which would you prefer?


Simplest way would be determining beforehand and orchestrating a fun scene over a collab or couple of posts each, perhaps, and as to who'd win we could have @Remram randomly roll to choose who wins or such. At least for a 'first PvP battle' type scenario. I otherwise feel Mudbray has the advantage given its bulky defensivness and useful moveset, even if the type matchup is neutral, so that's where I'd lean toward unless you want Sir Lopsalot to get a time to shine starting things off.

If you want to collab over PMs or go post-by post, though, I'll make that your call. Meanwhile if you want to go with testing out the battle system, though, I'm also game for that since eventually testing the PvP battle system out would be cool.

I think... let's go simple for now, so we don't hold anything else up, especially for those planning to watch they won't have to wait around. If there is ever a future rematch we can do it a different way then? I will DM you!

Since Growlithe and Petilil have been uncovered, is it possible to simply 'encounter' them in our posts now? Or do we have to do a "Search for Pokemon X" and have you respond with if we find them or not?

You can just encounter them now. Once they are discovered you can just find them, except for rare Pokemon.

Edit: Let me correct myself. You can find the uncommon Pokemon mostly whenever you want. The other time you do need something like Headbutt or an item to fulfill that requirement, but it is repeatable.

Gotta work overtime one last time tomorrow, then I'll be caught back up... Don't you just love going to the dentist, paying a full day's wage in costs, then coming back to work and having to stay late to "make up for the time" you spent making sure your teeth don't start falling outta yer mouth.
