How are they limited? I bought my first house through VA with no problem and then refinanced my second home through VA. What conditions are they setting that limit you?

@Landain Not all homes on the market are VA approved. I mean, that’s what my realtor tells me, but I’m a first-time home buyer going at it solo so I have 0 experience.

I embarrassed my 16 year old yesterday taking her to school, which is hard to do. She does not embarrass easily. She attends a racially diverse High School in Rhode Island. I roll up to school in my pimped out 2008 Honda Odyssey minivan with the bass speakers reverberating with the sounds of the 8-mile soundtrack. She yelled at me to stop playing the music. She didn't want other students to hear her 50-something year old father playing his rap music so loudly. I slowly pulled away listening to "Yeah" by Usher.
