Alright peeps. I've taken the liberty of transposing all the old locations that were not created by any of you. Hint, at the top right of every post you can hit "Raw" to view everything in a person's post, including BBCode.

Should I bring over the Aether Foundation that was created by ToadRoaps? I'm mostly looking to @LuckyBlackCat on that question. You're the only one here whom had a character within that organization.

Two things to fix once you get back.

1) In the hider labeled "Item Registry" (in the 0th OOC post) you will find all the items that have been created by Poke Corp thus far. Those are the only items that have been approved. At this time, the only way to add new items is through joining a "Research and Development Organization".

That may change here soon.

2) Locations no longer have missions.

Hello guys and gals!

This morning I decided to make some serious improvements to the way items are handled. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I think things are more simple this way, and we benefit from that.

Please read over all the information in the OOC section regarding ITEMS. Also take note of the changes that had on the Organization type "Research & Development". And take note of the new organization that was added based on that.

PLEASE, if you have a location, please take the time to reorganize your Poke Mart to separate Technology items from Natural items. And be sure to clear all new items with me first before adding them to your Poke Mart.

ALSO, items that do not have a listed price, such as fossils, are NOT supposed to be available within Poke Marts. Please remove those if you have done so.

Also, take note that I added more information to daycares. This can be seen in the "Pokemon > Leveling Up" hider in the manual, as well as to the daycare building description in the "Location Information" hider located in the 0th IC post.

The items themselves look good. Make sure to put a divider between your Technology items and your Nature items. Refer to the Item Registry to see where each each item lies in that regard.

Everyone, yes, try to make sure to make sure you get your Poke Marts looking good if you have a location.

But don't forget to post IC as your character before the end of this month. You can even do this before worrying about your Poke Mart's inventory. I say this for two main reasons...

First:

There are numerous ways to earn TP:

• Every time you post IC, your character earns one TP.
• Your first IC post of each month earns your character 5 TP instead of 1 TP.
• Each type of organization has its own unique way of awarding TP.
• TP can transfer user-to-user in the form of gifts, selling items, or 'battle wagers' (later section).

Second:

There are many different ways to level up a Pokemon.

• Pokemon can gain one level by having a battle with a wild Pokemon.
• Pokemon can gain two levels by participating in a PvP battle.
• All Pokemon left at a daycare at the time of your first IC post in an IRL month will gain two levels. This cannot be combined with the Pokemon party condition below.
• All the Pokemon in your party at the time of your first IC post in an IRL month will gain three levels. This cannot be combined with the Pokemon daycare condition above.
• Pokemon may gain levels from the item called "Rare Candy".
• Pokemon may gain levels through special conditions from special Pokeballs or Special Items.

EDIT: So by getting a post in before this month ends, you can still get the bonuses at the begining of November as well, which is right around the corner.

ALSO: At the moment, the RP is in day time. But since it's about to turn night time, it might make sense if we all agreed to write as if it was late in the day, if not moments before nightfall. Oh and in case you didn't hear. We are not picking up exactly where the last RP left off. A couple of days have past.

Just a question about consistency. In the old thread, a few characters had items that aren't currently in the registry (Ella has Black Sludge, Leisy has Soft Sand, etc). Also, type-boosting items now seem to be Expert items, but some Skilled trainers already have them. That and there have been quite a few mentions of berries, at least the basic, low-level healing and status curing ones.

Would it be possible to have all those basic berries in the registry (not the rarer ones, the supereffective damage reducing ones and the like could come later), as well as a few more type-boosting items, with the rank restriction lowered to Skilled? Maybe the price could go up to offset this.

Anyway, I'll try to move more stuff over today and get a post up soon.

Alright ladies and gents. Please say thank you to @LuckyBlackCat for bringing some things on Items to my attention. They have been even further re-vamped. Please re-read through all three hiders in the ITEMS section of the 0th OOC post. There's plenty of new information to be found there.

This also effects Poke Marts once again. Please refer to any one of my location's Poke Marts to see exactly how. I'd say that this is a major improvement and makes things easier on location creators.

Can everyone please put all of their character sheets into hiders? And make sure that all organizations ARE NOT in hiders. I think the entire 'characters' tab flows better that way.

I included you @dimitri, because you still have a character sheet here, even if you might not be with us anymore. Please put your sheet in a hider as well, unless you want to delete the entire thing instead and just leave behind a blank space. Thanks!
