While she normally likes a variety of clothing styles, for the exam she's offered for a light green T-shirt with a kind of cute lizard mascot, a denim skirt, and a baggy black sweatjacket that's often tied around her waist.

Biography: Fumi left her parent's world when she was six. They would leave the world when she returned six years later. She choked the life out of them with her bare fingers, one at a time. It was only fitting. Her father was a typical working man, good with his hands. Built houses. Came from a broken home and built another one by knocking up a local girl before either of them were ready. Societal norms forced them together, and they thought they could make it work. But times were tough for everyone, let alone a couple of teens. The Kulph Desert was ever expanding, and Pontiph resisted growth, stagnating as those at the top were more concerned with deepening their pockets, poverty rate increasing as their towers grew. Pontiph became a den for resentment, but while most looked up at those towers, Fumi's parents, who had only themselves to blame, came to resent the product of their mistakes. Her actions were too often met with verbal assault, while acting out was met with a hand as firm as iron. Fumi couldn't win by their laws, so she left to make her own.

Fumi found none to support her; by her own choice. Though she couldn't put it into words, she had a conceptual understanding of power. Her parents had only been able to treat her that way because they'd been in a position of power over her. So she avoided authority: police, social workers, teachers, most adults... they too had power over her. But she didn't want to seek her lessers either. She found her peers: street rats. Children with no one else to turn to. Initially, they rebuked her: it was a fearful and competitive field, but Fumi picked up on the potential. The fastest way to a heart was a stomach, so she stole. And after extending a hand full of bread, she found a following, forming a gang of her new brothers and sisters. They wouldn't live by any laws but her own. One: brothers and sisters above all else; asking for help from or siblings is expected and encouraged. Two: you can always deny a request for help. Three: as long as the first two rules are met, you have absolute freedom.

Fumi lived by example, helping her Siblinghood as much as possible, and setting a few unwritten rules in the process, like an aversion to anything that would incriminate the whole group. But seemingly at the whims of her siblings, she fought, stole, bartered, built, destroyed, some even say she killed. Though she claimed their group had no true leader, anyone looking in could tell it was otherwise.

But children had to grow. Years passed with The Siblinghood serving as a minor crime group in Pontif, taking in any downtrodden without those they could truly call family. As Fumi reached adulthood, and they brought in brothers and sisters even older than her, The Siblinghood was no longer a band of children. Despite their criminal acts, their reputation for being receptive to the whims of children would never stop being their core philosophy.

But no person or group is unstoppable. Fumi's wroth meant that those who crossed her would see little remorse, so turf wars were not incentivized. But in her greatest failure, she lost one of her little siblings. He just vanished, and no one had any idea where. Months of searching and nothing turned up. She'd had losses before, but none so baffling. It consumed her. It ruined her. She'd faced her failures, but none that had refused to give her a way to respond. She had to find him, no matter what. And if there was one thing she knew, it was that a Hunter could find anything. After months of preparing, well, The Siblinghood was made to function without a true leader, and it would survive her absence as she made her goal the Hunter Exam.

Abilities: From years of running around the desert city in her large crime ring of small criminals, Fumi has well rounded physical capabilities, having notable agility, endurance, and strength, built from treating the buildings as a jungle gym. Her fingers in particular are both stunningly strong and deft: capable of breaking wood with her grip and smashing softer stones or bending some metals, while also being capable of pulling of the occasional slight of hand. Though she's no charlatan, she's got some skill at pick pocketing and lock picking. Beyond that, she has a fairly good intuition with people and a hefty dose of street smarts, though she won't be writing any dissertations any time soon.

Due to his androgynous features, Basil is sometimes mistaken for a beautiful woman in the early to mid twenties range. He has a very mellow-looking face, with large eyes and thick lashes. His skin is pale, but color is brought to it through contrast with his long white hair. His height also contributes to the misunderstanding as he stands at a relatively short 164 cm (5'5") and has a slender build with thin shoulders.

Basil usually wears a loose, white long-sleeved shirt which covers up the fact that his arms quite toned underneath. His affluent background means that most of his clothes are made of silk or other luxurious fabrics, but he stays away from extravagant designs and gets them specially tailored to be very easy to move and fight in.

Due to his upbringing, Basil is generally very polite and cordial. He has a soft voice, and around strangers and new acquaintances, he speaks with careful regard to sensitivities. As he usually shows a genuine interest in others with his curious nature and has a seemingly high tolerance, he makes friends and connections easily.

However, Basil is very naive and unused to dealing with less pleasant individuals, or any difficulties in general. His life was stable and lacked many setbacks beyond the incident that left him orphaned. Although he has a superficial awareness of his shortcomings, his naive confidence in his abilities and lack of practical experience makes him ill-prepared for the trials that lie ahead.

Fortunately, Basil is driven by the eternal quest for knowledge and new experiences. It is a persistent motivation that pushes him past rationality. Even painful experiences are in their own way exciting to him, he sees all experiences as sides of the same coin, and all part of a life which must be lived; this was one way which he used to deal with the tragedy of his parents' deaths. His belief is that the more varied and colorful experiences one has in life, the more worthwhile that life was.

Basil has had a stable but mildly interesting life thus far. He was born to an old and wealthy family, and was heavily coddled and taught the manners of high society. However, after an accident when he was seven claimed the lives of both his parents, he was taken in by his father's sister, the Three Star Information Hunter, Jillian Lightbourne, who lived a much more lax bachelor lifestyle. While it was a more free environment, Basil was often left alone as Jillian was more often than not occupied with her work. Due to the sensitive contents of her home, she could not hire a babysitter for him either.

At first, Jillian tried to occupy him by sending him to school. It was a new experience for him as his parents had always hired tutors, but after a year, the novelty of school life wore off while the content was far too boring and easy for him. Seeing this, his aunt decided to just let him stay at home and pursue learning of his own interest, while officially he was "homeschooled". Left to his own devices, he created an encyclopedic knowledge base with his access to the internet, the Deep Web, and Jillian's private library of arcane and confidential information.

In addition to his independent studies, Basil took up all the chores of the household allowing his aunt to focus more on her work. This allowed him to become acquainted with the personalities of the local market, which was located at the intersection of several ethnic districts. With his curiosity, he eventually became well versed in various foreign cuisines and his cooking skill has earned him the appreciation of many of Jillian's guests, who are often famous or important personalities in Elancia and beyond.

Other than these guests, Jillian has also invited teachers, who even include other Hunters, on Basil's request to teach him things like martial arts and horse-riding. He has been all over Elancia, to many museums and historic sites, but never has Jillian allowed him to go out of the country with her. This excursion to take the Hunter Exam is without her permission or knowledge, and may well be his first and last act of adolescent rebellion.

Basil's greatest asset is his encyclopedic knowledge. He has a near photographic memory and has read countless books and databases, some of them even containing forbidden information hidden by government organisations across the world such as the existence of Nen.

He may know of Nen, but he was never allowed to learn it. His martial arts teacher who hailed from the Nen Temples of the East had demonstrated it for him before, and Jillian even reluctantly showed him her own ability after much pestering, but she prevented him from awakening his own. He is reasonably competent in a fight however, capable of taking out ordinary thugs. Being raised by a Hunter, Basil has always kept fit following his aunt's morning fitness regime.

Personality: Theodore is a sarcastic cynic at heart. He rarely views things in a positive light, choosing to approach people and situations with a heavy degree of caution. He is slow to trust, and slower to make friends. He can be quick to make verbal jabs at other’s expense, but he usually reserves that honour for the exceptionally stupid or the obviously obnoxious. Theodore can be taken for being a mean person himself, but he is never wastefully cruel; his words can simply come across less than friendly under the certain circumstances.

Theodore’s cautiousness is both his strength and weakness; it inhibits him from making rash decisions and motions him to thoroughly check his plans before he decides to go through with them. However, when the situation calls for quick action, Theodore would be the type to hesitate and try to think it through even when he doesn’t have the luxury. When under pressure, his instinct is to retreat to a safe position and carefully consider his moves, which can be the right move under the right circumstances, but it makes him ill equipped to stand his ground when he really needs to. He is the last person you would want standing between an enemy and their objective, but he would be useful supporting someone else standing there.

Theodore is also a bit of a utilitarian; his first concern is knowing what he can and can’t make use of. He has no need for “honour” or “pride” if he’s about to die, and if he can win by throwing dirt in someone’s eyes, he’ll do it. Attacking from behind is a perfectly valid tactic in his book, and so is pretending to co-operate with someone only to betray them for your own goals. Of course, he is not a monster only interested in self-satisfaction, and he won’t start killing people for a quick buck, but within the bounds of reason, he’ll use any dirty tactic to get his job done, even if he has to tread on some people’s feelings and sentiments to do so.

As a Hunter, Theodore’s primary motivation is simply the pursuit of a profitable and interesting existence. While he could have chosen to do something more mundane, he chose the life of a Hunter for two reasons; firstly he displayed an aptitude for combat, even if by unconventional means, and secondly he has a strong desire to put as much distance between himself and his old home as he can, and the Hunter’s experience suits this desire quite well. However, at a very basic level, Theodore just prefers the idea of exploring the world and making money at the same time.

Biography: Theodore was born in a land where tradition, honour, and martial prowess were highly valued, to a family that highly valued tradition, honour, and martial prowess. His father, Amaury Levant, continues to play at being a knight in shining armour like many from old families in their homeland. His two elder brothers, Jules and Mathis, were both big, strong lads that were expected to grow up to be great fighters themselves, and so received the bulk of their father’s attention. Theodore, on the other hand, was never especially tall or brawny, and was expected to grow up to be nothing special. While his father never expressed it openly, it seemed apparent from his actions that he didn’t care to waste time on him. Theodore was usually foisted on either his mother or any measure of serving staff of the household.

Although nothing was expected to come of him, Theodore was still expected to participate in the rituals and training impressed upon all Levant family children. While lessons in “honour” and “gentlemanly conduct” were mostly just a chore, the worst of it was when he was left to spar with his brothers, who used it as an opportunity to pick on the weaker Theodore. Theodore spent a great deal of time running away from confrontations with his brothers, which built for him a reputation for being a weakling and a coward, which both his brothers and some of the nastier household staff commonly mocked him for. However, it was during these moments of flight that he learned a very important lesson; there were places his brothers could not fit, and they often found themselves tripping on things around the house in their pursuits.

It was here that Theodore got the idea to fight them off while running; to make use of the natural snares and pitfalls that came with running around a building to his advantage. He would lead his brothers into storerooms where precariously placed pots and pans would suddenly fall upon them as though someone had placed them there for that purpose, and then he would just so happen to lead them through the one corridor where butter had been smeared on the floors. Soon enough, it was Theodore that tended to win their sparring sessions, if only by virtue of the fact that Jules and Mathis would end up covered in bruises by the end of the day. While his newfound success earned him little respect due to the methods he used, it did result in his brothers being less than keen to antagonise him than they used to be. It always struck Theodore that if his brothers had not been bound by their pretensions to “honour”, they could have easily got back at him.

Having gotten a taste for cleverly leading those that antagonised him through gauntlets of his own design, Theodore began to reach beyond his home, where his antics had nearly cowed his brothers into submission, and off to those that knew of the cowardly third Levant brother, but had yet to know how badly his brother’s tended to end up after a day of “sparring”. There was never much shortage of people to target; those in his families social circles were often eager to mock his apparent weakness, and even more eager to answer his challenges and jabs with force. As he provoked more and more people only to lead them into makeshift traps and such, he began to develop a reputation around the city. While most continued to pretend to be above him, many were in fact afraid of the man that could humiliate you in ways you would never see coming. Yet, many were still compelled to blunder into his traps, because Theodore made damn sure to mock them publically, and in his homeland, not answering a challenge like that would ensure a loss of face. Again, Theodore noted that it was their insistence of a foolish sense of “honour” that made them such easy prey for a “weakling”.

As he grew older, Theodore realised he didn’t exactly want to pot around his home forever; messing around was all well and good, but he felt an urge to broaden his horizons and make real use of his self-made talents. When he heard that his father planned to send his brothers off to become Hunters, however, Theodore figured that was the kind of life where he could actually put the skills he had developed over the years to good use. He flatly told his father that he wished to be sent to the Hunter’s Examination as well. While his father never had much affection for him, he was not so petty as to deny him his request, and he did not expect that Theodore would actually succeed. Thus, Theodore was arranged to head off to the examination site alongside his brothers. In spite of everyone’s expectations, Theodore has a strong feeling that the only one that would make it to through this examination would be him.

Abilities:

-Impressive Speed and Agility: Half of Theodore’s life revolved around his ability to run circles around others and keep them from getting within grasping distance of his person, so it was natural that he developed an exceptional running speed and learned how to manoeuvre through all kinds of environment to keep people off his tail. As he began to engage with more and more people, he trained even harder to make sure nobody was about to keep up with him when he didn’t want them to.

-Handyman: Theodore’s exploits always involved a copious amount of rigging mundane objects to be used as devastating traps. Hence, he became skilled at working with such things; creating tripwires from seemingly useless bits of rope or string, and refashion objects so that they would fall at just the right time and do a lot of damage when they did. In his hands, useless junk can turn into a semi-lethal array of weapons.

-Sneaky: Naturally, the shenanigans that Theodore undertook required a set up that would make him look extremely suspicious to anyone watching. That’s why Theodore put extra effort into making sure nobody did see him working. He became used to watching crowds and individuals to pick out the exact moment no one was looking and quickly get about his tasks. It was always a wonder to some people how he managed to create such elaborate traps without anyone noticing that he had done it in a public place.

-Knowledgeable: While Theodore did not enjoy much of the education given to him by his family, he did take well to the more academic subjects offered to him. Things such as literature and mathematics came to him easier than it did for his brothers. Had he been born somewhere else, this might have been the talent that defined him, but his family like many around them cared more for martial strength than academics. As Theodore came to rely more on his unique methods, academic achievement became much less of a priority for him.

Appearance: Sayuri is tall at 6' with pale skin and a lithe build. She has waist length midnight black hair which she wears in a low thin ponytail and dark violet eyes. She has pointed scaled ears, scaled forearms and hands, short claws about an inch long, and scales running along her shoulders and down her spine all red colored. She wears a gothic lolita style outfit similar to this without the bows and frilly thing around the neck and shoulders, the skirt reaches the knee, she's wearing spandex shorts underneath, and she wears boots instead of flats. The outfit is dark red and black rather than purple and white. She also wears black fingerless gloves and a dark red choker with a black dragon head pendant. She also has two black bladed katanas sheathed on her hips. The hilts look like the one in the draconian image without the two 'wings' of the crosspiece.

Personality: Sayuri is friendly and can get along with just about anyone. She can control her emotions extremely well rarely showing how she is actually feeling. She will however make it absolutely clear what she thinks of you generally telling you face to face. She is also extremely good with animals easily calming even bad tempered creatures. Despite her outward friendliness she is actually detached from people making it difficult for her to understand other people or make any close connections with others. Only one person has managed to become her friend and it took them ten years. She is also extremely laid back and carefree rarely, if ever, taking anything seriously. In addition if she ever actually gets loses control of her anger she explodes taking it out on the one who pissed her off and if they're not there pretty much anyone is fair game and she extremely difficult to calm down. Sayuri desires to be a Hunter so that she can go wherever and do whatever she wants in addition to helping her only friend get away from their abusive father. She specifically wants to be a Blacklist Hunter. Sayuri's morals are skewed as she really doesn't have a conscience or empathy. She has no regard for human life willing to kill without a second thought and leaving most other people to die without remorse. She isn't one for the darker things like torture as they leave a bad taste in her mouth. Though she does enjoy “playing with her food.” Food being opponents that stand no chance against her.

Biography: Sayuri's life started well enough having been born to a couple of blacksmiths that made a decent living as her parents were well regarded as weapons smiths. They were both good smiths in their own rights but when they worked together they made exceptional pieces. The 'Takashi' name would be recognizable to high end weapons collectors and the like. They used their own alloy that was passed down through her mothers family. It was known for its durability though at the cost of some extra weight. They lived in a smaller village that was relatively close to a large trading town. They had a quiet life without many issues outside of her own personal ones. Even for a kid her age she was oddly detached from other kids having no friends which worried her parents. Things took a turn for the worse when she was six though. Her parents and her were on their way to town to deliver a large order to a variety of clients when they were attacked. Both of her parents were killed and she would have died if she hadn't been found by a man passing through. Rather than leaving her to die he took her, her parents weapons, and as many intact items as he could back to his home. When she awoke she found herself in the mansion of a local noblemen and learned that the man who saved her was his best personal bodyguard and assassin. She quickly realized that she couldn't remember anything of the attack only what happened before it. She was told of her parents fates and the reason she was brought here. The man had decided to make her one of the bodyguards and without knowing where she was or her village was there wasn't much she could do. She started training as soon as she was healed. That changed fairly quickly as only about three months later he started training her personally and had absolutely no mercy. He would push her past her limits and beat her whenever she made a mistake or was too slow. She had to work through any injuries as well. She interacted with Irene for the first time when she was eight. She'd seen her from a distance and knew she was the Nobles daughter. Irene came up and tried to become friends with her. Though Sayuri didn't ignore her, she certainly didn't play along. This did little to discourage Irene much to Sayuri's annoyance.

Her training continued as did Irene's attempts at friendship and her hatred for the man who'd saved her life. Irene's constant attempts at friendship annoyed her at first but as she got used to them she was able to use her as a ground to keep herself from breaking entirely. There were a handful of other children there being trained to be bodyguards as a group. When she was ten she asked him why he'd chosen to save her life and even more importantly why had he chosen her to train personally during one of their sessions. He seemingly ignored the question and continued training her. It was only afterwards, as she laid there half conscious, that he responded. He hadn't planned anything special when he'd saved her only to treat her and enlist her as a bodyguard trainee as she was orphaned and had nowhere to go. It was only after he saw signs of her own natural talent for combat that he decided to make her his protege.

Sayuri's skill improved rapidly due to a natural talent for combat and was hired at the age of fourteen and took her first assignment killing a low level politician that was causing a small amount of trouble for her now boss. It was fairly simple for her as he'd had no real entourage or competent bodyguards. It was also around this time that she first witnessed Irene's Father abuse her. He'd been outdone by another noble and took out his anger by hitting her. Sayuri almost attacked him as she started considering her as a friend. The only thing that held her back was the knowledge that the other guards would have easily killed her. Over the next couple of years she got closer to Irene and started looking for the village where she was from. When she was sixteen she found the village, received permission for time off and journeyed back home. When she arrived people were ecstatic at having her back welcoming her with open arms and a small celebration as she was alive. She was glad to be back and celebrated with the others but realized something during it. She realized that this wasn't home for her anymore. She didn't have any connection to this place or really belong. The people, being who they were, accepted her decision and let her leave several days later saying she could always return.

Upon her return however she learned that Irene's father had broken her arm and shoulder during a beating the day before. That was the last straw in Sayuri's mind. She vowed to save Irene from her Father and kill him. Along with the man who'd saved her life trained her. To this end and as a final test for herself she decided to become a Hunter. For the next four years she trained herself harder than ever, had her fathers twin swords and her mothers longsword repaired at the village by the best blacksmith and protected Irene when she could without endangering either of them. When she was eighteen she found an opportunity to kill her mentor. While he was out on a mission she ambushed him before he reached the target, killed him, and threw his body into the forest for the wolves. Now twenty she feels ready to take the Hunter Exam and has left to do so vowing to become a Hunter and help her friend.

Draconians

Draconians are a race that generally keep to themselves. They look mostly human except with dragonic features such as scales, claws, eyes, or tails in varying combinations. The only two constants are pointed scaled ears and scales on their body. The most altered a Draconian could end up looking is something like this without the wings. They are rarely seen out and about in the world as most of them live in villages in mountain areas as close knit communities. Despite this they are generally openly welcoming to visitors and offering help to those who need it. They are not commonly known to people who don't live near their villages though the information isn't hidden. Many of them live as hunters or blacksmiths often going to larger nearby towns to sell their wares. They value strength and ability above social standing or gender in all cases. The two things they absolutely despise above all else are people that take advantage of others and people who betray those close to them. As individuals they are generally rather eccentric having greatly varied personalities and sometimes odd taste in clothes. They also encourage people to go after their dreams rarely stopping others from leaving if they choose to.

Draconians smiths are of particular note because of the quality of their creations. Each smith tends to lean towards making different kinds of items. Some prefer making small blades like kitchen knives or daggers, while others preferring to make armors like greaves and gauntlets, and still others prefer making little things like jewelry or lockets. Even between each smith that makes the same things use different styles and recipes passed down through families along with their own eccentricities. Among low end collectors “Draconain” is though of as a brand where as higher end collectors know that the Draconians are a people and know the value and differences between each notable persons works.

Their villages are generally run by a council of 6 or more based on village size, two Elders and four younger Councilors, who oversee judgments for crime and make major decisions that effect the village. Placements are determined by recommendations from existing members with citizen backing.

Abilities: Enhanced Strength Durability and Agility: Due to her brutal upbringing and training she has a strength and agility surpassing that of most people easily outclassing many trained fighters. She is as durable as she is strong with a pain tolerance to match being able to shrug off broken ribs without flinching.

Combat Genius: Sayuri is a genius when it come to combat being able to pick up most mid-level techniques through observation and mimicking the user, whether teacher or stranger, though still has to take time to master them afterwards. Albeit faster then others would. This has to be done relatively soon after witnessing the move as the details need to be fresh in her mind.

Stealth and Observation: Having been raised to be an assassin she is adept at moving silently and erasing her presence to a high degree. She is also able to observe her surroundings to a similar degree spotting traps and sense or spot people trailing her.

Personality: Clashing of culture doesn't shy Túlio, though a person wouldn't use the words 'social butterfly' to describe him. Strong-willed, honest, blunt, prideful, courageous, and stoic are better words to explain the man. On the other hand, he's stubborn concerning beliefs and morals. Displays habits of placing self at wrong place, or situation, at wrong times. Proclaims he's "treading the 'path of life', while aiding the lost and breaking the twisted." Overall protective over others, especially allies.

Living in a jungle, where desire for survival can be constant. Túlio subsequently possesses a natural skill for quick thinking and even faster actions. In fact, sometimes muscle memory takes hold and forces self to act before considering the consequences. Sadly enough if Túlio endures enough trauma. Especially if the man is risking imprisonment. Túlio can 'snap' and mentally revert to what he refers to 'the primal state'. Regard for life, friend or foe, becomes obscured. Ability to associate consequences to actions lessens even more so than normal.

Biography: Mankind stands at the bottom of the totem poll within the Vryfunt Jungle. Traversing the territory is nigh impossible without a guide. Few tribes, or civilizations, of humans/sentient beings exist within the jungle. Lists of rare ingredients and valuables are obtainable from the jungles. Lack of law and civilizations creates a sort of 'safe-haven' for criminals. However, outsiders and even natives to the Vryfunt jungle typically do not last long. Simply due to the one code of life the jungle lives by; Survival of the fittest.

Túlio grew-up among the Xirriasca-Tribe, luckily their civilization was the kindest towards outsiders. Key term, was. Childhood for Túlio involved learning the ways of the jungle and life. Two other jobs were honed as well. Successfully working as a guide for trespassers as low as age nine. Then around twelve began training in "exterminating trespassers which violate their privilege to stay within the jungle". Sadly Túlio hardly escaped his homeland at the age of 17. Leaders of the Xirriasca Tribe exiled Túlio for killing a powerful member of their culture. Yet Túlio was framed by a Hunter, which Túlio had served as a guide several times during his life.

Aiding many hunters during times of being a guide of Vryfunt Jungle. Túlio received a visitor of his past while wandering the newly found world he'd been thrown into. The hunter, obviously, took high interest in Túlio and decided to; "repay Túlio for the times in Vryfunt Jungle". This repayment was done by giving Túlio connections and faintly mentoring the boy.

Abilities:

• Vryfunt Jungle Survivor/[ex]Tribesman: Ordinary wilderness survival skills are second nature. Extensive information on how to handle the flora and fauna of the Vryfunt Jungle exists. Knowledgeable of the languages, traveled paths, or territories, of all the tribes. Cultures, traps and other topics concerning the Vryfunt Tribes are also known by Túlio.
• Physical Status: Climbing trees and rocks. Evading and attacking wildlife. Sprinting miles to reach different resources or destinations. Training under fellow tribesman, as well as several (yet brief times) hunters. All of these things result in Túlio possessing Agility, strength, endurance, and reflexes of impressive levels.
• Herbalism/Poisons: Dealing with ingredients, which outsiders of the Vryfrunt jungle can consider 'rare', ever since Túlio was a child. Currently Túlio possesses considerable skill with making salves or other concoctions with herbs and other ingredients.
• Xirriasca Ink-Warrior: Select members of the Xirriasca are entrusted with the title of 'Ink-Warrior'. These individuals are responsible for quelling dangers of outsiders who've overstayed their welcome. More importantly, these Ink-Warriors are known for marking the trails which fellow tribesman should follow throughout the seasons. Typically natural disasters, hostile animal migration, and enemy tribes/outsiders are factors which prevent usage of paths. Name suggests, these warriors carry massive jars or pouches of ink and use brushes or other utensils to leave their marks. Honoring the Xirriasca people, Túlio continues to utilize the style taught to him.
• Foreign Fighting-Styles: Time spent outside his homeland jungles and culture has enabled Túlio to not only improve, but incorporate new fighting techniques/styles into, his original fighting methods/style.

A slender medium to short heighted man. However he is a bit larger in the upper body and slender in the lower body. His height reaching a little over 5'6 feet. Markings on his face with a cyan blue tint. He often wears a black scarf to cover his lower face when hes trying to hide his smile. He wears black steel toed boots a chain to his wallet and black pants.

Personality

A mysterious individual amongst most people. He doesnt find pleasure in staying still to say the least. His desire to reach new heights gives him optimism. So much so his eyes and mouth smile ear to ear with a unusually bad timing. It is usually when facing death that he finds his excitment beyond his containment. For his death is a thrill and no mundane thing will ever end his life. This makes him reckless. Even to the point of self harm and sacrifice he would do so. Though he would prefer to use others for his necessary sacrifices, self preservation being his key foundation. His nonchalant attitude and low rent tastes makes him beyond the slow subtle ease of love and domestic life to follow. He does have limits to his thrill seeking and wont harm children. Very little gets him angry however. On the contrary he is easily excitable and is visibly so. So he hides beneath his attire.

For those close to him talks of women, drinks and good times is often flowing from his toungue. He seeks to be able to live life to the fullest and desires to hunt the new thrills available else where. He desires deeply in his heart to make money he can give his mother and earn it in a way his father would be proud of.

Biography

Born in the ghetto he grew up amongst the city rats and admired the wealth displayed by those enjoying the city lights. He knew he wanted to live luxuriously. But he knew his tastes were different from those he saw aiming down the path poor musicians played to enter fancy restaurants. Laughing with boring pleasantries until their meals were through. He despised this as he watched his own family live impoverished. His mother and father were hard workers but could not afford much even for their only child. His father was indebt to a gang for a favor long ago, a life and death favor.

He could feel his father weighing his own lifes worth each day he rose to work for nothing. Until the day finally arose his father no longer afford the debt and the family. That was when Rain left his mother alone. Only returning a week later with cold hard cash and a offer to move up from her poor home. But she refused. Knowing where money of the kind came from she could not accept the path her son chose. Even if he did so to compensate for the missing father and cheer her up. Rain moved out now, at 15.

He decided to live with his friend whom family owned a martial arts center. He trained there often from the age of 10. But now he used it to release his fustrations. Though he learned a lot there he dropped out of school and began living with a dealer whom let him concoct his drugs at home. Many young and brightly futured people experimented and Rain made his connections this way. He soon found himself traveling with thrill seekers with cash to spend on anything they wished. Rain pushed the limits of this and found his thrill seeking to surpass their own and their moneys limits. He keeps many types of connections, most made from the underground scenes he takes part in. Raves and nightclubs are his favorite places. He still finds time to take good care of his body. Having enough money to live on his own now he rarely if ever sells anymore. His drugs being legends at this point.

Abilities

Physical Physically Rain is small yet compacted. His muscles hardened down to his eighth ab line. He has speed and stamina comparable to high ranking olympic athletes. His body is flexible as well allowing him to bend in ways most would find impossible. He nears contortion levels but his flexibility mostly resides in his legs. He has high hand eye coordination which makes him a excellent marksmen with light weapons and capable of accurately judging small and fast object trajectory in an instant that do not go beyond eye speed. He can parkour fairly easily with is strong yet small body.

Mental Gifted with a high spatial awareness and a IQ to match he was always on top in his class with little effort. He advanced his ability from a young age to learn many different chemical combinations. Technological hacks. Weapon techniques. Combat technqiues and much more. Street smarts. He would never master one specific skill and when it came to combat instead would only focus on learning how to counter the best techniques. In doing so he did master how to properly defend himself against trained killers such as military personnel.

Underground Junk - Due to his knowledge of chems he was a big hit with the dealers of the underground scene he loved to be a part of. As a result he tested on himself many feel good drugs. He has become immune to many drugs now and has a special serum just for himself that was too strong to sell even underground. When using this drug he has his adrenaline rise. Muscles relax a bit. His senses open up as colors and sound become more detectable. He feels eurphoria and numbs himself to pain.

Connections - Due to his popularity underground and amongst tech savvy individuals he has many hook ups from cities all over. From the race driving scene to the raves if its at night and is fun hes a part of it. His serums have put many dealers out of business and thus has created his need to remain cautious and weapon ready. His well known survival streak has awarded him the hearts of many he has come across and the favors accumulated serve him almost like a power. A cell phone text away he could have a super car pick him up. Or escape into a VIP room. Have a weapon delivered. Almost any street level illegal thing he could achieve with minimal effort. Hackers, chemists, taggers and more are under his favors list, allowing him potentially heist level crime abilities and more.

Personality: Partially due to his upbringing, Guiles is an incredibly hard worker, give him a task, and he'll get it done as efficiently as he can without a single complaint, of course, that isn't too impressive, as Guiles hardly ever complains. Guiles is incredibly cheerful, and sociable, he tries to make friends with everyone he meets, but he does understand that people need boundaries, and thus won't get overly friendly with people who are uncomfortable around him. His voice is loud, cheerful, and full of warmth, and he speaks with a familiarity that signifies closeness, even to strangers.

However, he's also incredibly naive, to anything subtle, how to act in most scenarios, and especially technology. Guiles doesn't know how to operate a phone, and looks at cars as if they are foreign technology from another realm. He's terrified of riding in trains, as they go far too fast for his liking, and that stresses him out, a lot. And while he is a friendly, dumb nice guy, he isn't immune to negative emotions, he can get sad like most people, but most of the time his sorrow turns into anger, and he can act really nasty when he gets angry, not like, getting really violent angry, well, he sometimes does that too, but mostly, he just starts laying into people, like how his Ma used to give him a stern talking-to, when he misbehaved, and as he is, like previously stated, very naive, he thinks that this is how people normally react when angry. Despite being a giant of a man with plenty of physical strength, he's a very nervous person, often worrying over unimportant stuff, like if strangers will judge him for messing up. He can also be totally blind to how people are feeling, especially if they are attempting to push all of their emotions down, or hide them. And can accidentally say insensitive things, of course he doesn't mean to, but it happens regardless. He sometimes struggles to communicate properly, not finding the right words to say, or phrasing it all wrong, and coming off as an ass when he had no intention of being one, and on top of that, he's very blunt, which is both a strength, and a flaw. His self esteem is surprisingly low, despite being a big friendly dumb teddy-bear of a person, he's incredibly hard on himself, with himself being the only person he seems not to respect. His black and white point of view on the world can be dangerous. As he fails to see grey moralities, if something is good, then he should protect it, if something is bad, then he should beat it down. He also has a very short temper.

Guiles is almost entirely driven by wanderlust, and self-improvement. He wants to travel, and to experience everything there is to experience in the world, good and bad. Well, he's okay with skipping the bad stuff. But of course, without being a hunter, there are many, many places that are restricted, and that Guiles will have no way of exploring until he becomes one. He is self-aware about how naive he is, and believes that by becoming a hunter, and exploring the world, he can understand people better, and become a wiser person in the process.

His morality is about as simple as it gets. If someone's in a bind, he'll try and help out. If that person happens to be a homeless person who has no way to repay him? Oh well, he intends to travel around the world anyway, he doesn't need connections. So Guiles tries to be as helpful as possible, and refuses to impose on the kindness of others. He'd rather sleep in the middle of a park than ask an innkeeper he helped out for a room. However, his morality concerning those who he considers to be going down the wrong path is surprisingly brutal. He doesn't view them in the same kind light he views everyone else, he'll try and take down and destroy everything he deems evil to the point where others could even consider him crazed. A good example of how scary having a simple worldview can be.

Biography: Guiles was born to a small family, who lived miles away from the nearest village, in a shack, right in the middle of a massive field, that seems to go on forever. Guiles' parents were kind and simple folk. His father was a massive man, he had a large, scraggly brown beard, scars on his face, and a missing arm. He looked ready to snap a man in half if they so much as sneezed, but in actuality, he was a jolly old man, who just happened to have a very angry looking face, and some imposing scars from his time adventuring. Guiles' mother was a small woman with long blonde hair, and a soft gaze. But she was incredibly stern, if Guiles messed up, she'd chew him out so bad he wouldn't ever make the same mistake twice. His father had started planting trees in the field when he was much younger, and now, had his own tiny forest around the house. Which was great, as he worked as a lumberjack. Chopping down trees, and delivering them to the town for the construction and expansion of the town.

Guiles had a very simple life for most of his childhood. He played with his family in the fields, and always begged them to take him with them when they made trips to the town. He didn't have many friends, as he lived so far away from civilization, but he was friendly to everyone he met. Sometimes, he'd help his father with chopping wood, but was of course, no actual help. Because he was just a kid. But he felt like he was helping, and it made him feel great. His dad was like, the strongest guy he knew, but he was old, and only had one arm. So if he could help him out, he'd be doing a good thing. That was how his thought process worked. Every night before bed, he'd ask his dad to tell him a story. And his dad always had a new story to tell. Of his adventures before he met his wife. Guiles' father used to travel with a group of people who protected endangered species from poachers. The man who formed the group being a hunter, and the only one among the group who was legally allowed to do most of what they did. Guiles' father traveled with them for five years, before settling down here, and making his family. So every night, he'd tell Guiles another story about one of his adventures. Guiles, being a child who had only experienced life as a simple lumberjack's kid, was blown away by these stories, and quickly gained an intense fascination towards Hunters, and the rest of the world, that seemed almost magical to him.

After managing to gather up enough courage, he asked his dad how to become a hunter, and his father smiled larger than Guiles had ever seen. He had been hoping Guiles would ask that, and explained that once every year, there was an exam. This exam tested everything from physical power, to fast thinking, and that only the best of the best passed, and became hunters. Guiles quickly decided that he would definitely take pass this exam some day, much to his father's amusement. From that day forth, Guiles went to work with his father, learning how to chop down trees, carry the lumber, and deliver it to town properly. It was hard labor, of course Guiles wasn't expected to drag trees around and chop them with one blow, but his father didn't give him any slack either. Day after day passed, and Guiles got better, little by little, until eventually, he was chopping down the trees himself, and carrying the entire thing into town over one shoulder. It was at this point that his father, now much older, but still capable of carrying a tree with one arm, sat him down, and explained how he lost his arm. He was on another job with his friends, going after a group of poachers hunting an endangered species called the Hunchback Roo, which his father then stopped to explain that hunchback roos were purple kangaroo like creatures, but were far bigger, and had, like the name implied, hunchbacks, but their backs were harder than steel. After getting back on track, his father explained that the poachers responded far more aggressively than usual, and attacked him and his friends. During the fight, the leader of the group was attacked while his back was turned, and Guiles' father got in the way of the attack, costing him his arm. Guiles, confused by this story, asked why his father had told him. His father responded that it was a warning, that despite all of the amazing things he had seen traveling with a hunter, it was also an incredibly dangerous job. And he wanted Guiles to be prepared. When his 24th birthday came around, he was given an old camera, and a ticket for a bullet train that was taking those who wanted to go to the hunter exam to the town that was holding it this year. So Guiles, after crying and hugging his parents for so long he nearly missed the train, set off to finally see the world.

Abilities And Talents:
Physical Capabilities Far and away Guiles' most impressive talent, is his physical abilities, he's strong enough to fell a massive tree in one to two blows from his trusty hatchet, and then carry that tree for miles to the nearest town to sell the lumber. While his endurance is enough to run those several miles without running out of breath. His agility is likely his worst aspect when it comes to physical capabilities, but he is still far too agile for someone his size.
Craftsmanship Being surrounded by trees and lumber, many times when Guiles was bored, he would try and carve something from the wood to pass time, and while he started off as terrible as can be, he slowly became surprisingly capable, not a master-class artist or anything, but far better than he originally thought possible. What is really impressive, is how quick he's able to carve things.
Foraging Knowledge What Guiles lacks in the general intelligence department, he makes up for in his talent for surviving off the land, which is a skill he'd have to pick up living so far from civilization, he knows which plants are poisonous, and which are safe to eat. He knows how to start fires, find his way home using the stars, and how to hunt wildlife. He tries to avoid hunting, though. Because he always cries when he kills the animals. A side-effect from his foraging knowledge, is that he's very aware of his surroundings.
Self-Defense While never officially trained, Guiles knows how to defend himself. The fields were home to some predators brave enough to snack on humans, so Guiles was taught how to use his felling axe to fight. Any capable fighter could see several holes in his fighting style, but it doesn't really matter when someone with immense physical strength is swinging an axe at you really fast. He can fight with his bare hands too, but he isn't talented, just using his size and physical strength to fight.
Adept Lumberjack As Guiles spent most of his life as one, it's no wonder he became rather talented at it. He knows how to fell a tree so it will fall just where he wants it to, he knows how to operate a sawmill, and he knows how to be a good Whistle Punk, (Safety Lookout) and a good High-Climber (They climb up the trees, and chop off the branches.)

Miscellaneous: Guiles is incredibly scared of trains after his trip on the bullet train, which went so fast Guiles had to force himself not to scream the entire way there. Guiles loves to sing, country songs mostly, but is also a terrible singer. Guiles cried for an entire day when he accidentally tore a teddy-bear his mom got him..for his 16th birthday. Guiles has rations, a felling axe, and caulks (spiked boots that lumberjacks tended to wear) along with an old camera, and climbing spikes on his person, and in his backpack. Guiles was meant to be a play on Guileless, while also actually sounding like a name someone could have. I don't have a theme song in mind for him, but it's probably something overly cheerful, and very country.

Appearance:

Lily possesses light purple eyes, with a very dark brown to her hair that is on the borderline of being black. She is about 5'2 with around 90 pounds of body weight, making her exceptionally petite. On her body, there is little to no visual muscle, but her body is extremely toned despite being so petite. She doesn't wear make up and her hair, despite being naturally straight, is unkempt. Considering all these factors, Lily is notably attractive.

Personality: Lily is an extremely unique individual. She possesses a presence to her that seems as if she is much wiser than her years and her appearance would lead you to believe. And partially, this is true. She possesses the wisdom in combat that you'd expect a 3 star hunter or a grizzled veteran to possess. Her decision making at crucial moments is unparalleled and her ability to maintain her composure as everything around her falls apart is unrivalled.

On top of this, Lily seems to have a continuously callous emotional state, which to onlookers seemingly looks as if she has an inability to feel emotion. To onlookers, she never appears to be happy, sad, humoured or angry, rather in a constant state of thought as if she was away on another planet or deep within her own universe. This doesn't mean she is a sociopath, or incapable of feeling emotion, rather that she is exceptionally bad at expressing it and as a result, does not seem to let out any emotion, whether positive or negative unless she finds herself talking to a person that really clicks with her. This leads to people believing that Lily is a lot stronger mentally than she truly is, and as a result, makes people think she is somebody to be relied on. Despite this, if Lilies temper was ever to be evoked, it's safe to say that the fight wouldn't go well for the one that she'd be against.

Lily is quite slow to pick up jokes about herself, mostly due to a lack of caring and she always finds herself entering situations without much thought, leaving her vulnerable to planning and other such events. Due to this, she often burns many bridges that would end up being helpful to her later due to her lack of awareness. On top of this, Lily is not very talented at conversation. Her answers are blunt and to the point, and lack any depth or meaning to them despite the message that she's trying to portray, and she has no real interest in prying information out of other people, making her terrible at work that requires her to talk or listen. Despite this, her level of self awareness is astounding.

Lilies motivation to become a hunter came from curiosity. She saw that hunters are some of the most gifted people on the planet and she wondered if she made the cut. She wanted to find out whether she was in that top percentile of people on the planet, or whether she was another lemming without any inherent value.

Lilies morals are based off pure Darwinism. Having been brought up in a dog eat dog environment, she sees the natural order of things as the way that the world should go, with those who are independent and able to think for themselves at the forefront, and those who are too weak to follow in the footsteps as those who should either die or find a way to become stronger. She is not inherently cruel or heartless but in her mind, this philosophy is true for the world and cannot be changed by tears.

Biography:

Lilies life has been pretty interesting. She was born at the cost of her mothers life due to a poorly executed childbirth and living in a rural region, and as a result, earned the resent of her father. Due to the death of his wife, he also committed suicide and as a result, Lily never grew up with a parental figure. She was passed from family member to family member up until the point where she was put up for adoption within the village that she lived.

She ended up being brought up into the village dojo, which had practiced the same martial art style for generations upon generations. For a frail, sickly girl like Lily, it was amazing that she was even brought into the fold. From the moment she was brought in, ever day since she could walk she was taught to fight. What surprised those at the dojo was not the amount of strength she somehow packed into the tiny body she possessed, but rather the sheer determination she displayed as a disciple.

Her training continued throughout the years, following an extremely tense regimen once she hit the age of 10. Training that would break a normal human adult was brushed aside and muscled through by a girl that weighed next to nothing. Lily ended up breaking every limit that was set in front of her and more, consistently proving those who doubted her wrong in their assumptions.

Before Lilies training had been completed, there was some concerns on who was going to be the next master of the dojo. Many of those within the Dojo supported the son of the current master, but it was clear that the majority saw Lily as the next prospect, as she had the most potential in their eyes and was currently the most powerful disciple. As a result, it was difficult for the dojo to allow her to leave but deciding that Lily was loyal to the dojo and would likely come back, that it wasn't a worry that she'd abandon the place that raised her and as a result, they allowed her to explore the world.

Around the age of 14 was when Lily finished her training From that point, she did not know what she wanted to pursue. In essence, the Dojo had dumped an incredibly strong toddler onto the plains of the world, and from this, strange things ensued. Lily had little to no idea of social customs outside of those taught within her martial arts classes and the village she was in, she knew nothing about technology or food outside of cattle. Lily fondly remembers her first encounter with sweets when she made her first purchase at the supermarket. From that point onwards, she became enfatuated with the world around her.

Every single thing that Lily did from that point onwards filled her with joy. Drinking a cup of hot chocolate, watching television, playing video games. What might seem like mundane tasks to those who have experienced it, were the equivalent of skydiving or bungee jumping every day for the girl who had not experienced modern life.

Around the age of 15, Lily ended up encountering a blast from the past when she discovered that people viewed fighting as a sport. Overjoyed, Lily decided to enlist in every fighting tournament she could find, but she was disappointed time and time again. None were strong enough to match her one on one, and this filled her with a sense of being. This was when Lily believed herself to be evolved beyond everybody else.

On her sixteenth birthday, Lily found out about the hunter exam after extensive research into a challenge that could test her theory. Figuring that if she passed it, she'd prove to herself that she was something special rather than another number, she decided to try the hunters examination, and see if she could find anone else who she would consider evolved.

Abilities:
Insane Physical Strength and Agility: Lily is an incredibly petite, small person. Despite this, she possesses the strength you'd expect to come from a behemoth or an ogre. On top of this, she's extremely fast. This is likely due to the lack of weight that she has to carry when using her strength meaning that the momentum takes her further simply from the amount of strength that she possesses. She obtained this strength through training similar to that at the Zoldyck residence. Despite this, she has very little endurance and her stamina is much lower than somebody who would normally have this strength. This power base is stronger in her legs than in her arms.

Non-threatening: Due to Lilies small figure, many people vastly underestimate her physical potential and as a result are quite surprised when they find out her actual level of strength. This gives her an edge in combat as often times she is brushed off as a little girl.

Martial Artist: Lily trained herself in a martial art similar to that of Muay Thai. Due to this in combination with her strength, it makes Lily a fearsome duellist and opponent.

Miscellaneous: Lily constantly appears as if she was insanely tired, with massive amounts of bags underneath her eyes no matter how much sleep she gets. She's incredibly addicted to candies and sugar filled goods as well. She's also an incredibly talented musician when using a flute and piano. On top of this, she's a lucid dreamer and keeps a journal of what she experiences within her own dreams.
