I'm going to say no. The option for the twin was open for only the 6th and 7th child, not a possibility open for any others. By her last kid, Cass would be in her 50s and would psychologically (and likely physically. Not even sure if she's able to have kids at that point realistically) be unable to handle twins.

Most definitely! Sometimes you have something very specific in mind and don't have anyone else to play them and that's fine! It's also fine to recruit someone or ask for them to play an accompanying family member. It's all up to you!

Oncw i start getting a more solid character roster I'll start actively working on people who want to play/need accompanying people.

Also friendly reminder to not call them plus ones!
