Considering how Del Guarde is trying to get something going on with the Red Rose, maybe Bella will do something when the Order attacks Merryland? Trying to sus out whether or not aligning herself with the Del Guarde is worth it/trying to figure out if Matthias would be a threat when it comes to latter expansion northwards n all.

And then they can yap and come across the whole Vincent dealerino.

Of what interest is Merryland to the order? There's open territory to expand to the east of them.

Outside of the deal he made with Asterion? Asterion attacks 93rd, Order attacks Merryland, and they ultimately rid the space of a cop (or at least a group pretending to be cops). It was in the collab I had with Savant in muh first post.
