Also, the idea of making her having light (almost non existent scales, compared to another dragon's scales) is basically to compensate for her enhanced breath which is quite powerful. The speed is a small advantage (basically something to make her able to dodge and flee from attacks so she won't die with one hit.

One question: the scales are the heaviest things on a dragon, right?

Question to y'all, would it be too strange to have a dragon that has light scales, and is not nearly as physically tough as the other dragons? Also, instead of being good in close range combat, uses more a long range approach, using hit and run tactics (particularly employing it's speed to get the upper hand against the other dragons when defending it's library?)

A dragon who can only shapeshift into a human (only into a human.) for two days or it will suffer a magic overload due to its "human" body not being enough to hold it's magic power, making it extremely sick and weak, being potentially lethal? Plus being completely innofensive and vulnerable while on its human form?

And even while in dragon form, be at disadvantage at hand to hand combat if against other dragons?

In compensation for all that, this dragon is very well versed at magic, and it's breath attacks are more than just fore or frost. Maybe something like a plasma beam and absolute zero frost breath? He

Was thinking in a spell to help the GM to preserve things. Be they cities, *ahem* trees *ahem* & etc. But at the same time, allow the satisfaction of destroying everything.

A spell with a lengthy casting time. Conjures a big magical circle affecting said area. All the things (maybe people too?) inside it will create an exact copy, a "reflection" under this magic circle, almost like a mirror. Upon the completion of the spell, the reflection and the real things will change places. The "reflections" can be completely destroyed, but as long as the real thing under the mirror is ok, when the spell is lifted, it will change places with the reflection again, completely unharmed.

It would be something exclusively lore-wise. Too lengthy and requiring a big source of power (other mages to help the caster.)

Edit: Maybe a spell exclusive to Mirror? (Hence the name? )
