Time to try and make an OP character that isn't inherently OP.

You could also probably recruit the next character I'm cooking up, although you'd have to make her a very large wall with a lot of trophy space.

True perhaps. All the more reason Endian will have to be the brain of the operation i.e. I need to be a touch more cunning than open warfare. Grafdakka is merely the figure head to make it seem like I advocate headstrong, pointlessly suicidal options, where preferably we do something more cunning or at least subtle. Satire and innuendo which doesn't change the fact they're very much real plans. All I really need is your cooperation and willingness to work with me. It's either that or work with someone else who might not have your best interests in mind.

I was told not to do it behind your backs. I can't help but see dissatisfied people and wanting to help them a bit. Even if it does serve me, because why do I need to sacrifice when we can all benefit? It's a win-win I'd say.

The main reason Victoire survived that attack was because Bonesword metagamed hard to find her. I told you that during the battle of Arcadia and you acknowledged that as well so don't come put the blame of your bad conduct as a player on me.

As for Frog and Diana, you all were doing that invasion of Heaven with the single purpose of spiting me because I handed a very well warned beforehand punishment to Fran, of course I'd react bad to that kind of stuff. Furthermore how would he control her if I said that she picked him with the tips of her fingers, like an used condom? If he tried to get in her hand she would throw him away before he could do that and kill him with her own breath. The result was the same regardless of the order of actions.

As for Lilian, read her actions again from the POV of a commanding character and you'll see that Eos was being way, way more considerate than she she should have, like she tends to be more often than not. After all the only faction leader in the Nexus to hand rewards in the way she does is Eos. You can't expect endless tolerance to such an incompetent behavior like Lily's.

It's during cases like those you can either choose to shut up and accept your lot in life, or at least do what you want to do knowing that in the end, nothing else matters. It's classic Dark Souls logic; either take solace in the suffering, or hollow out and die. It's not as if I've been very useful or important so far anyways. If whatever I do does end up warranting enough attention that the powers-that-be needs to come and stop me personally, I'd take it as an achievement that I'm succeeding at something.

@Lucius Cypher See Artoria. That was my test to see "Is staying true to your character no matter what important? Is serving loyally until the powers that be throw you some scraps of power important?"

Whenever the time comes that we're supposed to band together and it'll finally somehow be able to achieve something against the opponents who until now were untouchably stronger than us, I'm probably going to be a Meihou again going "The last bazillion times I tried to do something defying these people's wills in any tiny manner didn't work, why would I believe that this time would? Why do you think after all of this my character would have any faith they could so much as spit in the face of these people?"

And I'm really not satisfied with 99.99% of my character's power coming from boons that could just be given to a random bum on the street and it would be just as effective. If my character is just a vehicle for some gear all granted by someone else, it's not my style (hence why I don't use BEAST).

I do want to see how the people who stayed the course and towed the line fare. I hope it goes better for them than it did for Shattering.

Fair for Frog and Bonesword. I'm a little salty about "endless tolerance" because it was Lillian's first battle and there were multiple obstructions (like Ciel's barrier, the entire factory being evacuated, Lillian being concerned for her leader's safety), but I'll just let it go and continue on my day. In the end, death is meaningless in the Nexus, and I'm not a GM or a co-GM so I can't really tell you guys what to do.

Well it's never going to be that easy. Shame what happened to Artoria, personally I didn't really approve of it myself. In hindsight if I didn't make Fran such a weakling, she would've fought to her cessation of existence as well. After all, horny, battle-hungry sex demons are a dime a dozen. It's not as if Fran's unique in any particular regard. Still, Artoria died alone mostly because the only other two who could've stuck around choose to leave; they didn't share your conviction. That meant that in the end, you're the only one following the "stick to your guns" mentality, which is something I'm hoping to fix with this ragtag alliance I'm putting together. Taking desperatos and other misfits who don't like and probably aren't liked by proper authorities and making them rely upon each other. Demons and Miyu need to rely on Graf/Endian because he gives them the respect and resources they want, not Eos. In turn they provide Graf/Endian information/resources he needs to continue conquring the rest of the world for the Machina, because even Graf knows that he doesn't stand a chance against any of the big three, but he can accomplish a lot more if he continues working for them with his own interests.

The difference is just working with what you got. As I said, I'm all up for spitting against the Triumphant myself. But I also know that it'll be suicidal and I lack the means to even get that close to them. I'll have to make due with a different plan, and maybe spit at them once I have the means to get that close and survive the retaliation.

See, I think the issue you got Gecko is that lots of your plans, much like my own, have largely been dependent and carried out on our lonesome. Kinda hard to try the whole "cooperation" angle when all you got is lip service for it. It's why I'm specifically going after Henry and Miyu first and foremost instead of everyone else, because I know those two are going to need the support and can't simply look to some other third or fourth power aside from maybe Helena. But who knows what Helena really wants, while I'm quite transparent with what I intend and will do. Even if you might consider what I've told you thus far "meta knowledge", Endian herself will tell you quite blatantly what she intends, which is effectively what I've been saying this whole time, just that I haven't gotten the opportunity to tell you IC.

Really it's just a matter of getting to you right now, which is something I'm working on as we speak.

If it means anything, the majority of my characters would've stood besides Artoria if they were aligned with Hell, and while the only one that could killed himself before he could stand by her, the Frog is only attempting to get through this dungeon so he can find the answers to what he's missing. If he can remember Artoria by the end of this (which I highly doubt), he'd join up with Endian/Grafdakka in trying to take a stand against the Triumvirate for giving someone a power so strong that even the top tier players in the Nexus couldn't defend against.

Bonesword and Abigail would join up with Endian/Grafdakka because it'd finally bring a cease to the war of infinite conflict, and while death may be meaningless in the Nexus, it's still torture to have to see hundreds of soldiers wake up every morning only to find that they have their entire torso missing within an instant due to the power differential in the Nexus, feeling the same pain as they do every time it happens. I'd like to think that someone like Miyu would keep their spirits steeled as they assisted the conquering, as Miyu probably knows that pain better than half of the Nexus.

If you can talk to each of them, you'll have them with you until they are wiped from the Nexus entirely.

True, I don't know what Miyu is currently capable of what with her amnesia and all that. But all the more reason I'll take her in and make use of her, somehow. Working together and what not. If nothing else, if she becomes an empty shell that you've grown bored with, I can always turn her into another vassal of mines just as I did with Endian. I'm going to make use of you somehow. Square holes for a square peg.

I kinda wondered why Artoria couldn't have done something like that, but I don't know the full extent of her power, though I'm quite certain it would've been a whole different shitstorm if Artoria actually could've matched Eos's at her full power.

Artoria died because Gecko wanted her to die; not because she dared to go against Eos. Let's get that straight. If Gecko wanted Artoria to live, something would have been managed out to explain the proceeding events.
