On the one hand, The World was established as being able to contact everyone, and now that Yander's dead, it's empty. The downside is that if I then need a second account, I'll have to make another.
On the other, a new one works just as well. The downsides are that it would be a purely ooc account pretty much by definition (true of repurposing The World too though) and a good name would be difficult. "Server" doesn't seem fitting imo.
There's no password-change option, so you'd end up telling us the password you used for that.

Am I following the thread when what I took away is: "systems cap things at certain levels because >insert illogical reason< and >insert reason that makes sense somehow but is still a bit illogical or maybe logical and I just can't think of any logic reasons atm< and the end result is going to necessarily be exactly what level things were when Dark died."

I'm exhausted too, so when I do an intellectual ramble at this state, I don't reread it, so the message will be even less coherent. But regardless, it means
System = beings on the top that wouldn't make sense to pass
No System (with beings in control) = No real upper cap, but everything will be relative to powerless figures in regular universes, and things get kind of strange once you get to a certain level of power greater than them. And it starts to make less sense.
