I consider saying something to the bandits a free action (as long as it's not a spell or speech), so you can do that.
I would say to finish tying up this bandit quickly and be able to fight next time, it'll take a full round. But you do have advantage thanks to Shaedra.

I would say that you would have an Opportunity attack on Chorus and Lorus (the bandits attacking Jacoby and Bobbin)

@Guardian Angel Haruki I wanted to point my weapon at the tied bandit and say to the others something along the lines of "Drop your weapons or your friend here gets it." If I had my bonus I would have reactivated my Crimson Rite, which dissipated as soon as I sheathed my weapon to tie the thug. I figure I would have been a lot more intimidating if I held a lightning sparkling scimitar to their buddy's neck

I don't really want to roll for persuasion/intimidation. Just to put it out there
