I was pretty tired when I read that, so apologies about any confusion that was caused.

Not really that big of an issue, it just means that for the time being, I am an observer.
It isnt going to be that big of a deal.

Edit:And even if Earth/Sol is unknown, since my faction I guess is technically the main human faction, would probably be taking it.

Which is what I asked to begin with.
My post has been severely delayed due to.... "Things." I would prefer not to discuss them, but will be working on getting my post up as soon as possible, at the very least to respond to Voltus.
For all intents and purposes, vanished, I do plan to have it show up later, but not at the current moment.

Earth has vanished for so long that they literally don't even know Earth as a word.

Here's a question then. If Earth has been gone for so long that humanity doesn't even know of it as a word(Going to skip right on by how ridiculous that sounds), what is the significance of it re-appearing? Surely if it has been gone for so long, then it coming back would really not be that big of a deal.

"Some planet was just discovered, they call it Earth. Apparently people came from there at some point."

"Earth, huh? Never heard of it. What's so important about these asshats?"

"Have no idea, I say we waste them."

Why Not Pan-Centauri Confederacy, you could have some story about how humans colonised the multiple Centauri Systems, and when the dark ages of Human History began, they lost contact, leading the the creation of the Pan-Centauri Confederacy, that including every Human Planet in all of the Centauri Systems?

-shrugs- Could be whatever, mostly wondering why it is that Earth is mysteriously off-limits and what sort of plans are going on there. It feels really arbitrary, especially with the whole "Been so long its completely forgotten."

@duck55223 How long exactly has it been since humanity has attained FTL?
<Snipped quote by Alfhedil>

Well when I say vanished, it still exists, it just that no one knows it is the Sol System or Earth, as knowledge of it was lost in several dark periods in human history.

Does it have to be centered around Sol?

Pan-Solar Confederacy. The core of the faction is centered around Sol, and the capital of the government being Earth and Mars.

<Snipped quote by Alfhedil>

What was your intended faction? I may be able to come up with a work a round.

The Pan-Solar Confederacy, essentially a Holy Roman Empire-esque faction centered around the Sol system and for the most part humanocentric. By the very nature of your first comment, this faction is now impossible. I would question how it is that Earth has vanished, as that is an exceedingly silly notion for a planet to just vanish, but it seems you already have plans for Earth and the majority of humans.
<Snipped quote by Alfhedil>

Earth(and it's associated history) has disappeared from the current galaxy. There is a "main" human faction, but it and it's various incarnations have existed for thousands of years.

<Snipped quote by duck55223>

Wait, by disappeared, do you mean vanished, or do you mean it was destroyed? Because I wanted Earth as a capital for my Evolved Human Empire.

Well, looks my intended faction is no longer viable here. I'll keep watching.
@AlfhedilThat either means torture stuff or sexual stuff.

Hmm. Vague interest.

Also, is there an established human faction as of yet? As in a player as the core-human group controlling earth and setting the origin?
