposed to be possible, she was dead and gone, not at all supposed to be here on the ship. Quickly enough, something told him exactly what she was. A ghost, and fragment of who she used to be. He supposed being a son of Hades lent him some predilection for certain traits, and that included some instincts around the undead. He felt his heart beat quickening, everything feeling bad and wrong. If she was here, that meant she wasn't resting, she wasn't enjoying her afterlife with their godly father.

His voice breaking, as he broke off from Des, and approached the ghost, he called out, "A-ash? You're n-not supposed to be here." He was shaking from head to toe, eyes welling up and struggling to keep himself from crying. "G-go away! Please!" He was lashing out, it's not that he didn't want her with them, but rather that he didn't want her like this. "You deserve to rest, and that's not something you can do here." He bit his lip, hoping she wouldn't be around for long, since he had no idea how to actually put her to rest.

Argo III Upper Deck:

Ash turned around to look over at Rebecca for a moment, and then noticed her brother coming up shortly after him and gave him a sad smile, she missed her brother and friends. "I just wanted to come back and see you again brother. And wanted to warn you all as well.." She said softly, and then looked at Rebecca as well. She had only been in the Underworld for a little more than a day really, and she enjoyed her time being with her father before finally speaking again.

"I was overhearing father talking, to Thanatos there is something much larger happening down in Tartarus, and monsters are quickly gathering as well down there for something." Ash said, as her ghostly body flickered slightly and looked around for a moment, knowing that she shouldn't really leave the Underworld and interfere with the mortal world right now, she then started to notice a large flock of pigeon like birds flying over and landing down on the masts of the ship. Rebecca would know that these pigeon like birds were Stymphalian birds all of their eyes intently focused on their two prey.

Kristin Reynolds

Kristin looked at Janelle when she asked her question as she started to take a sip from her soda, and thought for a moment how to really explain it when Zeke spoke up. Though he described it pretty well, but it wasn't really accurate though really. "Zeke is partly correct, but there is this thing called the Mist, basically it protects the mortal world from what we see on a regular basis. We can see through it pretty easily, to mortals what we usually see could be anything really. Depends on how their brain interprets it however, so say a Cyclopes we could see them for what they are, but a mortal they would look more like a normal person." Kristin told her as the feeling continued to linger a bit more.

"Zeke, Leda and I were on a quest together last year we ended up encountering a monster called a Manticore while we were here as well." Kristin said remembering the quest pretty easily as well. When there was an announcement that they were going to be boarding the bus now, she looked around she still couldn't see who was stalking them. Kristin quickly got up from where she was sitting looking at Janelle and Zeke and gestured towards the bus. "Lets head on up quickly." Kristin said as she made her way onto the bus after showing her ticket.

Kiera Donovan

Location: The Argo III, Crew Deck
Skills:

Lauryn gave Andy a friendly smile and nodded towards her. "That's good to hear." she said softly as she walked over and opened up a cabinet grabbing herself a glass, and it instantly filled itself with some soda and she started to take a drink from it and leaned herself up against a counter nearby looking at Alannah who usually did like to explain things quiet a lot. Alannah nodded towards Mary as she pulled out a marker and circled where Camp Halfblood was on the map, and moved a line before stopping near once some of the others were in the galley before explaining. "Yep, we are going to have to stop nearby and refuel and resupply on things." Alannah said, before moving the marker across again and circled a small area outside of Las Vegas.

"Theres also a large area where Hephaestus just throws some of his projects that he thinks are failures, or has gotten bored of, maybe theres something useful we can grab from there." Lauryn then mentioned, and she always did want to go there usually her father just dumped stuff there and could be useful. Alannah looked at Andy again when she asked where Camp Jupiter was and smiled towards her a little bit and circled San Francisco. "It's just outside of San Francisco Bay Area, that's where New Rome and Camp Jupiter are located.

"Fish girl really?" Kiera said with a slight laugh, she didn't really mind the little nickname she did grow up with a natural affinity to the water, most likely from her father no doubt. She ran a hand through her hair as she looked at Leda and nodded a little bit, though she was pretty sure they would have to leave the ship at some point during their travel to Camp Jupiter. "Though I did manage to kill a few cyclopes back at my school who hunted us there before you guys came to save us." She did point out, though she knew that she wasn't that experienced of a fighter really either only being at camp for a week.

Kiera watched Rebecca heading up the stairs, and then Leda brought up her pointing out that she was her ex she hadn't really interacted with Rebecca all that much. But her eyes stared at Leda being honest with her about her, she wasn't sure why Leda mentioned it though as she rubbed the back of her neck slightly. "Why did you guys breakup?" Kiera finally asked, she hadn't really dated anyone before and she thought Leda was really cute as well. When Demetri came over towards the two of them and gave him a slight nod, looking back over towards Leda. "You don't have to answer that if you don't want to either, I mean it's your choice to."

Leda glanced at Demetri. "Thanks, we'll be there in a sec," she told him. She figured that Alannah had more things to do with the ship that she wanted them all to go over. Afterwards, she was contemplating praying to her mother and sending an Iris message along to Camp Jupiter. Romans and Greeks weren't always the friendliest of company, so it might help to smooth any ruffled feathers preemptively.

She grimaced a bit at Keira's question, rocking back on her feet slightly. Not too many people knew the story of why Rebecca and Leda had broken up - some Aphrodite campers back in the day had offered their hot takes on it, always pestering Leda to say whether or not they had gotten it right. "She's a really cool person, super into her magic and all... But..." Leda hesitated, glancing around quickly to make sure Rebecca wasn't there. She lowered her voice to a whisper. "She's all darkness, all the time... We broke up because I was afraid of her, afraid of what she'd become. There's no line in the sand that she won't cross to get what she desires."

Leda then returned to a normal speaking volume. "So... the galley?"

✨ Rebecca Eventide ✨

Location: Argo III - Upper Deck
Skills: Trivia Knowledge, Mystiokinesis, and Spell Casting

Rebecca put a gentle hand on Arthur's shoulder, attempting to comfort him. It was never easy to speak to the dead, especially when they were kin. The poor boy lacked experience and control over his necromancy, two things that Rebecca hoped to rectify in time. Athanasia's words confirmed the prophetic visions she and Zeke had witnessed earlier with the Oracle. The monsters in the pit were stirring, preparing an invasion led by the Mother of Monsters. "Do you speak of Echidna?" she asked softly. She wanted Athanasia to confirm that interpretation. If there was something else going on, they needed to know.

Out of the corner of her eye, she spied stymphalian birds on the masts of the Argo III. Being the child of the goddess of trivia, facts popped into her mind instantly. Their best option to deal with them would be some sort of distraction. "Arthur, go below deck - quickly," she instructed him. She didn't want to have him risk his life against these birds. He was so young, she wished to spare him. She opened her Book of Shadows, but her eyes couldn't quite focus on the page. It was all a blur. She shut the book and opened it up again. Her grimoire was enchanted so that way when she opened it, the spell she needed would appear. This time, she saw the spell instructions for conjuring a distraction.

She concentrated on the birds, summoning a jarring, loud distraction - Baby by Justin Bieber. "Γλυκιά μουσική πια, ο ήχος είναι επώδυνο!" Rebecca cast, snapping her fingers.

Ezekiel Kel

Location: Bus Depot -- New York City, New York
Skills: Tracking

”And they can turn the Mist on and off kind of, so if they want to be seen, they will be. So much fun. I really hate this bus station,” he muttered. Kristen mentioned their last quest together and Ezekiel rubbed the bridge of his nose. ”Seriously, can we just rent a car or something next time?” Ezekiel shifted uncomfortably, trying to find this dude and seemed to be unconciously looking for the same one that attacked them a little over a year ago, as stupid as that was.
”Ah the bus, yes please,” he said and looked over at Janelle. ”You can take my arm if you want and I’ll show the bus driver your ticket,” he offered. It was beneficial for Janelle to take his arm or elbow in two ways, Ezekiel could lead her a bit faster and should they be attacked, he could get her out of harm's way. He fiddled with a small sun ornament he kept in a pocket at all times. When he pushed the center of it, his Murakumo sword would take its place.
