Her fingers are a tad sharper than a human's while also being tainted blue at the tips. She is quite slim and a bit muscular due to engaging in many fights that occurred on the deck.
When she is in the water her hair becomes more curled and her skin becomes scaly and blue. Her irises retain their grey colour but the rest of her eyes became yellow and allow her to see in the darker areas of the sea. Her fingers turn into claws and her feet turn into fins.

Her nature is quite deceptive and she tends to sometimes be manipulative. She lacks manners and is extremely direct, often resulting in her either offending someone or making an enemy.This also might make people avoid her due to them being disturbed by her bluntness. Anya also does not enjoy fighting as much as the other members, but she does not mind it- after all, she doesn't want to die. She is playful and very imaginative, often mistaking reality with fantasy. Sometimes, she tries to imagine what her life was before the attack. She mistrusts the king and his people, therefore she will avoid socialising with them.
She often also doubts that people like her and wonders if she really deserves to be a part of this crew, but she never reveals this insecurity for she fears to be a burden because of it.

Anya is scared of getting amnesia as she treasures every single memory she has because she realises she has lost her life during the unexpected attack on the village. - Astrology- She is fascinated by the skill of reading someone's future using stars and constellations. Anya started studying it after she acquired a couple of books about this topic during one of the pirate raids.
- Water- As she is a water nymph, Anya has a natural attraction to water. She could spend days underwater, but she also adores learning about the world above, so she only swims in the mornings and evenings.
- Learning- Like I mentioned earlier, Anya is fascinated by the world around her. Throughout her life on the ship, she has stolen a lot of books which she studied from.
- Clothing- If Anya was ever to leave the crew of Minevra Pythos behind, she would probably become a tailor. She enjoys wearing fancy dresses and expertly tailored suits and she has picked up a couple of sewing techniques when she had to sew back her clothing after a battle
Dislikes:
- Blood- Even though she may be a pirate, Anya hates blood. She tends to feel sick if she notices and might overreact if she is bleeding.
- Being kept away from water - Water nymphs become weaker if they are kept away from water and might even die if they aren't soaked in it for a while. It has other negative effects such as being moody or refusing to do anything unless they not offered any form of liquid

With such child-like face, it's hard to believe that Marcus is a captain of a pirate ship. His face is framed by long golden locks, which he usually keeps tied back with a purple ribbon. He has narrow light brown eyes and he possesses thick eyebrows. His mouth is most often curved into a frown. He covers his face when in public in order to hide his scars from civilians so they wouldn't be alarmed by pirates being nearby- it makes pickpocketing much easier.
On deck, Marcus often dresses in fancy robes and jewellery. No one ever sees him in normal clothing or with his hair down unless he leaves the ship- which is quite rare.
