This is like a DnD Evil campaign from Hell. We've got such an eclectic group here. I can only imagine who's going to end up butting heads against who.

And I'm all for it.

I know, I initially envisioned Feras as a peacekeeeper of sorts, keeping the most volatile members of the group from killing each other and on mission. Now I think he's more likely just to hide in the back and hope no one notices him when the rest of the team start murdering each other.

Forgot to put in her adventurer's satchel that holds some basic supplies - in the pockets, her tinderbox (with flint and steel), small glass vials holding blood, metsubushi, and the satchel itself would hold her other essentials - a hairbrush, a comb, a nail file, scissors, a small mirror, jasmine soap in a wooden box, a sponge, a chewing stick, tooth powder, a razor, a shaving brush in a cup, shaving powder, scented oils and salves, fragrances, a deck of cards in a leather case, a small book of poetry, a small book of literature.



Please let me know if that would be okay to add to her sheet?

The party needs some level of humanity to hold the real monsters back or at the very least someone who won't trigger the "UNSPEAKABLE EVIL" alarm bells from ringing. :D



I'm really digging the cast, I think Sariel is going to be very curious about @A Lowly Wretch's Gangraena. An ancient undead of a mysterious origin, fueled by dark energies even more ancient and mysterious would seem to be almost incomparably interesting to a necromancer.

Weaves and Cian seem like other characters Sariel will be by default interested in conversing with or politely studying. With that being said, everyone has provided a lot of material to work with, so I can easily think of so many ways to have Sariel interact with the others.

Furthermore, the fear or dislike of magic in the party is going to be very fun to explore. :D

Considering Weaves' backstory, it should be interesting to see how a necromancer might befriend her. As a high elf, maybe she gets a pass. Actually being able to raise the dead probably also helps.

I've had parts of ideas pop into my brain, but nothing resembling a full CS, so I unfortunately have to withdraw my interest from this. Best of luck to everyone here, this is a fun concept!

Remember it's Necromancing not Neck-romancing. Two similar sounding things but very very different.

@Red WizardSomething I wanted to add to Qal's "Talents" is that if Qal would ever be fatally wounded (so long as it isn't instant death), the beast would take over, and the beast can heal from any wound that wouldn't instantly kill it. Also wanted to add that while the beast can heal from silver inflicted wounds, the healing is much slower and more normal (about the same rate that Qal would heal from any wound).

If you're good with all that, I'll add it to Qal's character sheet.

@Red Wizard - Would the Warden have armed and dressed us ready for a mission at this stage? Or would we still be kitted out as would be appropriate for inmates on a prison?

I didn't list any specific equipment. Feras would grab whatever was suitable to the job at hand, swapping his kit in and out as required. Can I describe him as kitted out with suitable arms and armour? And if so, and with the Warden presumably knowing he's very utilitarian about what he carries/wields depending on what the mission is would she have equipped him with anything specific?

Cian was brought here from the crypt. Has she just arrived, or has she been here a while? She may need some freshing up.

And not just the dried blood. The warden may want to stay upwind.
