_**Sindri**_ _**~Ayero Countryside, Road to Hiden (~Interacting with Zavier,Corivana, Claire, John and their pokemon~)**_ Sindri took a moment to look at John, following him to join the group proper and ready at a moments notice to point out that the man didn't ask for help with his pokemon if the matter was raised. "The Rist family are the past, current and most likely future rulers of the Rust Desert. We've been there so before the rise of the Egyel Empire. So yes, you could say that it is a noble house or something." A playful little smirk appeared on the desert man's face before turning his attention fully to the topic at hand. "I have to admit that I'm rather interested in hearing about the source of all this hate myself. Morphs tend not to be an issue we have to worry about back home. When you control and can deny access to the only water sources in the area that doesn't require walking a fairly large distance through a dangerous, boiling hot desert people, pokemon and those in-between tend to learn to play nice."

**~Levi - Ayero~** **~Ladyl Woods - fight with Skarmory~** _"got the perfect Pokemon to go against a Skarmory, care to help us?"_ Hmph. The Luxray morph seemed to simply give the girl a disapproving stare followed by an annoyed growl. Levi had to give the human girl credit for her tenacity after taking a hit like that. Even if it was a rather rash move, it had possibly saved the lives of the children now. Now though, the Skarmory was clearly enraged at their trespassing. The flying type charged at those gathered in the entrance of the cave. The girl had just barely dodged it, and she herself turned on her back paws, diving towards the entrance as it rushed over her head. The steel/flying type launched its own attack, steel feathers burying themselves in the ground and walls of the caves entrance. The girl saw fit to remove herself from the battle, which was probably the best course of action for her current state. She couldn't fight that enraged steel type, not without seriously furthering herself...not that she was worried, of course. She was doing this for those children, and if one of these other humans happened to die, then so be it. Now though, was the time for her to go on the offensive. She stepped out into the sunlight again, a low growl emitting from her her electricity began to crackle across her dark fur. The vaporeon had stunned it with one of its ice-type attacks, giving her the perfect opening to land a powerful blow on the pokemon. With a loud, menacing roar levi rushed forward, building up to her top speed in just a few short steps. The electricity crackling across her fur was now so thick, that even touching her at this point would result in quite the shock. And that's exactly what this troublesome bird pokemon was going to get. She slammed her body right into the Skarmory at full speed, with little regard for her own safety in the process. **~Snow Crest~** **~Fang and her Posse~** The guard thought for a moment, unsure of what to make of this woman and her...companions. He folded his arms against his armor in thought. Certainly lord Cyrus was not one to turn away anyone who wished to call Snow Crest their home, but he was also a man with many enemies. While he didn't like to be suspicious of outsiders, that was part of his duty as a guard. Still though...Lord Cyrus would likely be annoyed if he turned them away. "Since you do not have an arranged meeting with Lord Cyrus, only one of you may go see him." He said, with a commanding tone, obviously meaning this was not negotiable. "If those terms are acceptable, then I will allow you passage into the Manor."

### Corivana Espada & Kyo (interaction with Claire, John, Sindri, Zavier, and their pokemon) **Road to Hiden - Ayero** ------ The extended lily meant for Claire was tossed over Corivana's shoulder as the latter chuckled underneath her breath. _'A spitfire, is she? I do love a lady with a bit of fire to her.'_ The pirate couldn't help but look as Claire sauntered over to the men to appreciate the other woman from behind. Corivana did think that the coincidences abounded, especially so since the two had legendaries that were mortal enemies. **"Fate is cruel, sometimes..."** Corivana muttered quietly, her pirate accent slipping when she was sure that the others couldn't hear her. She gave the vulpix near her legs a smile and leaned over to pet him. **"You can be named Fate, little guy."** She whispered to Zavier with a wink, then hopped back up to her full height and swaggered after Claire, John, and Sindri. She joined back up with the group to hear Sindri ask about the morph hatred. **"I do no hate morphs, but I have had slay a few in me past, Sir Rist. Iffin' other people can do the deed, I would gladly fill up on me booze instead."** She shook the bottle of sake still in her hand and took a long swig, wiping her mouth with the back of her hand when she was finished. **"Ahhhh... Well, iffin' they do no pose a threat to Lady Claire. Though she can be handlin' herself, it do seem."** Corivana shot a significant glance to the sword at Claire's side, then to the Groudon the noble Terrane had on a leash. **"I do believe we be in her care, truthfully. Thank ye fer havin' me and Kyo in yer crew, my Lady."** Corivana gave Claire another dazzling smile. **"Kyo do be a big softie, really. Poor lass do no like the sight o' blood."** Though Corivana seemed indifferent to the men of the group, she was taking in every bit of info Sindri was parting with. _'The Rust Desert? I haven't heard **anything** living out there... they are an older House, by what he says. Worth looking in to.'_ Corivana had kept her eye and ears out, and noticed that Sindri seemed remarkably pliant for somebody nearly accosted into being in their group by the rather aggressive John - who kept looking at her and _twitching_ of all things. She hoped she wouldn't need to use her scimitars this day. She nonchalantly took another swig of her sake and glanced around. Coming up the road far behind them was a large contingent of men, perhaps thirty or forty, all dressed uniformly. The gleam of their armor in the sun barred her eye from being able to see the emblem on their tabards, though she had the strange feeling that they were in the King's Guard too - men summoned from abroad just like herself, or else soldiers sent by a noble house to the capital for the very same reason: because of the rumor of war. **"I do no like the looks of them, perhaps we do be gettin' yer poor haxxorus to the nearest center fer some proper care, John."** She said in clear, light voice that seemed unconcerned, though her brows were furrowed. **"I do believe there be a small outpost nearby that do have one. Nona Nursery, by the name o' it."** Corivana walked to Kyo and laid a hand on the pokemon's side. **"Come ye scurvy mutt, we be leavin'."** She called to Zavier as she hopped up on Kyo's harness.

Zavier was happy to be called fate and he nusled her again. But then she said they had to leave. Looking where she had been he woundered why, and quickly he saw the group of soldiers. _well, in this land they are just as likely to use my pelt as a pillow cozy then to put me in a pound or try me for truancy. I'll go with her!_ he thought, running back over to the pirate who was already halfway on Kyo.

**Fang and her Posse, Lugere, SnowCrest** "Those terms are reasonable and acceptable, but I do wish that you could give my companions some place to take shelter from the cold. I'd rather not have them catch their death waiting for me to come back. So, if that's acceptable, then please lead me to your Lord Cyrus, as we have much to negotiate and discuss." Fang spoke, not letting her fear and nervousness show. The last time she had been in a Lugerian nobles house had been when she had been enslaved by the Umbraisis house. She wasn't eager to go into another one, bout she had to try every option, and this could be her people's best bet to finding a safe haven from Morph hunters that roam the countryside.

**~Snow Crest~ ** **~Fang and her Posse~** **"Very well. Bjorn!"** The man shouted, causing one of the other guards to hurry over. **"These two people need a place out of the cold to stay. Take them to the Groaning Trevenant. Tell Miss Aline they're guests of Lord Cyrus."** **"Aye, sir."** he replied with a salute. **"Alright, follow me you two and I'll have you out of the cold and warm drink and food with you and no time."** Bjorn motioned for Fluff and Ash to follow him, leading them back towards the center of the village. **"Miss Aline will take good care of you both. She's got plenty of ale and the Inn's kept warm with the help of her Torkoal."** With that, the Guard turned back to Fang. **"Alright miss, follow me and I'll take you inside."** With a hand motion, the other two guards opened the gate, revealing a scene that was...quite odd, to say the least for a city so high in the mountains. Once inside the walls, was an open-aired garden being tended too by a Florges, a group of Floette, and a few human workers - all of which just so happened to be female. In contrast to the dreary, cold weather outside, the garden was vivid with color and life thanks to the tender care of the pokemon and the human workers. A few seats were scattered about the garden, at which a few important looking people sat. No doubt merchants or other people that also wanted an audience with Cyrus. In the distance, a soothing melody from a violin could be heard playing. The guard didn't give Fang much time to enjoy the scenery, however. He led her straight to the front door, at which were stationed two more guards. With a brief salute, they opened the large double doors that led to the foyer inside the manor. The first thing she would see, is the richness of the interior, and the second, was the fact that the foyer was being illuminated and kept warm by a Chandelure floating lazily above them. **"Alright miss. Wait here, I'll go see Lord Cyrus about meeting you. Try anything, and Chandelure here will have a word with you."** He said, and then left Fang to wait by herself, with only the Chandelure keeping a close eye on her. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ **Claire Terrane & Groudon.** **(interaction with Corivana, John, Sindri, and Zavier.)** **"That, is none of your business."** She harshly replied to the inquiry about her hate towards the morphs. **"As far as you need to know is that they are abominations and I pay well for them to be exterminated."** And with that, she ended the discussion as she climbed swiftly atop Groudon once again. She had nothing to say about her so-called hate to any of them. To her, her motives were irrelevant, and even if at times she was unsure herself, she would not bother anyone else with her personal quest for vengeance. _"I do no like the looks of them, perhaps we do be gettin' yer poor haxxorus to the nearest center fer some proper care, John."_ Claire turned her head towards the direction of the men Corivana spoke of. While she did not get any dangerous vibes herself, perhaps that was just her confidence or arrogance. However, she was not one to just brush off the advisement of her current allies or the people around her. **"Hmm...I agree, if only because we have stayed here too long. Groudon, take Axia and lets get going then."** With a grunt, Groudon bent over and picked up the unconcious pokemon as though it was just a doll. **"Be careful too. Don't want to agitate that wound on your claws." ** With that, the large pokemon began to set off down the road again.

**Fang, Lugere, Snow Crest, Snow Crest Manor** Fang rolled her eye s at the guard, giving the the Chandelure a passing glance. She could take it if she wanted to, but that wasn't why she was here. She took a moment to inspect the area she was in, the opulence of it all giving her unpleasant flashbacks, she shivered, she hoped she didn't have to stay here much longer. She decided to sit down, taking off the heavy jacket. Underneath was a rather baggy shirt made from stitched together rags that their scouting parties had managed to grab or steal. How could humans wear this stuff all the time, it was so constricting and uncomfortable. She never got why people had such a problem with nudity, as even in her own clan, she had to wear some sort of covering over her chest and genitals or else all of the elders got up in arms about it. It didn't seem to matter when she was in her pokemon form, but when she was a human it was the upmost importance. Such was the annoyance of life. So she waited, hoping this Cyrus guy didn't take to long to get here. Meanwhile, Ash and Fluff had followed Bjorn to the Inn. Ash was busy drinking some mead and watching everyone with a look of suspicion. Fluff was keeping herself entertained by drying to convince Bjorn to come with her up in one of the rooms for some fun. Ash sighed as he witnessed this, even on a mission, she had to pull this crap. Fluff was well known to be of a rather seductive nature, having been with most of the single men in the clan, and a few of the mated ones as well, much to their mates distress. Ash did his best to ignore the Altaria morph, taking another drink from his mug. At least this place had good mead. **Sebastian and Quazar, Ayero, Ladyl Woods** Sebastian cursed as he moved to dodged the crazed Skarmory's attack. A Skarmory, not as rare as he had thought, but definitely in high enough demand that it could be worth quite a pretty penny. He replaced his poison arrow for an armor piercing one and fired it and to other sin rapid succession, aiming for the beast's neck and eyes. He took note of the large Luxary attacking the Skarmory, smiling as he knew that with it's help, this battle became immensely easier. Quazar saw no need to interfere, but he did begin to move in quick intricate manuvers, building up dragonic power and spped incase the creature tried to escape after it had been wounded by the others. He noticed the Morph, but refused to tell Sebastian, as he was likely to try and slay it in exchange for the reward that the Lady of Terrane had placed on the creatures. **John and Axia, Ayero, Road to Hiden** John nodded at Sindri's explanation, and barely reacted to Claire's outburst of anger. It was a personal thing, that much was obvious and it was something he could understand. He followed after Groudon and Claire, giving the approaching regiment of soldiers a glance, wondering how many of them he could kill before the others reacted and retalitated. Two, three, He was thinking four at max, Not that it matter, cause right now, Axia's care came first. He would have fun for later, especially if what Claire said was true. If she was paying top dollar for morph Hunting, than he would be oh so glad to collect. And if others came, they would oh so tragically fall in the line of duty, never to be seen agian. It wasn't cheap to feet and maintain a dragon type pokemon, as they were pretty high maintence pokemon, but with a patron such as the Terrane's, he doubted he'd have to worry about that any more.

**Seth and Belle – Ayero – Ladyl Woods** Seth was blasted against the wall of the cave at the gust of wind created by the Skarmory's massive wingspan, the 'feathers' themselves whizzing around, as sharp as any half-decent knife. There was a reason why blacksmiths prized the plates of the bird-Pokemon as a material for crafting both armour and weapon. He couldn't let that happen, even if the creature was stealing children to eat – every beast had its reasons. The moral dilemma would have to wait, however, because first he had to take it out. The razor feathers that the bird produced were harder to dodge than they looked, more accurate and deadly than throwing knives would be; however, Seth ensured that his mask was covering his eyes during the assault – who'd ever heard of a blind archer? – and stayed as still as possible. One embedded itself in his arm joining an impressive collection of other scars, some coincidentally from the very same attack in years gone by. As the Luxray charged in with unusual determination to save *human* children that set him on edge, Seth drew and readied another arrow. They weren't the most useful weapon against a Skarmory, no doubt about that, but there would be weak-spots somewhere. And if there weren't, he would just have to make one. The Skarmory reeled back, wings and legs spasming unpredictably as the electric current passed through it's body, and before the blood-haze of battle set in he was able to realise that *this was not typical behaviour of this Pokemon*. “Something's not right with this Pokemon. It's not... in it's right mind!” The Skarmory's wings were dented and bashed, moreso than any other he'd seen. Seth could only presume that its natural cycle was disrupted, that it wasn't able to regenerate it's steel feathers to a healthy condition. That would be where the weak point is, then, he reckoned, sending the arrow flying at where he guessed the joint would be. With a crack, it embedded itself into the creature's body, causing it's eyes to roll back blankly in pain. The metal plates around one of its eyes had been dented already by another's arrows, no doubt limiting its sight if not making it impossible to see clearly. Uh-oh. That was *not* good. Those razor sharp wings, even pinned by arrows and dents, began to slowly pull the body of the creature above the ground. While not able to fly properly, the Skarmory's frantic, panicked movements – combined with its natural power and speed as it beat its wings – was causing the dirt and dust around the cave to rise up into the air, whipping around the small clearing in a circular motion. “Belle!” Seth shouted, the winds rising in ferocity to the point where his cloak nearly tore off from around his neck and he had to keep his head down to keep his eyes intact. With a sharp cry, the bulky Pidgeot rammed into the Skarmory, though to little success, moving between it and the Luxray in the centre of the growing storm. Seth was glad his companion had understood his urgency. He didn't want what he suspected to be a Morph getting hurt and, after what happened to Featherheart Tower, he assumed Belle felt the same.

**~Snow Crest~** **~Fang & Chloe, Snow Crest manor~** As Fang waited, Chloe came twirling down the hall as she normally did, dusting, cleaning, singing a bit as she did so. At first, she didn't notice the morph. She went about her duties as usual, that is, until she nearly ran into Fang as she absentmindedly went about her cleaning. **"Watch where you're going!"** She angrily shouted, regaining her balance. **"What are you just standing there for anyways? If you have time to be standing around you should go about doing your work! Go on, get moving!"** she gave the woman a sharp glare as though she was used to having to do this quite often. As the head maid, dealing with slackers was just part of the job. **"Wait...you're not a maid."** She continued, eyes wide as she realized her mistake. **"Ah, Sorry!"** She continued, giving a bow. **"I'm Chloe, head maid at the Keirnan estate. Is there anything I may get you, miss?"** After a brief moment of silence, she gave Fang an odd look. **"Err...who are you anyways?"** **~Groaning Treavanent Inn~** **~Ash, Fluff, Aline, and Bjorn~** **"Aha, enjoy yer drink, do ya, Sir Ash?"** A rather heavyset barmaid said to Ash, placing another drink in front of him. **"We don't have 'ta best 'ere, but it'll get ya drunk and out just the same, mate."** She heartily laughed. **"So what brings ye to Snow Crest? Long way 'ta go fer just a dirnk."** Meanwhile, Bjorn was attempting to resist Fluff's advances. **"A-ah miss Fluff, please, I uh, I'm on duty..."** He said. Obviously, being flirted with wasn't something the boy was comfortable with. ~Levinia~ ~Ayero – Ladyl Woods, battle with Skarmory~ She hit the Skarmory hard, sending a powerful jolt of electricity through its body. She may have been a bit reckless, she had hit it at full power, and she was going to be feeling that tomorrow. In any case, she didn't have much time to react before the Skarmory recovered.Thankfully, the human archer saw to it that it was stunned long enough for her to recover and put a bit of distance between her and the bird. Unfortunately, it was not enough. The wind picked up, rising to almost hurricane force winds. That was not good, not good at all. It was all Levinia could do to not be blown off her feet by the wind. She dug her claws into the ground in an attempt to gain some traction. She could end this easily, if she could just get off one more attack on him, but in this wind she wasn't going to be able to get an easy hit in...

**Fang, Lugere, Snow Crest, Snow Crest Manor** Fang had to catch herself before she growled at Chloe, as she had introduced herself. The woman had made an honest mistake, as Fang was certainly not dressed in the fineries that her Lord usually saw. "My name is Fang, and I am the representative of a group of individuals that wishes to provide service to Lord Cyrus in exchange for land and protection. I am currently waiting to meet with your Lord at the moment. Please tell me, what kind of man is he? I would like to know about him, truthfully, from one who works under him. A good way to tell the nature of a man is to see how he treats his servants." As she spoke, she took the moment to observe the woman, looking for any signs of nervous jitters and movements, as well as watching for the smell of fear. The maid might not say anything, but Fang could learn all she needed to by her body language. **Fang's posse, Groaning Trevanent** Ash raised an eye at the barmaid, ever watchful of humans in general. He took the drink, giving a nod of gratitude to the barmaid before he took a long drink. When he finished, he let out a sigh of contentment before he decided to answer the maids question. "We come from a clan located on an island located a ways off the coast of Lugere. We're here to speak to your Lord Cyrus regarding a certain matter that is private. I'm not to talk about it with out the permission of our clan leader, who went up to converse with Lord Cyrus." Ash took another look around the tavern, letting out a sigh as he heard Bjorn's cries of protest to Fluff's advances. "Anyway, if you'll excuse me, I have to remind my companion that we here for business, not pleasure." with that said, he finished his drink, then got up and began walking over to the two, listening as Fluff tried again to seduce the poor boy. "Awwww, that's too bad, I was thinking we could have some real fun," Fluff whispered into the boy's ear, here hands moving to feel up his chest, "trust me when I say that I will do things to you that will blow your mind." She would have said more, and done more, if it wasn't for a strong hand gripping the back of her jacket and pulling her away from the boy and over to the bar where she was forcibly seated. Fluff huffed, puffing out her cheeks and crossing her arms as she glared at Ash, who had asked for another drink. "Why must you ruin my fun Ash, I had him curled around my little finger." "Because we are hear for business not pleasure, so you have to sit down, shut up, and wait for Fang to get back." He sighed as Fluff began to drool the moment he mentioned their leader. Fang was the only woman that had managed to catch Fluff's interest, and the only person that had ever refused her, thus Fluff is stuck to Fang like glue, her lust turning into admiration as she soon became one of Fang's closest and most loyal allies. Ash didn't mention it, letting her become lost on her fantasies, as it was easier than having to keep an eye on her to protect the charities of the nearby boys, or the sanctities of any married couples in the area. And he thought that Fang had the hard job of talking with the Noble. **Sebastian and Quazar, Ayero, Ladyl Woods** Sebastian was nearly flung back by the force of the Skarmory's attack, barely able to hold his ground. He quickly backed up and moved to hide behind one of the rocks, serving as a buffer between him and the harsh winds. Knwoing that their was no way for the Luxuray to mount any kind of offensive. Which meant it was time for Quazar to finish the job. 'Quazar, finish him with Dragon Ascent' Hearing Sebastian's order, Quazar gave the idea some thought before giving a nod. He stopped his elaborate movements to raise high into the sky at great speeds. When he reached a pod height, he focused on the area the Skarmory was located, and let out a large roar before rocketing towards the it at insane speeds, his entire body glowing with vibrant green light as he smashed into the Steel/Flying type pokemon, soon followed by a large gale of wind slamming in from behind. After the attack, he flew back up, his eyes scanning the area, which was now covered in a thick layer of dust from the power of the impact. He knew that the Skarmory might have survived the impact, but it was likely in no condition to move.

**Coldcoast - Garet** As the ship bumped into the docks Garet left off the boat and moved with a purpose, as he passed village folk waved or nodded, some even cheered in his direction or congratulated him on another job he did well but he ignored them. As he made it to the mayors house he didn't have to knock before the graying mayor answered the door sighting the young knight on his approach up the hill. "What is it Garet?" The man asked, Garet stepped into the main hall without invitation and spoke. "I think we need to speak with the nobles for help." "Have you lost your mind Garet? The nobles would only demand more from us." "And have you lost your mind sir? They might demand more but better to pay them more than end up losing everything to robbers and looters." "You're talking nonsense just give them a little bit of coin here and there and they will leave us alone." Garet shook his head, he wanted to say it wasn't so easy that paying them wouldn't end their problems only worsen it when others heard about how easy it was to stake a claim out here. "I'm going to Snow Crest." Garet said. "Do as you wish boy but when things only worsen i will let the village know who did this to them." "If it gets worse then i will gladly accept the villages hatred but I'm doing whats best for all of us." And with that Garet turned and left slamming the door to the mayors house and stalking back to his hut on the beach. Waiting within the shallows was Picsis who automatically brightened upon sight of her master. "I'm heading out to Snow Crest Picsis and i can't take you i'd freeze to death. So i'll meet you up there when i can." The Magikarp gave her master a understanding wink and went upriver while Garet packed his Seel skin bag with a few provisions and essentials. The quickest route to Snow Crest by land was through the mines but it was treacherous and very few went through both sides of the mine unless they were asking for trouble from a few zubats and various other cave creatures that annoyed passers-by but it was a risk that Garet would have to take the village needed as much help as it could get as it could end up losing trade if the raiders kept at it. As Garet was leaving his eyes fell on the seal that dominated much of his life, it was such a odd symbol with a picture of a Salamence clutching a broken shield, he wasn't even sure if his former lords house stood but just presenting the seal should be enough to get him the audience he needed with the noble so hesitantly he snatched it up and packed it away. Fully packed he set out and walked out of town and into the mines. Upon entry he lit a torch and proceeded onward through the caverns.

??? - Ayero - Ladyl Woods
"That damn Illusion Pokemon, it's still around. We don't have any chance of getting to those kids now..." "Just a bit more time, we just need a bit more time to get those kids, else _He'll_ have our heads." A five cloaked men and a single Alakazam clung to one another, bruised and scratched from the overbearing illusions that had plagued them for so many days now. This group had one mission, collect the children that had been kidnapped by the Skarmory and bring them back to the Island, but it seemed as though it would have been tougher then any of them had expected. The forest had a protector, the battle-scarred Zoroark, and no matter what they attempted they just couldn't get her out of their hair. "Let's try one more time, maybe luck will be-" The man was silenced as a hand rose, owned by the oldest of the five, and as the rest gave him odd looks he chuckled darkly, pointing towards Skarmory's hill. A flash of green fell from the sky suddenly, followed by a large explosion, and then dust. Rayquaza, the Pokemon of the Liastine household. The single Alakzam viewed this with intense, glowing eyes, and then lowered his head in shame. A sign of defeat. "The mission is over, looks like we've been foiled. Let's head back home." The old man spoke, lips bared in an angry snarl. The rest whispered among themselves, eyebrows upturned, and then with silent defeat they retreated into the plains of Aeyro and vanished in a flash of light.
Skarmory - Ayero - Ladyl Woods
The final blow from the Legendary Pokemon had done the job. The armor plating on the Skarmory's back cracked with the impact, and his wings curled away from the hit, becoming much too bent to fly anymore. There was a short scream that had exited it's throat, but it was lost as the Steel-Flying type fainted right then and there. Even if it had managed to stay conscious, it's wings were much too tangled to work, and it's beak and head were much too dented and mangled to even allow it to see or screech. It was, in other words, horribly broken. As the dust cloud began to settle, those who were to expect the Skarmory closer would notice something very peculiar in his now cracked back. An arrow head, different from the ones used by Seth and Sebastian, gleamed from within the steel, dyed magenta by an unknown poison. This was the reason for the Skarmory's madness.
Tidal - Aeyero - Ladyl Woods - Battle With Skarmory
Tidal continued to dodge and circle around the battle, throwing his own barrage of Aurora Beams to continue his usefulness. Sadly, most of them missed, but it helped to keep the already-confused Skarmory from landing any direct blows on his... Eh, teammates. When the wind started to pick up, though, he was caught off guard, and Tidal felt his light body slowly drift upwards as the hurricane-type attack started to pull at the air around them. The human named Seth barked out the Pidgeot's name, and though Tidal could barely see through the swirling whirl-wind he had a hunch that Belle and the Luxray (Morph? Smelt like a Morph) were within the eye of the storm. A sudden blast of wind caught him in his time of thought, and Tidal tumbled back, hitting the stone wall with enough force to stun him. A cry of pain left his throat, and he slid to the dusty earth slowly, one eye closed as he attempted to gaze at the battle once more. The human named Sebastian, who was currently taking shelter behind a nearby rock, shouted something to the serpent high above them, and as Tidal allowed his head to lift slowly Rayquaza shot down from the heavens he braced himself for another heavy gust. As the serpent collided with the earth dust filled the air, and another blast of wind simply blew over Tidal's back, saving him from another injury. Silence filled the clearing then, a good chance for the Vaporeon to clear his mind and relax, just for a moment. 'Wait... Where is she?' The thought was brief but chilling to him, and as the dust began to settle he rose slowly, limping towards the group with wide eyes. Where was Aleida? She wasn't... Here... He turned towards Seth, crying out loudly as he glanced around sporadically, almost as if he were commanding him to find his friend.
Aleida - Ayero - Ladyl Woods - The Nest
'Can't let the kids leave, too dangerous... Stay up, stay up, it doesn't hurt.' Aleida hummed a song loudly, hoping to drown out the sounds of the battle and keep the children calm, and as they gathered around her with upturned eyebrows and red, puffy eyes she smiled weakly. Blood continued to spill from her relatively deep wounds, though she had managed to slow the process by tightening the already firm bandages around her arms. She had already assured the children that she was perfectly fine. Many of the kids had begun to settle down around her, sniffling quietly as what sounded like a war waged on outside, and the one child who clung to an unfamiliar black furball stepped forward suddenly, tears still thick and present in his brown eyes. He held the Pokemon forward, and Aleida cocked her head then gasped as she realized what it was. A Zoroua, a young one at that. Matted fur, closed eyes, and heavy breathing quickly made her realize that it was very sick, and the child who cradled it gently whispered, "Zoroua is sick, it was the second one to come in, me first. No food, bad water from upside-down rocks, so no get better. Please help him, please." The boy cried, more tears swelling with each word. Aleida nodded slowly, ignoring the sudden dizziness that struck her as she reached to her side and closed her hand around the waterskin within her side bag. The slosh of liquid gave her a sudden feeling of relief, and as she took the small Pokemon hesitantly with her bloodied arms she smiled and nodded to the other children kindly, "You're gonna be okay now, right? I'll take you home once my friends make sure everything is safe outside." She pulled the cork fro the waterskin and opened Zoroua's mouth, allowing it to drink first before handing it to the other children, explaining that they should only take a mouthful so that everyone can get some. She then placed the Zoroua onto her lap, wincing as she saw that some of her own blood had become tangled in the Pokemon's thick fur, and dug into her bag once more. Aleida had recently restocked her food and medicine supply thanks to her shopping spree in Ladyl, meaning she had just the thing for the sick Pokemon and the kids. A rather small but thick root was dragged from the leather, an Energy Root, even the smallest amount could help one's recovery from almost any aliment. She first attempted to give the whole slice to the Zoroua, but it was unable to chew it fully, so in the end she had to chew it herself and then force it down the poor thing's throat with a second dose of water. Once the Zoroua's breathing slowed significantly she turned her attention to the children, piling the dried fruits and meats on the cave floor in front of them hesitantly. They gorged quietly, some looking at the swaying Aleida with worry, and as they ate and ate she smiled and turned to gaze out of the cave. From where she sat all she could focus in on was the edge of the clearing, but she could easily hear the shrieks and blasts from the battle that was just out of her sight. Worry made her head feel heavy, or maybe that was the blood loss... A sudden gust of wind sent the group into a flurry of shrieks, and Aleida attempted to raise her arms but found they were much too heavy to move. Worry turned to panic, and she glanced behind her quickly... Just as a another blast of air filled the cave with dust. Everyone hacked and coughed as they breathed in the cloud, and with growing anxiety she yelled, "Take the Zoroua and go outside, please! I'll be right behind you!" The weight on her lap vanished as soon as she barked those orders and with a bit of a struggle she stood, limping towards the light that she could barely see through the smoke cloud. She had managed to lift her arm somewhat up to her mouth, where she would then use her teeth to tightly fasten the bandages around her arm, but it seemed they wounds would require a bit more care. She let her arms drop, letting out a choked cough, and just as she managed to escape the cave and suck up a deep breath of fresh air she was struck with a wave of dizziness, forcing her onto her knees. The children had successfully exited the dust-filled cave, just as the smoke cloud outside settled, and they all gathered together at the sight of a whole new bunch of strangers. The one child holding the Zoroua turned expectantly, awaiting Aleida to appear from the darkness, but all he caught was the slight shadow of her falling to her knees. "Miss!" He cried out, tears swelling up once more.

Sindri ~Ayero Countryside, Road to Hiden (~Interacting with Zavier,Corivana, Claire, John and their pokemon~) Sindri didn't exactly say anything after the discussion about the morphs came to a close. There really wasn't much to say on the matter. Still as the group got ready to move out the desert man would join them on their journey.

**Sebastian and Quazar, Ayero, Ladyl Woods** Sebastian coughed a little as the dust from Quazar's attacked blew over the area, but when it settled he took a look at the Skarmory, a satisfied smile coming over his face. Yeah, that thing wasn't coming to anytime soon. He was going to walk over and put the thing out it's misery, when he heard one of the kids they had saved sscream out. Looking in that direction, he saw that Aleida seemed to be a bit worse for wear at the moment. Seeing her in that state brought to mind very unpleasant memories of the day House Liastine had been attacked, or to be more to the point, how his sister had been cut down in cold blood by one of the invading soldiers. It was at this moment that Quazar, watching from on high, decided to add his two cents on the situation. You should help her 'Why the hell should I do that, she's was a means to an end, and it's her own fault she got injured' And yet, you seem to want to help her 'No, I don't' Yes, you do Sebastian growled at Quazar's annoying insistence, before finally giving in to the legendary dragon. 'Fine, but remember that I'm only doing this to get you to shut up.' Whatever makes you happy Quazar said in an annoyingly victorious tone Ignoring the dragon, Sebastian approached Aleida, kneeling down beside her to inspect her wounds. They were pretty ugly ones, but not beyond his ability. Since he was a wanderer, he usually had to rely on him self for medical attention, thus he had made sure to study it to the best of his ability. While he was no professional, he could patch people up rather well, and had a great amount of knowledge of medicinal plants and substances. Reaching into his belt pouch, he pulled out some bandages, made from Galvantula silk. The slight electrical charge natural present in the fabric would help numb the pain of the wound. He slathered the underside of it with a salve carrying a mixture of Oran and Sitrus berries, more effective on Pokemon, but it would help the wounds heal faster and keep them from getting infected. He then applied them, tying them nice and tight to help staunch the bleeding. Once he had finished, he brought out his canteen, and held it up for her to take a drink. "Here, take a drink so you don't faint." he didn't look at her staring at the small Pokemon in her lap, a Zorua a rare pokemon indeed, that would fetch a high price. But that thought didn't cross his mind, as when he saw this little creature, he saw himself, all alone wondering what had happened to his family, why this had happened to him. "I assume this is the reason the Pokemon you were talking about has been acting out, so lets hurry up and get it to her. Poor thing is probably scared to death at the moment." His voice was soft and gentle as he spoke, his eyes losing their hardness and rigidity.

The situation got really hectic after that. Milly and Mel became passive observers as Neva nearly killed a simple peasant, who appeared out of place in one of the wealthiest communities in Nouvelle. The poor guard and his accompanying Machoke were forced aside from the great bird. Yvetal, or Shade as he was introduced, telepathically relayed his displeasure of Neva. Telepathy was a considerably rare trait in Pokemon and only those who had natural Psychic type usually had that trait. Mel hardly ever used telepathy to relay information with strangers as she had always believed that telepathy was only considered with those close to you, at least that's what Mel explained it to Milly. She wouldn't even consider opening up with other humans outside of Milly at this point, but maybe to other worthy Pokemon. Regardless, that happened and both Milly and Mel watched it all unfold with an absent mind, not really caring too much. They both gave each other a look as if saying "Do you know what's going on?" "Not one bit." Before watching the rest of it unfold. During all this, Milly's house guard and some of the plaza's guard had mobilized and formed a phalanx that blocked access to the stage. At this point, Milly had to intervene. "Alright that's enough!" She commanded in a booming voice. Her guard eased up a bit and turned around to face their future Countess or Earl, which ever suited them. "Who cares if Neva is aggressively protective. Who cares if Shade disapproves. Who cares if you can pet Neva freely. Let's just take a walk up to the Manor and have a nice, late breakfast." Milly strutted with a manner of authority as she stepped down the stairs of the stage, her guard parted and allowed her passage, but slowed her step to a gentle caution as she approached Sophia, not wanting to alarm Neva again. Milly turned to face Cheviot Hill and offered her arm for Sophia to cling to, just like Milly had wanted to formally escort her superior before all this nonsense. "Come on, Sophia. We can get those scraps looked at once we are inside." She said empathetically to the dainty blonde before turning to the other man, Korrigan. "You're welcome to come along." She said sternly.

Korrigan nodded, moving to be right next to the girl, or at least as close as her guards would allow. He scanned her face intensely for a second, trying to remember if he's met her before. He thinks he might have seen her when he was taken to all of the noble families(the important ones anyway) to announce him being the new master of Yveltal. It was a pretentious way for them to remind everyone that they still had a giant death bird at their command and that they weren't afraid to use it. That had been when he was around 10 years old, if he remembered correctly. "Hello, um, Madame Cheviot right? My name is Korrigan Umbraisis, but my since that' a mouth full please due as Sophia does and call me Korrey, or don't if you feel the need to be super proper about it. Oh, and I don't know if your guards had told you about this yet, but I have taken care of your bandit problem and returned any hostages or kidnap victims that they had. And this is my partner Shade," With that he made a flourish to the large Dark-Flying type, who gave a small bow. "Anyway, have we met before? If so, then I apologize for asking but what is your first name, unless you want me to call you Madame Cheviot for the duration of my visit."

Corivana Espada & Kyo (interaction with Claire, John, Sindri, and Zavier)
Path to Nona Nursery - Ayero
Corivana had to stop herself from rubber-necking to look at the small army of armored men who now clambered on the road behind herself, Kyo, and the rest of their merry band of adventurers. Her eye flicked back subtly to check their numbers, and she had been wrong: they numbered more than just a mere forty. Near two hundred strong, and all marching in perfect synchronization with the well oiled discipline that proper military training enforced on it's troops. She could faintly make out pokemon running along side each of them, mere silhouettes. She tugged on Kyo's harness to get her pokemon to speed up, and bit her lip. She really couldn't afford to be found out here. Her identity was top secret. Even talking to the Lady Claire was going to be frowned upon when she wrote it in her report upon arriving at the capital. "It do be on this path comin' up, mateys." Corivana said suddenly, pointing to a well worn road that forked off from the main one, and wound it's way through the forest on their right. A high canopy of trees and vines made a whimsical arched ceiling over the road, giving the path a pleasant shade. She didn't look back to see if any of her companions followed her to the path. She would leave even the Lady Claire in the dust if it meant retreating away from the overwhelming anxiety she felt about any one of the pawns in that army even suspecting who she was.
Nona Nursery had once been the home of the legendary nurse, Nona, who was known for her abundant generosity and kindness, as well as for her immeasurable skills at healing people and pokemon alike. Now, however, it is known for producing many young medics who go to aid the King's Guard with their skills to heal. The village sits next to the great river that the Espada barges travel down to deliver produce to the capital. Because of this, the Nursery gets fresh produce without having to grow their own, but they have rare berries being maintained by the local pokemon to help supplement their economy. The entire village sits beneath the welcoming shade of the forest it's located in, and only streams of sunlight pierce the foliage high overhead. The Nursery is a paradise for fairy, water, bug, and normal type pokemon. 'And it wont be much longer before we arrive.' Corivana gripped the harness tightly, causing her knuckles to go white. The current Elder Nurse, Adelheit, was an old waraxe. The lady was the black sheep of the rest of the village, atleast personality-wise, yet they looked up to her and welcomed the difference. "She also do be an infuriating old coot!" Corivana said outloud, and mostly to herself. Adelheit could prove to be a challenge to deal with, she was sharp and witty, even at such an old age - and she had always given Corivana a hard time. Corivana wasn't sure if it was because Adelheit enjoyed torturing her, or if the old lady was just senile, but coming here had been something she was intending to avoid. Meanwhile, Kyo spoke with Zavier. "It seems like she named you, little one. She calls me Kyo, so let's play sometime since you're our friend now, Fate!" The Kyogre practically beamed with happiness, but it wasn't just because Zavier was part of their duo-now-trio. She knew this road, and what lay on the other end. "You'll like the Nursery, Fate. All of the houses have plants growing out of their roof, and they feed you good food. Maybe you can try to break your collar here? Adelheit has a sharp claw that might work!" As Kyo followed the bend of the path, Nona Nursery came to life before them, unfurling in an array of plant life, pokemon, and people all scurrying about their tasks. Children laughed as they played games with eachother and their pokemon, while teenagers flocked together on the wood and stone porches of houses, or ran across the village square with a bundle of plants in their arms, obviously on a chore.
No guards stood at the entrances, but instead about two dozen archers archers with their pokemon settled atop the roof of their homes and kept casual watch over the town. Not much crime happened here, so the archers took their job about as seriously as the children playing in the square below. "We do be here, mateys. Nona Nursery. Ye should find the Elder Nurse Adelheit if ye do be wantin' yer haxxorus treated, John." Corivana announced as she swung down off of Kyo. A feeling of nostalgia bubbled in her belly as she glanced over the small town. She had flirted with many women here, back when she and they were teenagers, but they had almost all left to go to aid the King's Guard with their skills. Nostalgia went quickly to something more bittersweet, but she shrugged it away with a casual shrug of her shoulders. "I do be off to find meself some grub, good luck with Adelheit. If ye do wish to accompany Kyo and meself further to the capital, we do be leavin' before the hour chimes." She gestured to a clock sitting in the middle of the town, just next to the pokemon center. Just barely ten minutes into the hour. Corivana swaggered into the village, Kyo floating serenely behind her.
Sophia Skyheart & Neva (interaction with Korrigan, Milly, and Zaegar)
Nouvelle - Lugere
Sophia could feel Neva shaking with rage from where her hand lay on him, but he remained oddly silent through Shade's criticism - which was very unlike her articuno to do. But even Sophia was taken aback when Korrigan pushed his luck and came to pet Neva. Sophia turned her eyes to Neva and gave him a look that spoke volumes. Don't do it. The articuno ruffled his feathers out and began to vigorously clean himself where Korrigan had touched them. Neva didn't dislike Korrigan, but it would be safe to say that the legendary pokemon has his feathers in a bunch. Sophia managed to renew her smile when Milly spoke. A tinge of jealousy crept into her as she watched her old-now-new friend diffuse the situation as if it were as simple as breathing. 'I could never do that.' She had learned from books, but practical, hands-on... that was beyond her. 'For now... I'll learn to get better. Coming here was the right choice. I'll learn a lot from Milly.' She waited until Korrigan finished asking who Milly was before looping a dainty arm through Milly's own. "Thank you Milly, I would enjoy that. I'm sure she can answer your questions on the walk there, Korrey, I'd love to get out of this chill and have a delicious Nouvelle-style breakfast. Come Neva, and behave!" Sophia's leg and arm were throbbing indeed, and she'd kill to be sitting in front of a fire and eating whatever delicacies this wondrous town has to offer. The articuno pranced closely behind her and Milly, a protective force of nature. "I apologize for my behavior in your territory, Lady Mel." Neva said to Mel, his imperious sounding voice taking on a slightly humble cadence. "That Morph basically begged to have his throat ripped out for offending us with it's presence, and for trying to hurt my Sophia." There was nothing humble about his voice as he finished. His eyes gleamed with a predatory light as he glanced back at where the Morph was.

Zaeger had remained impassive as the Articuno's peak stopped a hairsbreath from his throat. He hadn't been concerend, a little impressed with how fast the evil bird could move but concerened? No. And then even more to his great offense one of the pigheaded nobles there decided he would pet the dang bird and didn't even get his head bitten off. "Hey, hey, hey!" he said pushing through the two gaurds in front of him. "So let me get this straight." he began angrily, "In nearly die because I accidently toss a rock somewhere in the bird's vicinity, but this red hedgehog gets to hug him without even a look in his direction." He knew that nobles were arragent swine but even this was taking it a bit far. Zaeger glared back at tge Articuno returning every ounce of his predatoral look with an air of offened superiority and a look of total disdian, now he was praticlly begging the stupid bird to come and fight him. Zaegar wasn't worried about his own safety and the more trouble he could cause these stupid nobles the better.

Korrigan eye twitched as the man that Neva had attacked called him a 'red hedgehog'. That's it, fuck being civil, fuck manners, that fucker was going down. Korrigan, please remain calm. He's a Morph and you fighting him carries a real chance of danger. Shade was speaking to Korrey directly, and would have sounded more convincing if he wasn't chuckling while he talked. "Oi, blonde, who the fuck are you calling a red hedgehog. I hope you can back that talk up, cause I'm going to beat your ass all over this damn town. What'll it be,swords, fists, you name and I'm willing to play it. And if anyone else interferes than you'll have to deal with Shade." Korrigan walked right over to the Morph, grabbing him by the collar and staring him right in the eye, his eyes glowing red and shadowy apparitions forming around him "After I'm done with you, your going to wish that Neva tore your sorry throat out."
