@PlatinumSkink Well this is embarrassing. I was under a different impression of what was happening. I can go back and rewrite everything to something that makes more sense. I could delete the entire thing. I read it as four Pokemon and ended up using two at once. How can I help fix this problem?

But the rival's already been engaged in battle so some other player character could just slip by. Though, they're in the way, Cathia's described as standing in the midst of the opening. "Excuse me, can you please move? You're obstructing a recorded route to Lakewatch." Hahaha. ... Anyways. Alright. We'll see if there's anything exotic. Hah.

Depending on what happens, after a while I might get more lenient on if you want to temporarily shelve your current character to play someone in wildly different circumstances after we've explored a bit more of the world if anyone wishes, but I won't allow the playing of both characters at once if we're this many players.

@Pirouette Playing tag with dragons, eh? ... *goes and checks Gible's speed stat and then compares to various human-shaped Pokes to get an idea of what the human speed stat would be* ... Aaand that's highly inconsistent. Logic and reasoning, I choose you, instead! Hahaha. Nicely posted.

@Joshua Tamashii I will note, that I am going to go with what would happen in the games here. If you retract your Pokémon to dodge a move, then your next Pokémon will be hit instead. Simply to balance constantly switching Pokémon. Yupp.

@Pyromaniacwolf Gave you something to potentially react to. Just because. Haha.

@Rune_Alchemist I gave Timburr an evasion boost due to his unique training. ... It didn't pay off. XD

Besides that, tell me if Hector's wrong about Ralia's preferred position. He'd know, though. Just somehow.

@Eklispe@Pikmin Eye I'll note it is complete coincidence that they happened to both have moves like that. I reasoned my way to what kind of Pokémon she'd have, and then looked at their movesets, and then "well, oh, my". So good luck with that. Haha.

She's mostly taking a break for health reasons. Don't want her heart acting up and causing her pain do we? If he followed and managed to tail her so be it. He and try attacking Driffloon, and by extention Amelia and Phantump, again.

Alright...so, regarding Teleport. I don't want to use it to like...cheatsy my way through every fight. That'd just be silly.

I'm thinking about maybe giving some sort of five-turn cooldown? Maybe dependent on certain circumstances in the RP, but I am definitely not going to try and spam it repeatedly. If you want to have some rules for it though, I'd be fine with it.

@Rune_Alchemist I will say that, regarding Teleport, it takes a little while to do. You need to determine a destination, focus power to actually get going, and then release it to actually move over there. That is, unless you're an Abra escaping a threat, then you get a freebie. But in your turn... I'll still allow you to make a teleport a turn if you feel it's helping you, somehow. Buuuuuuuuuuut, it's going to take a bit to charge, and then it's going to take a moment to recover to make another move upon arrival. It takes a turn, so to say. So if you use Teleport each turn, you're not doing anything else. I'll emphasize what I mean a little in my next post.

That aside, nicely posted. And that's a clever tactic. I praise it. Haha.

@Pikmin Eye Alright, nicely posted. ... Hm. Flabébé's, like, constantly floating through the air. That would make scratching it hard. But perhaps I should enable scratching it anyways, because otherwise floating Pokémon will be more or less extremely overpowered early game. I'm not exactly under the impression Nincada can jump up there. Those tiny wings don't exactly look fully developed. Logically, it'd be hard to scratch it. But... ... ... Hah. Hm. I'll consider it.

@Eklispe Tah-hah, not actually that far along, it's just Cathia who's... heh, a fan of such Pokémon. But, yeah, result is the same. A tactic has been made. Nicely posted. Now I should probably start typing my response.

Haha, well, That's fine. This will be a learning experience for Claire xD

And the main purpose is to put some distance between the timburr and Ralia, a well as possibly make the Timburr a bit confused as to why he missed when he was 100% certain that was the correct clone.

But mostly put some distance between them so Ralia can possibly get off another attack while he's recovering. If it doesn't work, Claire will change her later tactics accordingly~
