Ah I see. Have you tried something warm on you're tummy? Try lying down with your knees up. It's called the banana position and relaxes your tummy muscles

Warm helps but not enough, plus I couldn't carry it to work. The major issue is the nausea and the fact that my sense of smell and taste gets so sensitive that I can't even brush my teeth without wanting to puke from the scent of toothpaste.
