I am currently intending to give everybody some room to breathe, introduce their characters and find their voices, enjoy the party, maybe interact with Josie and each other a little bit before I drop the murder - but if there's anyone just waiting to get into the meat of it that's fine too.

You're too sweet! <3 As an ESOL teen quite some time ago, I've always been a bit self-conscious with my writing.

That’s understandable, I can be pretty self-conscious too. I usually just write with a group of my friends on here, but I’ve really enjoyed branching out and joining ya’ll. ☺️

Could be worse. It could get like nothing since some people don't bother to react at all :P (not trying to call anyone out js). But even so I'll tell you what you told me like a year ago, in that reactions don't really matter anyway :) (something along those lines).

Really enjoyed the last two posts. Anna is an interesting character for sure and I liked the play with a flashback from someone touching her and how that brought back memories of her traumatic experiences, it was done really well.

The Jag post hit really hard too. Just leaned right into that rock star trope and made a believable character right off the bat. I'm really interested to see how (if?) he develops over the roleplay.
