History: Even at a young age Yasahiro was naturally attracted to chemistry, how things worked on the microscopic scale. Later that attraction developed into passion and he became an official researcher funded directly by the government. His research consisted of studying the process when a ninja used Earth jutsu, what reactions took place during the jutsu and how it changed the DNA. He loved his research and always wanted to be 10 steps ahead of everyone on it so he withheld a part of it. He did all the work no? Actually he literally did all the work meaning that he didn't even accept assistants. His funders tried to pair him up multiple times but in the end they left him be as his research was satisfactory enough even though it wasn't all of it. It was all “by the rules” until he requested additional funds on a new project idea, to create...Life. The idea and it's end goal were called a perversion and Grover was scolded. They also forced an assistant to observe him as they didn't trust him anymore to be left working unsupervised. To hide the research that he was keeping hidden, Yasahiro used an underground hideout which would later turn into a fully equipped lab allowing him to create the “perversion” as called by the ignorant fools, to create an homunculi.

11 years he had served and for all it's worth they didn't even flinch when putting down his idea. But they didn't put out his will of fire. In secret he studied and researched, for 5 years he tried and failed over and over again, all for naught. He had pushed away everyone in hopes to achieve something outside his power. He had ruined his image, his position and reliability while focusing on his own selfish desire to have the power of God. Everything seemed dark until a ray of light shone upon him as he remembered! He remembered about a metal with biological properties found encased in an underground lake located in the Land of Metal. As it was near the border between the Land of Metal and Earth it wasn't that surprising that a group of scouts got a hold of it while looking for underground passageways. How did they even thing to pick up a rock in the bottom of the lake? Simple, the thing resonated a silver aura and was deemed an object of interest. Maybe with that substance he could achieve his goal.

2 months later, he had finally done it! Although not a miniature human or even animal for that matter, but it was alive nonetheless. The liquid was alive, it moved and raised as Grover approached his finger near it. The thing walked across the glass seemingly looking for an exit. The most exciting moment of his life, his dream was finally a real thing. Right before his eyes, the silver slime stood as proof of that, his accomplishment. Damn those fools for not believing him and he didn't care anymore, the thing was his and he didn't plan on sharing it anytime soon. Lost in thought while baiting the slime with his finger he accidentally touched it. A burning sensation spread over his finger as the acid-like liquid digged through his gloves and into his skin, a tingling sensation could be felt moving through his arm. He was too careless but he was so overjoyed that he payed this “little” incident no heed. Returning home he took the best sleep he had ever had since before being born. Or so he felt at first but it was all replaced with surprise, panic and agonizing pain soon to follow.

As soon as he closed his eyes he found himself awake and in front of the acidic slime with the glass in his hand. With no control of his body he opened his mouth abnormally wide in a horrific manner, enough to pop his jaw off, and turned the glass upside-down shoving it in his mouth. The initial pain of the content scorching his mouth, making it's way to his stomach, dispelled the body control. He was only able to cough a few drops on the ground as the rest had already made its way inside him. The hellish pain spread through all of his body, forcing it into a metamorphosis. The process lasted the whole night only momentarily stopping a few times to let him adjust to the change and keep him alive and conscious. In the end he was discovered by the security which got reports of a man walking in an erratic manner naked through the night. Since then it has been the descent from one level of hell to the next, only going faster the deeper he fell.

Firstly they thought of executing “it” at which point Grover went on a rampage. Seeing his strength, rather than put it down they decided to send him in suicide missions deep in enemy territory. This went on for 30 years until evidence of the Monster's affiliation with the Earth Clan was found. Returning from another successful mission, mainly consisting of him massacring everything, he was told to enter the village gates by daylight. What was the reason they would have him expose himself in broad daylight was his initial thought but nonetheless he followed through. As he entered the gate from outside, he saw an inspector from the Land Of Cherry Blossom, the village Leader along with 4 douzen of their strongest warriors waiting for him.
Village Leader:”See? It planned to attack us. It means to slaughter us like everyone else. We have no affiliation with this abomination, this... perversion of human dementia.”
It was a set up? For 30 years he did their bidding and at the slightest inconvenience he caused them they decided to put him down? As he heard the last words an anger rose up within him, he couldn't handle it anymore. For 30 years he was used as a sacrificial rock. He wasn't even a pawn, he was a pebble that they threw on the board to knock other pieces off. He went into rage losing all reason and however much sanity that he had managed to preserve through decades of slaughter.

After regaining his consciousness he found himself awake in the middle of the woods. Since then he used and perfected his body transformation technique that allowed him to look like a human. He only goes and visits human settlements to stay up to speed with the latest info, the same way he learned that he killed the head of the village with hundreds of casualties, but otherwise he stays in the woods.

• Can move and rotate his limbs freely at his joints as long as it isn't obstructed by the rest of his body.
• Can easily reattach a severed limb and heal it instantly. By consuming chakra he can heal every damage instantly.
• As he is made from a biologic metal, his body is immune to normal weapon attacks/physical attacks in general and could possibly receive minor scratches from chakra infused weapons, but it also makes him heavy. The weight doesn't slow him down as his power is also greater than most, comparable to the 7th Gate, the Gate of Wonder. Only high powered S-ranking spells and forbidden spells with high destructive power can injure him.
• Has an advanced digestion system which can process almost everything and get the maximum energy out of it. Can consume raw chakra radiating from someone, by directly eating them or absorbing a jutsu. Eating harmful substances is ineffective.
• His breathing apparatus is also modified so that it filters all the harmful substances that could pose a threat to his body. It can smell the chakra of someone and upon registering their chakra once he can easily track them later on. This also extends to knowing how much chakra someone has left and if a chakra consuming ability has been cast recently or if it is still in effect. It can filter the water to obtain oxygen.
• Immune to environmental effects. Besides transforming his body, his organs and brain was also affected. The parasite has merged with his brain making him immune to every genjutsu ability. He can simply not perceive any genjutsu's effects.

He can use another set of hands to form 2 other propellers, both to the side, for additional speed and control.

Personality: Kareha is a quiet woman who has no intent or will to hold a conversation and as such not much is known of her, even from those who come from the Hidden Leaf. She is a member of the Senkai clan and as such one would assume her to be rather family-oriented though she does not speak of them. She seems to wander with no motive, killing when challenged. For a Genin many who would come to meet her consider her very mature and incredibly serious. She does seem to enjoy soups and typically warms up to those who offer her their kindness, however her warmth isn’t much compared to others.

Kareha has a few quirks in her personality like having the tendency to clean her blade incessantly, carry with her an old tattered and unwieldly umbrella that she uses in conjuncture with her techniques, and walking around barefooted. She has yet to explain any of these quirks to anyone. She also refuses to cut her hair it has reached her upper thighs now.

History: Kareha remembered the day she met her team like it was no other day in her life. Perhaps it was the adrenaline coursing through her veins at the time, or perhaps it was because she managed to save lives that day. Kareha’s memories were something that she found herself delving into constantly for a vast multitude of reasons. Typically she found herself reminiscing on past fights, encounters, and experiences. But this memory, it seemed to serve as a lighthouse in her memory bank for whatever reason. She had it imprinted onto her and it refused to leave, no matter what she did, drank, or thought. Either way, she would remember it for the rest of her life – whether she wanted to or not.

She was running into a thicket of some sort, branches snapped back against her side, arms, and thighs as she pushed through a particularly thick bush. It was odd, she would remember, because for whatever reason once she reached the clearing on the other side of the bush she could no longer remember why exactly she was there. When she came to the clearing she heard a small noise, turning to the east she decided that the noise was located further from the village than she was. She ventured towards the noise as it both peaked her curiosity and was the only thing she could hear above the slight ringing in her ears that she attributed to the true silence in the nature around her.

Coming to the edge of the forest she could see a man who was embracing a girl around Kareha’s age. That was what she had believed to have seen at first, however as she turn her cheeks flushed in embarrassment ready to leave she heard a yelp. This grabbed her attention just long enough to cause her to look backwards towards the man, and see him preparing to throw a kunai at her. She immediately stumbled backwards, managing to raise the sword in her hand to guard herself. She made a somewhat feeble attempt to pivot and stumbled downwards. She steadied herself and unsheathed her blade. She could remember the next couple of seconds vividly, as if someone had somehow made them permanently affixed to Kareha’s memories. She looked at the man and realized he was holding two girl’s hostage, they seemed to be pleading with her through their eyes. She began allowing chakra to flow from her core, through her left arm and into her blade. A flash appeared and lit up the slightly darkened forest. He screamed and covered his eyes. He hit the floor dead. Kareha helped the girls out of the forest and returned home. She didn’t speak much after that day.

Name: Omoide 思い出
Description: The old tattered umbrella that Kareha carries around with her. It can fold up to essentially resemble a larger walking stick. She carries it in a large harness around her chest it hangs diagonally across her back.

Special Skills: Omoide has two very specific seals on it. The first, located on the inner portion of the umbrella is a protective seal. By channeling a small amount of chakra into the handle of the umbrella Kareha can activate it and encase herself in a ball of water that can protect her from fire techniques and weaker Ninjutsu. She can deactivate this technique by stopping the flow of chakra from her hand to the handle.

The second technique and final technique Omoide possesses is in the form of a seal on the outwards facing side of the umbrella. It is activated in a similar fashion to the first technique however instead of one hand being placed on the umbrella, two are required. When the seal is activated it releases a Genjutsu is released that causes the victim to immediately have their senses reversed. It will fell as though attempting to move their right hand will move their left and so on. This technique, unless reversed will only last for two minutes.

Description: A worn blade with a seal on the hilt. Its hilt is wrapped in bandages with the bandage dangling down resembling a ribbon or silk.

However, this technique takes a great deal of concentration and perhaps more importantly shield Kareha's view. Should the technique fit the criteria, however, the technique will be completely negated and blocked with no harm to Kareha or those behind her.

Personality: Hiyoko is an odd girl. Outwardly to the most of society she acts as any dignified Uchiha should, especially due to her mother’s great standing within the clan. Thusly she acts as the heiress she was born as, always leaving the house in a kimono in order to hide the latest bruising from training and the bandage wrapping in order to prevent damage to herself whether she is on the giving or receiving end of a blow. Hiyoko’s true personality can be adequately defined by looking at the other two important women in her life. Her mother and her best friend Honoka.

Her mother is a well-respected for assistant to the Hokage. While Hiyoko will most likely never come into leadership in the Uchiha clan as a whole, her mother is one of, if not the most well respected Kunoichi in the clan and as such great expectations were laid about for Hiyoko’s life. Hiyoko has done nearly everything in her power in order to attain these expectations and she has done a relatively good job at such – for any other family. As far as Hiyoko’s mother is concerned, she is well behind her own curve. Thusly, Hiyoko is considered to be brash and not very forward thinking by most, this is because she is constantly attempting to meet her mother’s expectations.

The other important woman in her life is the girl she was raised beside. When Hiyoko was only five years old her mother took in a girl named Honoka Haruno. Honoka was a shy girl, much different than the brash and relatively charismatic young heiress. This is what made Hiyoko so incredibly affixed to the girl. Such a different person required many years to get used to, and as the years have gone by Hiyoko has started to finally pull Honoka out of her shell once they matured. Honoka has had such a profound impact on Hiyoko’s life that she finds herself constantly considering how her own actions may impact the young Haruno. This, in turn has taught Hiyoko a fair amount of respect for others.

History:

Hiyoko was born into a noble lineage, and within that noble lineage she was raised by a hero. Her mother, one of the most well regarded figures in the Uchiha clan at the time did not set her expectations low, and that was something heard by the entire clan. She didn't often speak of Hiyoko's father, but when she had been drinking for a while she would sometimes let clues slip. A powerful man, good for nothing, left you, these were the sorts of tangled memories Hiyoko was able to cling to regarding her father.

When Hiyoko was only six years old, a dramatic turn of events took place. The Haruno clan, another well respected body occupying the Hidden Leaf, had been attacked - something of a personal vendetta against one of the clan's members. Not many died, but Hiyoko distinctly rermembered that day. It was during a slow spring shower, not many people were around in the streets. Hiyoko's mother was having some tea with her daughter - these were the days where training was sometimes waylaid as Hiyoko was still too young to acitvate her eyes. During their tea, Hiyoko's mother perked up, like a wild cat hunting it's prey. She placed a steady hand on Hiyoko's head and like taht, she was gone.

Hiyoko ran outside once she had finished her tea, the rain was much louder out there. She couldn't hear what was going on, but she saw her mother speaking to a man who lived across from the Uchhiha Clan's compound. He looked like a man possessed, a tired look in his eyes and gear strapped to every inch of his body. Hiyoko's mother's Sharingan remained active while communicating with him, which caused Hiyoko to feel rooted, unable to move from her spot as she watched the silent communication transpire. That was, until she saw a young girl walk up to her father's side, pull on his robe, they went back inside and Hiyoko's mother returned to their home - training resumed.

A couple of weeks went by and the clan quietly got into it's old routines again. Once more, during their morning tea, Hiyoko's mother went to get the door and there stood the man with tired eyes from across the street. Once more, he was strapped in gear, looking ready for war. Hiyoko went to her mother's side and was greeted by the same meek girl who was there on the rainy day. Hiyoko stopped listening to the adults and waved happily to the girl, one hand on her mother's kimono another outstretched. The girl, waved back. Hiyoko ear's - however, caught the passing of a few words: wife, obligation, fault. And before long, the man with tired eyes was walking towards the main village gates. Without his daughter.

Hiyoko and her mother treated Honoka from that day forward as part of the family, not extra baggage, not a family friend but truly gratified family. Hiyoko found that this was a worse case scenario as, when the girls turned just eight years old, training truly began.

Hiyoko managed to awaken her Sharingan early, she feared what would've happened if she had not. At ten years old she possessed a Tomoe in each of her eyes. She found the Sharingan painful to activate, as if water was pouring directly onto her iris. Her mother would tell her she was feeling the stream of chakra to her eyes. She would learn to get over it. She never really did though.

One day that stood out for Hiyoko and Honoka would be a sticky night in the middle of the summer. They were training, had been for six hours already. They were sparring, and Hiyoko had an upperhand - despite the strain of her Sharingan on her eyes. She was closing her right eye - as the stinging of the air atop of the slight pain from the Chakra. Honoka was running towards Hiyoko, readying a punch. Hiyoko saw it coming and allowed her bodies survival system to leap into action. She pivoted her right ankle twisting around, in a near pirouette, her left heel coming in for a blow at the back of Honoka's head. But it made contact with an open palm instead, and Hiyoko was thrown to the floor. Her mother laughed at her, not as if she thought it was amusing, rather she thought it was pathetic.

Hiyoko pulled herself up off the ground, wiping the blood from her broken grin and stared with tired eyes into Honoka's gaze. The girl fumbled towards her, Hiyoko didn't need a Sharingan to see that a slew of apologies were coming forth. But she immediately threw on a smile, one that twisted the smirk of her mother and caused Honoka to stop dead in her tracks.

"You're improving every day, Honoka, I'm really proud of you." Hiyoko said happily putting a hand on the shoulder of her best friend. And Honoka's eyes began to dampen, while Hiyoko's left eye awoken, a second Tomoe grew. It was what saved Hiyoko from having to spar with her mother that night.

Ability: Kemuri can serve as amplification for some of Hiyoko’s Genjutsu. However, as her chakra pools are rather average she cannot utilize him to his fullest extent as it already takes approximately half of her chakra to summon him. However, one day she will be able to utilize Kemuri to capture foes in her Sharingan. For now, she utilizes him for scouting and to amplify Shibō Garagara by cawing.

Description: A tricky technique, Kyūsokuna kon'yaku is essentially utilized to make it seem as if an Uchiha has not activated their sharingan. This is done by flowing chakra towards the eyes and allowing it to build up in small bunches along the way so it enters the eye in increments, rather than as a steady stream. This, as well as the intention to activate their eyes, causes the eyes to flicker or, if observed closely, activate and deactivate at such high sped that the doujutsu is never actually seen unless viewed by a specialized technique or another doujutsu. If utilized with yin affinity chakra, the user is capable of initiating powerful, or subtle, genjutsu upon anyone looking at their eyes even in a moment where the sharingan is not activated.

Doujutsu can discern that this technique is being utilized. Additionally, simply not looking at the Uchiha's eyes will allow someone to avoid getting caught in a genjutsu. This technique is not at all chakra taxing, but requires intense focus to maintain for long periods of time.

Hiyoko is currently mastering this Jutsu specifically. She, however has not yet. This has resulted in the requirement that she maintain absolute concentration with the technique, remaining completely stationary. While she can speak in a somewhat monotone voice, that is about all of the movement she can allow for to successfully utilize the technique. *

Description: By imbuing her voice with Chakra, Hiyoko whistles to cast a soothing Genjutsu that usually makes the target incredibly tired, however if the victim is already completely exhausted it will put them in a comatose state for up to ten minutes. This is untraceable with the aid of Dojutsu do to it being completely auditory. This requires very little chakra on Hiyoko’s behalf. However, an enemy actively angaged in combat against Hiyoko or Kemuri will not be very susceptible at all to this technique as they are aware of the noise.

Full disclosure the histories won't make sense in this context. But I thought I'd throw these two character sheets out to see what was thought of the rest of it with the lack of an official RP CS up yet. I can change anything/nothing - doesn't bother me too much. Might even just change everything. I just want to get a grasp of what the GM team is looking for in a character sheet.

@Write Both characters would be perfectly suited. Some adaptions may need to be made to reflect some of the changes that happened in the world, but that is a simple matter.

Also, just by chance your Uchiha's first picture is the same as one of my characters - Xu Shui Yi. Although, she isn't in this universe. Just a funny coincidence.

@Bishop For a character of that status, he'd probably need a significant power increase to work at that level. Conceptually I have no issue with it. I'll do a closer look through once I get the thread up and can provide additional guidance then.

Even chakra infused weapons have a hard time leaving a scratch. I might've debuffed him in some way to make him fair to the others. I expected the extreme opposite of what you said. Anyway, when you open the OOC I'll post an update version of him removing the handicaps that I placed.

@Bishop Innue is actually correct to a certain extent tho? I mean, he's already OP asf but the simple fact that he wastes lots of energy gives him an enormous disadvantage against some specific enemies - As an example, Oinins using the Secret Technique: Mist Rain or pretty much anyone that can drain chakra - making it hard for him to he effectively in the top 10.
That being said, he seems to be OP as fuck against taijutsu and normal Ninjutsu users. The guy is practically an EVA with chakra...

P.s. I'm rather curious about how genjutsu would affect him rn

@Spanner I have debuffed the ever living shit out of him in hopes of not being called an "op" character. And if I removed all those things that I added to lower his level he would be a sort of Madara with 10 tails Level immunity to things just without the jutsus.

You may want to clarify some of those strengths then, as I definitely wasn't reading that level of power from that character. And I'm a bit different than most people in determining power from strengths and weaknesses.

I'll also do a closer read once the thread is up to make sure I wasn't just skimming too much.

• Can move and rotate his limbs freely at his joints as long as it isn't obstructed by the rest of his body.
• Can easily reattach a severed limb and heal it instantly. By consuming chakra he can heal every damage instantly.
• As he is made from a biologic metal, his body is immune to normal weapon attacks/physical attacks in general and could possibly receive minor scratches from chakra infused weapons, but it also makes him heavy. The weight doesn't slow him down as his power is also greater than most, comparable to the 7th Gate, the Gate of Wonder. Only high powered S-ranking spells and forbidden spells with high destructive power can injure him.
• Has an advanced digestion system which can process almost everything and get the maximum energy out of it. Can consume raw chakra radiating from someone, by directly eating them or absorbing a jutsu. Eating harmful substances is ineffective.
• His breathing apparatus is also modified so that it filters all the harmful substances that could pose a threat to his body. It can smell the chakra of someone and upon registering their chakra once he can easily track them later on. This also extends to knowing how much chakra someone has left and if a chakra consuming ability has been cast recently or if it is still in effect. It can filter the water to obtain oxygen.
• Besides transforming his body, his organs and brain was also affected. The parasite has merged with his brain making him immune to every genjutsu ability. He can simply not perceive any genjutsu's effects.

These were my initial powers. I go crazy with everything in the start but I eventually tone it down(a lot) to fit in with the RP.@Innue

@Bishop Yep I read that part, still potentially seeing him needing a power boost, but I'll leave that up to you if you aren't comfortable. I still see a large variety of techniques that he would be able to be hurt/hindered by - even in the taijutsu and ninjutsu realms.

Definitely could be obnoxious for Wind Release people though. I think they and depending on the taijutsu user would have the hardest time.

@Spanner Please, I sill didn't add the first thing I wanted for this character on my dream build of skills and abilities. The power to transform and reorganize his body on a molecular level to anything. Shape shifting. Now try that on for size besides all these other ones.
But I'm a reasonable man so I won't have to force you to battle that abomination.

Edit: Shape-shifting to the point of preserving the initial mass and texture of the person. Think this.

@Bishop did you have a village in mind for him? Or is he meant to be a missing nin? If he's meant to be a missing nin, it could be interesting to partner him with some others. I know I definitely have two who wouldn't mind working alongside what amounts to a somewhat "immortal" metal monster of great durability and somewhat significant power (again, haven't read the CS yet, so I'm not going to make many statements about his ACTUAL "power level" as it were).

@Spanner Yeah, it really depends on the character. One of my higher level characters would have a lot of issues, while one of my lower level wouldn't. What level was the character you had in mind and what was the specialization of techniques (ninjutsu, gen, etc) and elements?

@Innue Edited something on my upper post. So basically he becomes a swirling mass of ever changing material which could take any shape and bend and attack in anyway while moving with extreme speeds bouncing from left to right to any direction effectively catching anyone off guard with it's erratic movement and behavior and general unpredictability.

@yoshua171 Nope, he is a missing monster. They probably tagged him as an escaped scientific abomination of a failure to creature the perfect soldier...

Basically yeah, a missing-nin. And you don't have to read all the cs. Just go to the combat section and read there. But only the skills and special traits. If I'm allowed to shapeshift as I have in mind, just ignore the signature moves for now.

Hello! I'm here wondering, are you accepting towards newer players? I've always loved Naruto and a roleplay in it's universe, alternate or not, seems pretty exciting. Especially this one.

However, I'm very unexperienced in the whole aspect of 'character's power level' and all that - if so, I would prefer to play a... 'underpowered' archetype of a character which can progress later if this story allows such. It does seem like the story is OR will become very chaotic and weaker characters wouldn't have much of a chance, so I'm unsure.
