Charles would nod at what the teacher said, moving to a seat sitting a bit away from the others, putting his things down and taking his seat. Analyzing the current situation and atmosphere, mostly getting confused at what is happening before simply ignoring it and awaits for things to progress before he stands back up to collect his suit that was transferred from his previous class, and returning to his seat.

The news had hit him hard, the realization that it could have been anyone in that classroom, even harder. His gut went from corkscrewing to crashing. A blaze had ignited but it was accented by the black cloud that billowed from it, smothering the rage with a heavy depression. Second day of class and U.A. already has its first victim. He dove into his bookbag, pulled out his journal, and scratched a deep line in the name: Engine-Boy???

His fist balled so tightly on his desk that his nails drew blood. A darkness lurked in his usual bright eyes, a depth of terror and mystery. He stood up from his desk without a word, grabbed the tech-savvy suit case with his costume in it and sat back down. He opened it and emotion flooded him. The costume he had envisioned was there. All brave and heroic, a symbol, or future symbol at least, of what he believe safety was. What a father's protective embrace would be in material form.

He reached inside, pulled it out, and pulled it close to his face. Not a tear had swelled in his eyes, not tremble of his lips had occurred. And still, a powerful emotion was pulsating from him. That moment had reinstated his reasons for becoming a hero. A peer had been killed but if he had been an active hero, it wouldn't had happened.

Carefully he folded it back up and closed it. He leaned back, hands stuff deep in his pockets, and struggled to find the enthusiasm he held so close before.

Your suit was made with padding over the shoulders, torsos and knees, allowing his form to be veiwed yet look far more muscular by the subtlely expanded areas. He would look strong, and the orange primary with blue on his sides, backs of his legs and under arms made him look as if he wore hoplite. He was indeed a hercules in the making. The costume clearly did not have a mask, making a secret identity impossible. At the sight of how he reacted, Xavier seemed to lighten up again.

Lucas took out his costume and inspecting it, testing the fabric and approving of how it was done. "Is there a special reason you're giving us our costumes now? Are we to be tested while wearing these?"

Haley's face dropped and her eyes widened in what could only be described as absolute terror. What. H-he's dead! The word dead lingered in Haley's mind as she watched students head up to the stand and get their costumes. She stood up and headed after Lucas her hands shaking, she was out of it slightly but was still able to recognize that Lucas had gestured to her. She then dug her phone out with her trembling hands and would present Xavier with the pictures. She weakly grabbed her costume and tucked it underneath her arm.

She had nothing to say to Xavier or Lucas and she eventually retracted her phone. Heading back to her seat and taking a look at her costume. She had hardly know the boy so her grief was no where near as bad as it should have been, but a silent tear did creep its way onto her face. She wiped it away and looked down at her costume. She couldn't make out what it would look like for curtain but she was sure it would be alright. She looked over at Meruem who she could tell from just looking at him that he was effected by Baxter's death far more then she was. This made her question herself thinking if she had reacted in a disrespectful way.

What does it matter... She thought sinking in her chair slightly. He's gone... And there is nothing I can do to help him now... But maybe... No... That would be reckless... She forced her thoughts to stop and shook her head, rather violently actually. She the looked up and she began to push the sad thoughts from her mind. She felt that Baxter wouldn't want them to feel sad for him, but she hadn't know him well enough to make that call. This made her face falter slightly but eventually she tensed up and forced a smile.

Eventually, Karen stands up and moves to the front of the class, and after taking a deep breath she speaks quietly, due to still being shaken.
"Umm... I don't have a c-costume... My quirk makes it impossible to wear anything while it's activated. S-sorry..."
She nervously rubs her arm and avoids making eye contact with her new teacher, instead staring at the ground with her beady brown eyes, full of emotion which she doesn't want anybody to see. She gulps loudly, not wanting to anger Wraith this early in her time at UA.

The material one the inside which could be seen on all the joints and areas where the wearer needed maneuverability we're covered in a dark blue wetsuit, open to the wrist and up, and to the foot and to angle. This particular type of clothing was designed to be form fitting and able to change with his form and it remain as it had before. Over this was a light weight plastic armor, similar to that of what the voltron paladins wear. It was mostly hollow but could take some of the damage from a punch for him. It was pure black and white.

Xavier looked at this pictures before signing and writing down an address and putting it in his pocket. "You're best reporting that to the police, but don't go waving it around or else you'll attract attention" he grumbled to her before pulling up her costume. Though she had asked to not have her costume be tight fitting, they took advantage if the fact she hadn't asked to be completely covered. As such her entire abdomen was revealed, and well as much of her legs and arms, her costume being a short skirt that was more like the lower half to a hoplites armor, sectioned leather, and her upper body covered in the rawhide of an animal, turned nearly into full leather over her but far looser and more free, a dark brown. A note was inside simply saying. "Gotta he specific honey" with a big heart next to it. Xavier sighed and closed the case. "Maybe I will just send this one back"

Charles would look confused at some of the others as some seemed embarrassed and others seemed upset, he didn't understand these emotions too well. He would watch those who opened their cases to see what he could tell from it, before deciding to open up his own case to check out his hero outfit since he had time to do so.

Haley shook her head at Xavier. "No it should be alright. I'll get used to it." She put all of her effort into a smile and turned away from Xavier before taking a seat. She had not really noticed or cared for what the suit would look like, she had other things picking at her mind. She then curled up the costume and sat it on her desk never really taking the time to look at it.

Opening the box you would reveal a rubber-like texture to a tight fitting and elastic suit. It covered his feet and hands as well, and was a black texture with various green strands going in sharp angles throughout it, though the seemed to blend it unless you focused in on them. Two blue strands became one at his chest and spread like a wireframe across his body, a separate red line tracing behind it to make things seem more traced out. On the chest was a large blue item, that your astute judgment sees as a mechanical devise. There where studds on the padded kneecaps and shoulders, a hood and strapped pouches on the hips. On the note, it read.

"This ought to help with increasing the power of your quirk, but only in short bursts, so use it wisely"

Augustus looks closely at his uniform.

So Haley I must say. The dress is definitely good for you. I think it's very stylish. You should think about combing it with a mask and a crown.

In the thoughts of the fire girl: Firegirl I think your uniform probably burns or can you control something like that.

Haley was still sort of spaced when Augustus spoke to her and she snapped out of her trance and look at him. "Y-yeah. I'll look like a proper hero in this." She said with a muddy mix of forced enthusiasm and worry.Pull yourself together Haley. You can't get so distracted like this. If this happened while fighting a villain you would die! Haley's hands curled into fists scrunching up parts of her uniform. But am I really just supposed to ignore the tragedy... Haley took a deep breath and tried to clear her head. To Augustus she would probably look a little crazy.

Karen grits her teeth as soon as she hears the voice in her head, because she is not receptive to intrusions such as that, then she bows to the teacher and returns to her seat. As much as she tries ignoring the voice, she eventually succumbs to it.
I kindly suggest you get out of my head before I find you and kick your ass seven ways to Sunday. And as for your question, no, I can't control my quirk. Now out.
Perhaps to the rest of the class she'd seem insane, but she kinda assumes they know who she's talking to, and that they'd be able to tell she's talking to him due to the amount she's grinding her teeth together. Also, nobody would really know her quirk seeing as though she hasn't shown it yet, all they know about her is her name and the fact she has flaming hair.

Xavier nodded. "Well as one of you has guess, we will in fact be doing some testing, this is an old fashion test of your abilities but it's one that never fails to show us just how good you can be" Xavier responded, phasing through the podium to get closer to them.
"It's simple. You all will be assigned to groups of two, one group will be villians, the other group heroes. The heroes need to capture a fake damsel in distress while the villians have to run out the clock before they can do so. If the damsel is injured both teams fail" he explained, appearing to talk more with his hands than anything.

"The test is a way to try to show you guys how to work together as a team"

He decided to just ignored it and started to look at the others performing simulations in his head on how to interact with the other students, since he was going to need to work in a team with one of them soon.

Lucas thought about what the teacher had said. He knew he wanted to be paired with Haley, and thought their quriks might work well, as she could provide cover while he distracted with ranged attacks, or they both could do well with melee. He nodded to himself and got up, walking over to her. "H-hey Haley. I wanted to apologize for how I acted yesterday, and ask if you wanted to team up for the test." he said.

Haley looked didn't look over at Augustus or up at Xavier as she scratched her desk. She was feeling conflicted, and she was sure as hell ready to fight someone. Her mood had changed, she was noticeably more agitated then before her eyes slightly red from watering slightly. It was unknown how she would react to her assigned team mate. She then clenched her fists and looked up at Xavier, she really hoped she wouldn't be the damsel. She hated that, and with her current mood it wouldn't be that wise to annoy her.

She looked sharply over at Lucas. "I think the teacher chooses the teams." she said in a rather cold tone, she realised this then sighed "And don't worry about yesterday. It was just a misunderstanding..." with that she looked back at her costume taking a slightly closer look this time. Lucas might have noticed her cheeks turn pink. Oh crap I didn't look at this costume properly did I?... It can't be that bad...
