I have this good-aligned goddess in mind. Her domain goes around earth, biological life, fertility, and health; like the lesser aspect of Parvati-Lakhsmi but appears closer to the Apsaras in her initial summoning. Might need help in fitting her better with the setting if this is acceptable.

Yes there are cybernetics. Also, this youtuber username Magik Kidz has many episodes of a show called 2057. There are invisibility cloaks, for starters.
