I mean I traded a few cards waaay back towards the start but exchanging cards for either points or cards at some reasonable rate seems to be the answer.

Well, yeah. But the issue is settling on that number. If it's too low the system could be abuseable or everyone's have their end-game decks in no-time, and if it's too high then it's hardly worth considering.

Something a lot more reasonable is something like 30 cards for a pack of your choice.

Plus, points have inherently higher value to packs. They can be used to buy singles, packs are a gamble. It's why I'd rather hand out a pack compared to a set amount of points.

Maybe have certain rarities of cards be worth certain "Trade Points", and say you need like 20 points to get a pack. You could trade a couple rare cards that you don't ever plan on using for a chance at getting a better pack, or you could just trade a bunch of fodder/stuff you will never use anyways. That'd probably be a pain to calculate though.

Kind of a short post, but with good reason. I'm going to wait and see what Nathan and Brooklyn do, as well as any additional commentary other students may have, before moving on. Can't really give Hayato and Andre something to do, though, since I don't know their exact whereabouts.

EDIT: that is, to say, that I'm waiting on a reply from a select few before moving on.
