Darn... If you didn't want Damian to discover a power in this fight Zarkun, I'd just have Mayt threaten to burn the library down to get everyone in there to stop fighting.

I believe that: - Jamie, James, Jarvis, Angelo, and Angelica I think are outside the library but not outside the Magic Council. So I would just imagine some kind of really big open hallway or something. - Penny, Nicholas, Trinity, and Spencer are actually outside the Magic Council building. - Damian, Mayt, and Carrie are in the Library. - Sayuri and Maddox are looking for the archive room. - And I'm not completely sure where Sasha, Lazarus, Ted and Tim are. But I'm sure they're somewhere in the Magic Council.
