Collabs are fun.

I approve of this.

But yeah, I find a good two or three posts from other people is a good rule of thumb, unless you're in a situation where its just you in another character in a room/area and there isn't much of a chance for you to be interrupted by someone else. Collabs are really great for that sort of thing.

I mean, you could just edit your post and have them arrive a bit earlier. I don't think anyone would mind too much - I don't think anyone has mentioned that they were specifically there first, so it wouldn't matter too much if you want to have Ai and Yuu get there earlier.

And yea...I was gonna do that later tonight probably. At least ping the ones who haven't posted in the OOC in awhile.

You honor my precious little acid sac. I'll admit that I've taken a few liberties with the structure of the base. In my head I have an idea of a section or wing of the base that's underground and specializes in meta-humans like him. If anyone has a problem with that, lay it on me.

I'm quite the slow ass-writer (yeah I know what I did, I stand by it), so anyone could imagine that collabs aren't my favorite thing in the world. So... well... great, now I'm worried.

Easter Egg: For me, I prefer the pronunciation [LOO-shuh] like the Caribbean island for his name and that's what I have in mind while writing. Not a big deal.

@Sarcelle RenardCollabs can ruin characterxcharacter interaction because they encourage those writers who are actually on at the right time and hour to collab solely with them. It also shuts out possibility of anyone else being able to mingle. Plain and simple, they can destroy a game. I've seen them only destroy games on this site.

Don't worry, my four paragraph writing that I posted in the IC took 2 1/2 hours to write... and it's not even half as in-depth as yours XD

Collabs are fun, no matter how long they take to write :D Don't worry too much about it.

I wouldn't worry too much - Collabs can only help an RP from what I've seen and know. That said, they can take awhile to complete, but that's fine! Even if it takes awhile, they're still fun. I'm rather slow with collabs myself, to be honest, if only because I like to write anywhere other than the pad/document and tend to get distracted easily.

We're not gonna be rushing anyone to hurry up, either, and if someone gets out of hand in a collab with multiple people (as in, they don't wait on another person that's present, I can just send the adorable turtle hit squad after 'em :D)

@Holy Soldier While I understand your concern, I feel what you described won't be much of an issue with this RP. The nature of missions will constantly move characters around and force them to interact with new people. Also, I am mainly advocating collabs for those interactions that are dialogue heavy so that you don't have to wait several posts before typing a few lines.

@Hippo AF Apologies for not getting back to you sooner, but Salik looks fine by me. I would just like some more information on his Ability, such as how exactly his shock waves pin targets and its current limitations (like how strong it is, its effective range, and things that may prevent him from using it effectively if applicable).
