Born to a red dragon named Ruby and her mate, a blue dragon by the name of Skyline, Sapphire is part of the generation of dragons who wishes that the dragon elders didn't believe in hiding themselves. She thought that the echidnas died out because of their "weakness" which she thinks is something that her and her fellow dragons lack. Other than being stuck in the caves underground her entire childhood, she'd say that she had a pretty normal life.

Despite the warnings and wishes of her elder dragon, Sapphire escaped from the caves where her kind lived, or "imprisoned", as she liked to call it and went to interact with the outside world, slowly at first, but as the world seemed to be safer and safer, the more she interacted with the outside world, unsure if she'd ever want to return to the caves.

Sapphire is young, but she isn’t stupid. She knows more than most would probably think for a dragon her age, but she doesn't let that deter her. She would not hesitate to give people her blunt opinion, even if it meant hurting someone, as she believes that the truth hurts far less than a sugar-coated lie. Despite her qualities, Sapphire is quite vain, thinking herself the most beautiful and magnificent creature in the world. She is always ready for a fight, especially if it's for something she believes in.

Wings, Talons, and Fangs

[ - Powers, Abilities, and Skills - ]

- Flying and high-speed flying: Sapphire has a body built for flying. She can fly at speeds similar to Sonic's running speed, perhaps a little slower.

- Chaos - Control: Like Sonic, Shadow, Silver and a few others, Sapphire can use the chaos emeralds for different things. She can even access a "super form", if she has all seven of them but that's for a very limited time.

-Black Smog: Sapphire can use her breath to create a thick, black smog that her enemies can't see through. She then lashes out with his talons and fangs. Her allies can see through the smog, however.

-Fire-breathing: Sapphire can breathe fire, like most dragons. His flames are a deep blue in color, almost matching her scales and eyes.

Hey, sorry for the lack of... anything lately. Life kinda started kicking my butt and I haven't had a chance to finish things up, but tomorrow I'm gonna try and get the starting post out so you all can have at it. It'll lay most of the ground work and set up the basics, and as things go on it'll slowly start kicking into the main plot. So yeah... sorry it took this long.

Sorry again for the wait, but we're off to the races now. You guys have a lot of free reign on where you want your characters to start, though I definitely provided a few spots there to start off at.

Metropolis is gonna be hosting a week long music festival.

South Island is going to be a sort of 'hub' for a lot of thing in the future, though it won't be the only location like this.

Feel free to start off anywhere you guys please though, I'll be around if any of ya need help!

There'd be plenty of Dragons down in the caves. And when I say caves, I don't mean the deep dark narrow tunnels. Think more like those underground oasis kind of caves from the movies, where they've got their own entire ecosystems and such.
