There are rumors roaming around the family that Kurt might be in a relationship with a woman much older then him, but for some reason he dosen't want to talk about it, not even with his father who he loves very much and always changes the subject.(I will work more on this in the RP if that's okay.)

Kurt weighs 178 lbs and has a height of 6'1". He has short brown hair, blue eyes and a short beard. He has an athletic constitution which is the result of him working out in the gym. When it comes to clothing Kurt is not a very big fan of suits and likes to dress casual. Usually if you check his wardrobe you will find jeans and other kinds of casual pants, t-shirts, leather jackets or coats, sneakers, boots, canvas shoes and only one suit that he uses only on special occasions. He has two tattoos, one representing a cobra snake on his right shoulder blade(pic) and the 2nd is the Mustang logo on the back of his neck(pic).

Kurt is an independent person that always struggled to succeed in life on his own without help from his family. He wants to be remembered not as just another Montgomery kid but for what he did on his own. Despite that however, he is extremely loyal to the family and to his father in particular, whom he loves very much and always looked up to. So to that extent he will stand up for his family against anyone and anything. He is known for beying conservative and not liking change very much and even if that change occurs Kurt usually struggles to keep things exactly the same.

Kurt is known for beying open-minded and listening to other people's ideas or opinions even if he dosen't agree with them or dosen't believe them himself. For example at the car shop he owns, when they're working on a new car, Kurt will always listen to what ideas his guys have for customizing it even though he might have some ideas himself, he listens to his guys first. Kurt's habit of always beying sincere and saying exactly what he thinks often got him in trouble as not everybody appreciated the remarks he made. Still that didn't stop him from continuing to be the outspoken person he is. The only time he shows some restraint is when he's around his father, well it also depends on the situation. Up until last year Kurt had a really serious womanizer reputation. But all of a sudden he changed out of nowhere and started beying more nice and respectful with women. He also has his own set or principles and beliefs and hangs on to then no matter what.

Ability;;

Steel Mimicry - Kurt has the ability to change his body into some form of organic steel. Thus the nickname. His transformed form is anatomically identical to his normal form only that is made of this organic steel. While in this form Kurt's strength, endurance and durability are greately increased. He also becomes immune to diseases and electricity and also resistant to sudden changes in temperature.

Limitations;;

After he transforms Kurt basically becomes one solid piece of organic steel. This means that his speed and agility will be greately diminished because of the added weight and he will also be unable to float. The latter is also what led to his fear of drowning. Kurt will also become vulnerable to magnetism and even corossion but the last one usually only if certain chemical substances are used against him.

History;;

The oldest son of the Montgomery family, Kurt always took pride in the name he was wearing but his independent and sometime rebellious attitude often getting him in trouble with the teachers in high school and even with his father who constantly tried in various ways to discipline him. As the years passed away and he was growing, he started to shed away the rebelliousness but remained an independent person, determined to succeed on his own without help from his family. However when his father or any other family member needed him for something he was always there to get the job done. At least from this point of view he was 100 percent reliable. Many tough cops that thought they were gonna clean up the city were turned into punching bags for Kurt's personal delight. He also hates the other rivaling families and will do anything that might cause them harm

Yes when it comes to crime, Kurt always did his best to get his family as up as he possibly could. He did it mostly to show his father that he is not that crazy teenager anymore that he's now a man, loyal to the family. Independent but always loyal. Although he lives at the family mansion Kurt also has a condo in the city's downtown sector where he spends time when he wants to be alone. Cars are everything or mostly everything to him. He owns a car shop which he uses to restore and customize the various vehicles that clients come with. He often engages in street racing despite the dangers. Kurt explained to his father when the two discussed about the matter that he does it not only because he loves cars but also because of the adrenaline and the sensations it gives him.

A real ladies man Kurt really wasn't interested in relationships and just enjoyed the company of women. Bars, night clubs, strip clubs it didn't matter where. Up until last year when his attitude towards them changed drastically, becoming more respectful and nice. Some family members and mansion employees even came with the idea that Kurt is actually in a relationship wih someone, but that someone is much older then him. However this is a subject that Kurt refuses, for some reason to talk about. After discovering his power, Kurt used it extensively, especially when he was enforcing for the family. He likes what he is and wouldn't want to become a normal person for anything in the world.

He kinda looks like Ezra Miller. lol But that face claim could definitely work as either the younger or middle brother, depending on where u place him. Though, to be honest, he looks half-asian half-white. So if he was in the montgomery or the edmund family, he could potentially be a half-sibling if like their dad had an affair with an asian woman at some point. Could be an interesting dynamic.

Tall and slim, James is clearly a man in his prime. At a hair under six feet tall he doesn’t tower over many, and though trim and in shape, is hardly physically intimidating. His broad chest tapers to a slim athlete’s waist, and his figure is clearly toned. He takes after his father, with a strong jawline and careful, watchful eyes, though he’s not entirely grown out of the boyish cockiness that comes with substantial wealth and literal power. He is rarely clean shaven, usually wearing a few days of stubble or even a half beard, worn with a casually effortless look.

James’ days of adolescent rebellion are mostly behind him, and he dresses and carries himself with the confidence of someone who is heir to the Montgomery criminal empire. Expensive tailored suits and Italian leather shoes are part and parcel of the son of a crime lord. He wears no jewellery save for a steel dress watch about his left wrist. He has no tattoos on his arms or neck, his father expressly forbade them, clear tattoos being too easy a method of identification, though he has a large snarling lion tattooed on the left side of his chest.

Chess, it’s something of a departure from his outwardly playboy attitude, but he’s played chess with his father since he was young, and though he has little hope of beating him, he’s developed quite a talent of his own.
Dancing, it’s a not very well kept secret, but James is surprisingly graceful, and has been taking lessons since he was eight, he could probably have competed at a state level, if not nationally if he’d been allowed to.

James is the heir to the Montgomery empire, he is being groomed as such, but that doesn’t mean he has not had his bouts of childish rebellion, or that they are entirely in the past. He is accustomed to being better than people, to being powerful, not to say that he particularly looks down on people with less than himself, but he perhaps enjoys his position a little too much. He is arrogant, but of the sort born of a sense of near invulnerability, though his powers do not extend his life, his position as the eldest son as one of the cities eldest crime lords have seen him walk out of more cells than most people see in their lifetimes. It has lent him a certain cockiness that some might take personally.

He’s always been more relaxed and laid back than his peers. He can be serious when the occasion calls for it, and is business-like when he needs to be, but he thinks that most of the other family’s children, including his own siblings, take their lives far too seriously. That said, he is loyal to his family, and takes his familial bonds seriously, even if occasionally he seems to make light of them. Behind the playful, joking exterior there is a cleverer, more collected mind than most would give him credit for, and it’s up to those who are more insightful to wonder just how much of the exterior is real, or manufactured to dissuade others from delving deeper.

Kinetic Mathematics
James has a rather unusual ability that allows him to manipulate kinetic energy, specifically to multiply or divide it. Within a small field, a foot out from the surface of his skin, he can multiply or divide the kinetic energy of objects or people. This allows him to accomplish such feats as slowing bullets to the point that they fall to the ground, or throw fully grown men a dozen feet without breaking a sweat. It allows him to throw punches as hard as a boxing champion, and brush off a heavy blow as though it were a gentle stroke against his skin. In order to function the ability requires kinetic energy to already be present, so he cannot blow down walls, though knocking a door off its hinges is possible as long as it is not too heavy.

Limitations;;

His body is just as fragile as any other, for example, he could not break out of handcuffs, he might well be able to magnify the kinetic energy from snapping his wrists apart, but steel is still stronger than flesh and bone, and this would likely only result in broken wrists. At the very least he would be in considerable pain.

Also, he cannot multi-task with the ability, he can divide, or multiply, not both at the same time. So he can simulate super strength, and super endurance, but not at the same time. Throwing someone through walls comes at the risk of taking bullets himself. It is also entirely conscious, catch him unawares, with a stealthy enough attack, and you will likely be able to take him down, though he has trained himself to react instinctively to gunshots.

History;;

The eldest son, James has been raised with the weight of the family business on his shoulders, perhaps as a result of that he has been guilty of not a few youthful indiscretions. A restless spirit, he was frequently found drinking and doing drugs, walking out of arrests thanks only to the cops and judges in his parent’s pockets. He went through the three top private schools in the city, only graduating at the last one, coasting through thanks to his own innate intelligence as opposed to any actual discipline on his part.

Driven to the edge of distraction, his father made a last ditch gamble in order to bring his son back onto the straight and narrow, in as much as they could live in that fashion. He gave him responsibility, made him effectively a small time lieutenant in the organisation. Strangely enough James took to it like a fish to water. Sure he was cocky, he joked about it around the dinner table, but when it came to discussing business with his father his cocky attitude receded, and he grew more serious, finally demonstrating the true intelligence and understanding he always had, but had never explored.

He still lives that playboy lifestyle though, he’s moved out, and owns a small penthouse in one of the city’s more expensive apartment blocks. A womanizer, it was usually rare that there wasn’t a woman or two coming home with him that night, and it was only when his father gave him responsibility that he cleared up what could have become an expensive cocaine habit. He still has his extravagant parties, nights out where he buys drinks for the entire club, still flirts outrageously with every attractive woman within eyesight.
