SHe wants to have Shard copy val as lightning form as it is pure plasma and thus still has mass to replicate, debatable if living lightning is organic or not. Then have Kim control and manipulate to direct Val's flow of direction. Val is the light, kim is the focusing lens.

First off, replicating lightning is far too difficult because the atoms are in overdrive in that state. Casper's ability wouldn't be able to keep up with the pure speed of moving lightning.

Secondly, Casper cannot replicate anything he cannot "touch". This is why he can't replicate liquids. It needs to be solid in one form or another.

I have limited Casper's abilities quite drastically for a few reasons, mainly because he doesn't age. His mutation will develop extremely slowly because otherwise he'd be a God eventually. I never actually had any developments of his mutation planned for this RP at all. I'm satisfied with where he's at, so to speak.

In short, he can't replicate lightning.

@knighthawk Boosting Casper's power in his scenario would make no sense. I find no need to dig until our fingers bleed for Casper to be useful right now. Every character isn't always useful in every situation, that's fine. He'll let everyone else take care of this.
