Kenzo was able to resist the shock given by Sarah, being only pushed back slightly by the kiai. Afterwards, he grinned at her words, standing behind her alongside Mr. Shimazu, like him, he had felt pride, but instead of concern, he also felt excited, a mixture of those two emotions filling his heart, a part of him wished for these delinquents to be reckless and start fighting with the three of them.

But Kenzo knew better; his battle hunger had limits, and his actual hunger had overpowered it a long time ago, about 2 hours to be precise. So his grin quickly changed to a simple and plain sneer. "Mr. Shimazu is right, it isn't a good time of the day, or I might say, night."

He simply gave a view at the kids, they weren't really tough looking, nor did they look dangerous. Kenzo surely didn't want to kick kiddo's ass today, and he could be sure that neither did Mr. Shimazu. Sarah was debatable.

"Copy that," Keyrs responded to Anthony.

She eyed Ainsley as he was directed to shadow-hop back to HQ.

'And then there was security detail of one, once again,' she thought calmly to herself once he'd vanished.

Keyrs got out of the car -was that a chill she felt, in the middle of this weather?- and kept an appropriate proximity to Mr. Delgato, her hands initially held behind her until she reverted them to a forward position to be more at-the-ready. 'Installing chameleon protocols could be something to consider. Though, perhaps it's advantageous to be a little obvious,' she mused about the appearance of her tech, as she set to began scanning their surroundings - literally, including rooftops/higher-story windows; the oft-forgotten.

'Might as well include the paranormal package, given that chill.' All seemed correct - no one signed into the venue under false credentials, no one untoward either inside or out here; no cause for pause, so far.

The active blueprint she'd just gained would be kept in a "minimized window" in a corner of her field of vision, opposite the "minimized window" pertaining to the HQ hacking situation.

@Master EffeX As they entered the Millennial Dome a woman under Anthony's employ started to approach holding a tablet in her arms as she looked at Tronical for a moment before turning her attention towards him. "The debate will be in about thirty minutes or so, they have set up a room for you and your detail if you follow me." She said as Anthony nodded and started to follow her through the stadium, they took some of the back routes through the entire building until they made it to a small conference room of sorts as Anthony's people started to make themselves comfortable, there was some food and drinks set up for anyone who wanted them. "So did you detect anything yet Ms. Kerys?" Anthony asked as he sat down on a nearby chair, some of Anthony's men spoke through the radios coordinating with the police assigned to the stadium, making sure things were clear so far.

@IAmTheIsland@McNephelim The group was knocked back, as they slowly started to stand up again, and slowly started to approach them once more, the leader looking a little bit more angry. Some of them started to brandish their weapons which consisted of bats, both wooden and metal, two of them had crowbars and the rest carried various kinds of knives in their hands. "Like we said we wanted some food, but we are itching for some destruction of property as well to." The groups leader said as he gestured to some of them to smash the various things in the Lucky Noodle's dining room, from tea sets to bowls, and various pictures within the room. Some even flipped over the tables and threw chairs across the room, one of the chairs shattering upon impact.

@IAmTheIsland "Come in." Annabelle said, as Gregory could hear the click to her office unlocking allowing him to enter her office, both of their offices doors could be locked and unlocked from their desks if they needed privacy for any meetings that they had in their offices. The DSHA HQ had various conference rooms throughout the entire building, when Gregory entered the office Annabelle's office looked pretty neat, with two walls of bookshelves on either end. There was various pictures of her with different agency leaders around the world and a few world leaders as well as the President of the United States as well to. "What can I do for you Vaughn?" Annabelle asked as she turned her computer screen off as she stood up, making her way towards her personal coffee maker to make herself a cup. "Would you like one?" She offered him.

Madalyne smiled and shook her head slightly and let out a slight laugh. "No this isn't it." Madalyne said as she gestured for Nancy to follow her. "It isn't to far from here." She said as she started to lead her out and away from the small park. "Hows your evening going so far?" Madalyne asked Nancy as she headed over towards what looked like an old and abandoned subway enterance to Paragon City's underground metro system. "This station was abandoned a few years ago, due to constant flooding during hurricane season." She said the entrance was blocked by a concrete wall with a thing of plywood blocking a door entrance it was large enough for the both of them to go into. Madalyne slowly started to push away the plywood as it was pushed aside revealing a set of stairs.

Madalyne held out her palm and produced a small ball of flame lighting up the area as she started to go deeper into the abandoned station until they were now at the bottom of the stairs and in the station itself. Inside smelled very musty and it looked like it had seen better days. Concrete was cracking in places, and a few rats could be seen scurrying around, cobwebs would be seen covering the old benches, as Madalyne moved towards the tracks they were dark and the tracks also had seen better days as puddles of water could be seen at the bottom. "This goes to the other active stations and inactive stations around the entire city so if you want to move about the city quietly you can." She said to Nancy.

"No we can still do this." Diana said as she whispered into her headset as she looked closely at the guards that were there and quietly snuck up to them, and quickly knocked them both out swinging her bow at the back of their heads, their bodies hitting the ground with a loud thud. "I'll check his office for anything if not then i'll get out." Diana said into the radio. "I'll let you know if I got something." Diana said as she quietly snuck around the penthouse.

Oliver would stumble across four more of Delgatos men who were on patrol and looking around, when one of them turned around jumping slightly. "Shit you scared me." One of them said as the other three turned around to see that it was Oliver. "Aren't you supposed to be at the debate or something?" He asked Oliver.

Keyrs gave a nod to the woman when she'd looked her over; an air of 'yes I'm supposed to be here' in the head motion.

Keeping aware as she followed along quietly, Keyrs' attention shifted to the refreshments on entering the board room. I'm on duty, buuut, can't be a good detail with thirst and an empty stomach.

She could've managed, but why? It was free.
And she'd never gotten her crisps and soda earlier - that point of the day seemed so long ago, by now.

Buut, safety first. She directed her tech towards the refreshments. Nothing appeared tampered with insofar as being opened and resealed. Good.

"Ms. Keyrs" proceeded to help herself to a drink and was eying the food items when Mr. Delgato asked for an update. Dividing attention between her interests and her tech, she responded casually: "All correct here. Your uninvited guest at HQ, however, just made quick work of the guards outside your office and entered. Ainsley is on scene 2 Hallways down."

Escalation.

The denizens of the Lucky Noodle were left with little time to benefit from Sarah’s brash display. Despite the warnings from all three of them, their assailants pulled themselves up, dusted off, and began wreaking havoc on the already bruised dining room.

“Talk about a persistent lot,” he lauded through a breath of frustration. He leaned into the pair of Sarah and Kenzo, “We may need a hand or two sorting this out,” he whispered. “I’ll put in a call.”

“Yeah. Go. We’ll keep these assholes off your back,” Sarah replied from behind clenched teeth. She stood rigid, and barely broke her eyes away from the apparent ringleader of the gang.

“Do what you can. And try to relax a bit; you’ll be better for it.” Shimazu ducked away, and backtracked into the kitchen.

In the dining room, Sarah’s attention latched onto one attacker grabbing hold of a chair. At the same time in which he up his throw, Sarah gathered energy into the palm of her hand. The chair was thrown; Sarah’s imbued hand pressed against the air in the thrower’s direction; the same essence that had knocked him and his cohorts back would connect with him at chest level almost immediately after the chair had left his hands. Rounding back towards the leader, she stepped forward. “You and me,” she spat. Pressing Chi through her right arm, she aimed a strong cross to her opponent’s jaw, only for him to evade, leaving her to overstep.

She pivoted around hoping to have another go, but found herself [quickly] on the backfoot, and abandoning taking another swing.

... Because you’re not loose... Shimazu thought of his young ward, catching a glimpse of her botched attempt before he ducked behind cover in the kitchen. He pulled his phone from his pocket and dialed 9-1-1. “-- yes. Ken Shimazu from the Lucky Noodle in Little Asia. We seem to have some more troublesome patrons; requesting Paragon City Police on scene.”

“Got it!” Wolfe exclaimed after a period of diligent work. He was by no means a tech expert, nor a masterful hacker, but his commitment to solving problems could often come through in unexpected ways. Through his work, he had caught onto another agent acting remotely through the Delgato’s systems; possibly, they had been the one to trigger the alarms in the mansion. In a moment of success, Wolfe managed to restrict the other party’s access to the security systems. “What, or whoever it was that blew the whistle on us is out of the picture for now,” he said, addressing Artemis. “But considering how easily they got in before, I can’t guarantee I can keep them out. You’ll have to move quickly.”

“Hey,” KT had taken a seat beside Wolfe. “Uh… question…”

“Ask away,” Wolfe nodded.

“This person, or people… they were able to hack into the Delgato’s security systems, just like us, yeah?”

“Presumably,” Wolfe replied.

“Who’s to say they couldn’t hack into our system here?”

“What are you getting at, Miss Tran?”

“That we should at least use a different means of communication.”

“Expla--”

“Hold on.” KT seemed to freeze for a moment, eyes closed and brow furled. She envisioned Wolfe next to her, and Diana several blocks away inside the Mansion, and a psychic line connecting the three of them. Can either of you hear me?

I can. Wolfe’s voice rang out clearly in KT’s head.

OK. That’s a start. Just have to wait for Artemis. Hopefully these other hackers can’t break through telepathy. So we can at least talk like this so they won’t be able to listen in.

Sounds like a plan. He looked back at his tablet screen and pulled up the security footage from the interior of the mansion. Looks like you’ve got more company coming in a few corridors away.

Ah. Good. That was almost awkward. Vaughn breathed in relief at the sound of the locking mechanisms between the two offices releasing. Still going over how his conversation with his superior would play out, he stepped across the threshold into the Director’s office; as often, he was impressed by the standard of organization and cleanliness to which Annabelle kept her workspace. “Sure,” he said in response to the offer for a cup of coffee. “Decaf please; with any luck, I’m hoping I can get some sleep tonight.” He half-laughed, and presented the folder with the hard copy report.

His face straightened as he held the folder forward. “The report from the Veridian Tech incident this afternoon. I figured I should hand it over in person. It’s been a while since we’ve had time for a proper conversation about field work.”

In the dining room, Kenzo wrestled with a delinquent. He went for a takedown and waved his leg below his hips, tripping him. He quickly dashed to a side, careful not to topple anything in the kitchen, and he began fighting against another two delinquents, handling them quite well. He would take a step back, allowing them to walk towards him.

"It seems I'm quite fatigued... And hungry."

After saying these words, Kenzo would give a kick to the chest of one of them, just barely not blocking it, making them collapse to the floor. The other didn't waste time and tackled Kenzo, giving him row after row of punches to his face.

"Shit."

Kenzo muttered as he attempted to block the blows from the delinquent.

"A little help?"

He spoke to Sarah.

So he sent me here t check things out Ollivers voice takes on a more menacing tone So, do you mind explaining what the current situation is? Olliver gives them a short pause as he make a knife out of shadows and rolls it on his knuckles before flipping it up, catching it deftly and dissolving it. His voice taking on a Honeyed, Poisonous sweetness. "And dont leave anything out. Its dishonest to leave things out and lie. And I'm sure I don't need to remind you about what happens to liars "

Nancy was relieved that there was more to be seen. An old abandoned playground wouldn't have been fit for her operations, and it was much less particularly secret. She proceeded to follow Madalyne, walking behind her; each step from the exosuit generating a crunch as the metal smashed woodchip into powdered mulch.

"It could be better." Nancy replied, a hint of a friendly jab echoing within her tone. "Trouble has had a habit of following me around today. Almost as if it comes out of nowhere."

As they entered the tunnel, Nancy activated Zero-Zero's outer lights alongside Madalyne's ball of flame. It was no means night vision, but combined with her spell, it would surely brighten the place up so they could examine their surroundings.

Nancy took a quick glimpse around as Madalyne explained where they were. It was an old metro station, long since abandoned due to flooding. The place was in ill-repair, with cracked concrete, still water puddles, and rats freely scurrying around. Most would've probably turned around, but for Nancy—it seemed almost perfect. She'd have to work on some upgrades, but being able to freely explore the city without being seen was a certain boon.

"I can make something of this." Nancy spoke as the exosuit placed her belongings onto the ground, kicking up a small cloud of dust and miscellaneous debris. "Now, I suppose you should probably run home and stay out of any more trouble. Places like these don't tend to attract society's finest, if it wasn't already obvious."

@Master EffeX Anothony walked over and pulled up a seat as he sat down and stretched his legs out, as an assistant came over and handed him over a list of questions that the debate moderator would be asking and quietly started to go them over as he turned his attention over towards Kyrs and nodded. He didn't seem to be to worried about it really. "I believe Ainsley will have it taken care of, but monitor the situation as closely as you can, i'll leave the debate earlier if things escalate back over there." He said as he took a drink from a bottle of water.

@IAmTheIsland@McNephelim "Get the old man and restrain him." The leader said to one of them as they nodded and made sure to give them a wide berth not wanting to be attacked as he followed Shimazu into the back as he made his phone call to the police. "We'll send a unit as soon as possible." The dispatcher said over the phone as the delinquent spotted him. "Come here old man." He said as he found a nearby knife and grabbed it pointing it towards Shimazu. The leader would glare at Sarah as and went over and went to kick her in the stomach knocking Sarah back a few feet as he held up his bat in hand. "Neat little trick." He said to Sarah, the other gang members were beating Kenzo, one of them managing to give him a black eye and bloody nose.

@IAmTheIsland "Decafe it is then." Annabelle said as she started to get the brew up, setting the mug down as she got the water ready, and the coffee beans started to get grounded. "How is the little side project of yours coming?" She asked as Annabelle took the folder from the Veridian Tech incident from earlier today, she leaned herself up against her desk as she started to read through it. "The incident from earlier what else can you tell me about it?" Annabelle asked, as she heard the coffee machine go off, as she set the file back down on her desk, going over to the coffee maker to grab the mug off of it and handing it over to Vaughn.

'I hear you, and maybe a little bit of a warning when you enter my head, it feels a bit weird still.' Diana said through the telepathy link that KT had established as she quietly snuck into Delgato's office and locked the door behind her. 'I'm just going to get what I can from his personal stuff, if we can't find anything incriminating, i'll just look for any meetings he has where he could be vulnerable and go from there.' Diana said, as she made her way towards Anthony's personal computer and inserted a USB in pulling out a personal portable pad out of her pack. 'Stuff is downloading now i'll send what I can in a few seconds.' Diana said as she looked over at the door

One of the Delgatos men turned to Ainsley for a moment as he approached them asking for a sitrep about the situation thats going on right now. "An attacker snuck in through the skylight window and took power out, and took out a few guards." The man said as a younger one spoke up. "It might be that Artemis chick she's been attacking the Delgato's a lot lately. We don't know where they are right now, we were going to check the bossman's office." They said.

"Glad that this will be able to help you out in some way." Madalyne said giving Nancy a friendly smile as she wandered over towards an abandoned bench brushing some dust away from it, before sitting down and looked at Nancy. "My folks aren't expecting me to be back home a little bit later, I can help you get settled in if you want, or get you some supplies to help you get setup like food and stuff like that." Madalyne suggested as she raised an eyebrow slightly at Nancy.

"You know I can handle myself, as you saw earlier today with the delgato soldiers." Madalyne said shaking her head slightly, she knew how to fight pretty well as well, and was good at using her magic in combat as well to. "I could use an illusion spell to help make sure that it'll be harder to find this place if you want." She offered as well to.
