Personality: Shinobu is a bit of a rebel. An individual who refuses to listen to authority, and often goes about thing her own way, even if it usually ends up to not favor her. The sort who would discuss any sort of discussion she so chooses, even if statements might hurt the individuals involved. Though she would say something akin to “People need tougher skins”, she nevertheless gets upset when others point out flaws within herself.

Arrogance is the defining trait most people will know her for. She appears to look down upon others as often as she speaks to them and seems to have complete confidence in her actions, regardless of what they currently are. Even if she doesn’t have a plan, she tends to act in a way that might display confidence in her actions, as she believes herself to have the ability to win. However, she seems to only show this side to other mages. Her normal personality seems to emphasis her more cold and collective side of herself.

Though somewhat rational when the need may be, she had been known to enter certain "fits" or "episodes" of irrational thought. Most of the time she sports herself as a strong-willed female, though has been known to show affection towards others given the right scenario. Despite her rather insensitive speech, she seems to care genuinely for those around her and would not want to harm those she genuinely cares for unless absolutely necessary.

Has an unhealthy obsession with cute stuffed animals that she would never tell anyone about. Please don’t look in her room. There is nothing to see there. I swear.

Spirit Removal: With a simple hand movement, spirits and monstrous things are crushed like it’s nothing. Similar to the Shinto method of spirit purification Even if a spirit isn’t crushed, its power is diminished greatly for a vast time.

History: Shinobu lived a pretty simple life. Though of a pair of twins, her sister had died during birth due to complications. However this did not seem to bother the Shiratori household.

A japanese mage who was taught all she knew from her father, Kosaku. Though her training was not all sunshine and rainbows, it wasn’t like she didn’t enjoy the teachings of her father and the learning of her own history. She hid her powers from her peers, as a magus should, which caused a difference in her personalities when dealing with the occult vs normalcy, her normal personality acting cold and indifferent to others and against magus her actions seeming more harsh.

During her training, her father had trained both her mind and body for the purpose of being a magus. The classical believe that the body and mind are linked. Of course, most of the training went towards the magecraft, but her skills in physical combat should not be scoffed at.

Other: Knows jujitsu. Throws a really good hook.

Long lived and considered matronly by her peers, Margarita is a solid fixture in a turbulent world. Through the merit of surviving as long as she has, many find themselves drawn to her for everything from critical information on Enforcer duties to casual conversations. A natural people person, Margarita is more then eager to socialize under her own initiative with the air of experience that carries with it no small degree of warmth. Of course, being in the line of work she is, Margarita isn't one to be bogged down by lose nor will she let her sentiments get in the way of completing the mission laid out before her. Decades of experience has instilled a strong work ethic into her which is unwavering in the pursuit of her goals.

Abilities

Enforcers Toolkit: A broad term to describe the basic magecraft any Enforcer should know, usually pertaining to bounded fields, reinforcement, spiritual surgery, scrying, and formal craft sealing rituals to detain dangerous magi or magical creatures. While nothing particularly special, they are still the fundamental skills any magus would be better enriched to know. Most importantly, Margarita knows how to perform botched formal craft and not be killed in the resulting explosion.

Mystic Code - Margarita's Ensemble: A custom made outfit commissioned by a wealthy noble heavily whose fortune laid in the production of latest fashions for magical high society. The families head personally saw to its creation and enchantment in recompense for Margarita repeatedly saving the life, and dignity, of his inept heir. A bribe it may be, but it boasted considerable enchantments that enhanced durability and strength without the dangers of reinforcement. As expected of garments worthy of a noble, they are self cleaning and self repairing if given ample time.

Mystic Code - Fox & Hound: Twin muskets are Margarita's original mystic code and the focal point for her magecraft. Rather then firing a physical projectile, complex arrays etched into the barrel collect ambient prana and form a musket ball of Ether. When fired it is noted for being more effective against a more prana rich target, and the recharge process can be drastically accelerated by introducing Margarita's own prana or using a substitute prana store (Gems, Fetishes, etc.).

History
As Margarita sees it, Enforcers have long been considered a necessary element in regards to maintaining the secrecy of the moonlit world, though those who do follow the path are not looked upon too kindly. Dedicating themselves to pursuing errant Sealing Designates, Dead Apostles, and any other threat to the hidden nature of magecraft, they live perilous lives without the opportunity for persuing the social and academic circles of others. This means they must either seek to ingratiate themselves into the service of an influential Lord, like the private battalion sworn to the Vice Director, or you commiserate among your own.

For forty long years, Margarita has lived and breathed her work, and she couldn't have imagined things any other way. There wasn't the time to pursue academic or social interests outside the Enforcer ranks, but they found that one could make ample progress in their craft through practical experience. Margarita may not have had the easiest life, the magus creed never more evident then when confronted with empty bar stools or cleaned out lockers from those who did not return from their hunts, it left her fulfilled.

She had been ready to keep at the hunts till the day she expired, but as was usual for anything related to the Wizard Marshall, things had not gone according to plan.

Katenka

• Name: Katenka Makiri
• Age: 20
• Appearance: Something like this.
• Personality: Socially awkward and a bit shy, Katenka tends to come off as a little odd to others. She doesn't really talk much, but when she does she does so at length and finds it hard to stop until she invariably ends up embarrassing herself, upon which she'll suddenly become very quiet again. Whilst outwardly she looks rather gloomy and, well, gothic, her demeanour is actually relatively cheerful, or at the very least not as dour and depressed as she looks. For some reason, she thinks her familiars are cute, and gets rather sad when people think otherwise.
• Abilities: Like most members of the Makiri family, Katenka possesses an affinity towards Water, but although she possesses a sizable amount of mana she is not especially capable of putting this to good use; her spell repertoire is rather limited, with her only really being able to use rather basic spells of which none are really exceptionally notable or powerful. Instead, she focuses more on the creation and command of a plethora of familiars. Said familiars are both distantly related to Zouken Matou's crestworms, although due to selective breeding and cultivation they are almost unrecognizable as such, and are mostly used for medicinal purposes. Katenka usually carries about containers of two specific breeds:
  • Ether Leeches: A breed of magical, bright red leeches that grow to about a foot long each. Rather than blood, they feed upon mana, and by sucking it out from a wound they accelerate the healing process, causing wounds to close up. Whilst it is not their intended usage, Ether Leeches are an effective anti-magic weapon, and are notably somewhat capable of disrupting bounded fields by sucking out the mana powering them.
  • Argent Maggots: A breed of roughly five-inch long maggots whose metallic skin makes them look like wriggling lengths of mercury. Whilst they eat rotten biological material like regular maggots, they also have a taste for curses, and are used to cure people who have been cursed. Only curses caused by modern mage craft or very low level Noble Phantasms can be removed this way, and in the latter case a large number of Argent Maggots are needed in order to remove it. By absorbing curses, Argent Maggots grow steadily more bloated, until they burst open into their mature form of Argent Flies; these large albino flies are swift, highly aggressive, and prefer their meat fresh, and the only thing that prevents them from going berserk and attacking indiscriminantly is Katenka's control over them.
• History

  As the name might suggest, Katenka belongs to the Makiri family of mages, most well known for spawning one of the masterminds of the Holy Grail War concept, Zouken Matou. However, sometime during the early 20th-century her great-grandfather left Japan due to philosophical differences with the family patriarch... Said "philosophical differences" being that he'd began to realize the depths of Zouken's depravity and insanity and really wanted nothing to do with it. Fleeing the country with his immediate family before Zouken could realize he'd turned against him, he ended up in Los Angeles, California, where life was relatively calm and peaceful... That is, until World War II broke out, and... Well, to put it simply, the fact that they were from a Russo-Japanese family made things a little hard for them for a while. Due to their time in the internment camps, they had little opportunity to teach and research magic, and thus once they were released their skills were left somewhat stunted. This is something they've never really recovered from, and as such they started to focus less on spells and more specifically on familiars, treading a similar yet thankfully different path to their ancestor Zouken by creating various worm- and insect-based familiars.
  
  The latest in line of Makiri mages, Katenka was brought up to follow these new traditions, and took rather quickly to the art of familiar creation and cultivation. She's never exactly been the most powerful or accomplished mage in the world, and she'll be the first to admit that her life has been pretty boring and uneventful up to this point, so she was rather surprised when she received the call to become a Master. Still, she wasn't going to turn down the invitation, and thus... Well, here she is, feeling a bit awkward about the whole situation really.

I think that given how often Nezha is given that androgynous look in Chinese stuff, this is the logical conclusion thereof. But make the function of the wheels clearer and the fact that she's riding them, honestly. Otherwise, she's more Lancer-y than Rider-y.
