@gisk , We never discussed what kind of connection Audrey and Aleyn might have beyond her mom working at the Inn's bar area.

Alright, we’re a few months in and so far we’re having some good activity and I’m super excited with how this has all started in this prologue.

I like to field this question every so often in roleplays I run, TTRPG and otherwise; Everyone enjoying themselves so far? Any initial disappointments or joys? I know we’re early on roleplaywise, but we’ve all been hanging out for a few months and I just like to touch base with people. How’s the pacing? Am I dragging things out, or does it feel right? Etc.

If anything I think things might be developing a bit quickly atm. It kind of has a cycle of big setting change to one post cycle to another big setting change. But that's just me and I'm sure things will slow down after the intro stuff

I appreciate that feedback. My initial fear was being too slow and people losing interest in the initial slice of life angle of the prologue because they were anticipating the ‘skip’. These sorts of things are why I ask these questions :)

I’ll adjust my intended pacing a bit moving forward.

Yeah!

I think since they're close in age, and their parents work together, they might even have been play date partners when they were little. She might have had a history of clashing with Markus, even before his parents went missing, and Markus became the head of the household.

When that happened, Audrey stopped being welcome around the Ward house, and they would mostly just see each other at school.

I mean, the details and worldbuilding are just astounding, and honestly kind of intimidating. I love how you do these little activities, like coming up with the powers for us (soon to be revealed), having us do sort of thematic appearance changes, getting those 'tarot cards' previews done (chef's kiss) checking up how we are.

Similar to what's been said, I would like more space for interactions between PC characters, because as much as I'd like to get to, well, the proper isekai part or however you'd call it, I feel like there's been a lot of us just getting to the next scene. So even though I feel very comfortable with the pacing as far as posts go (thanks for giving us all the time we need to write), the content has been progressing quite quickly so far. But fair point that you were afraid of losing interest before getting to the meaty part. Probably the whole 'meeting with the princess' is that, uh, checkpoint for getting into it...?
