@Arawak *shrug* Looks alright to me. If Duck finds something off, he'll say so.
My species is very specialized in magic, to the point where they would be unable to even function as a civilization without it. This has the major drawback of making replacing losses in a war harder than other species because their capability for telekinesis and its many, many applications and fields takes decades if not centuries to master. The Zedevic don't have terribly high populations either, since they take much longer to mature and don't really reproduce fast. Such high level is needed to pilot spaceships, which means that they can't just pump out ships the way some other factions might.

It also leads to them having major tech disparities with other factions, something of which makes them rather trade reliant.

None of this really explains what magic they have, beyond a "capability for telekinesis" and justifications for why you feel they should have this magic. Explain what their magic DOES, like to the full extent they are capable of, and then an opinion can be formed.
What is OP here?

I need some specifics.

This really isn't that hard. Anything that gives you a clear advantage over every other player, or is simply illogical to the point of absurdity is a clear definition of OP. Instead of questioning the rule, why not just post what you are concerned over, so that an opinion can be formed on it?
From all things, there is always a remnant of that greater truth that once existed before, a sign that loss is not ever a true loss, that even in death, life goes on. They are just such an entity, the cast offs of a species that existed long before the stars of their region of space were even born, a species doomed to die by their own artifice, yet refusing to let go of their own hubris. These long dead organic constructs created the first of what would become the Synchronicity, those few survivors of a threat that could not be named, those few who resolved to carry on the legacy of their kind to the stars and beyond. From emotion and primal drive, cold logic and the need to preserve a legacy erupted with the fury of a species that would not be denied their place among the stars. Their manner speaks of logic in all things, yet behind that, they are screaming that they will not go out silently into the night to be forgotten, that they will be remembered. All that they knew, all that they loved has fallen into ash, and they will not suffer the same fate.

The Synchronicity will rise.

While I prepare some things for my NS, I'll go ahead and clarify a few things on them first. Namely is that they operate more as an NPC under a very certain set of rules and behaviors that I have created them with. First and foremost, is that they do not wage war with other species, nor do they intrinsically desire anything that another nation would have. Though they are aloof and eccentric compared to most nations, and even purposefully isolated from others, they see no purpose behind removing a civilization unless very particular circumstances are met. Chances are, that no nation here will meet those circumstances at any point in time. Second, is that while they are rather kept to themselves, there are those within the higher echelons of the civilization that willfully communicate with other civilizations and make frivolous deals and arrangements.

Also, this is a nation that I made sure Duck was familiar with and to clarify on before even going forward with the idea.
Bit busy atm so I'll be answering questions sporadically.

@Alfhedil sorry Krellians are not am available faction atm because of their mysterious nature. Uh depends do you have a specific example for transhumanism?

Well, it depends largely on the extent to which you are comfortable with. Take in mind, I'm just poking inquisitively, and any concept I have does not intrinsically hinge on the answers. Transhumanism, if you're not familiar, is the ideal of enhancing the human body to a greater state, and generally involves cybernetic replacement of body parts, up to and including vital organs. More extreme cases could be taken to Posthuman levels, where things like uploads are, and people directly interfacing with AIs and computers in general.
Yoh, NS incoming when I got a moment.
A few questions, more so for my own curiosity than anything else really. Is the Krellian Republic exclusively a background feature, or is it permissible for player characters to come from the faction? Furthermore, what is the stance regarding transhumanism?
If that's your reasoning, than you should be banning everyone since by faction isn't a "all consuming hive mind"... They're more nuanced than that.

My guys don't just exist for mindless consumption and expansion. They're more interesting than that. By far.

For one they can be allied with and manipulated into fighting your wars for you.

Let me quote your post on the first page:

<Snipped quote by Alfhedil>

Being able to mold impossible life forms and terraform worlds into places for massive mind totem things that go into space (like giant, organic space elevators I suppose).

They also may cause perversions of the mind to those that observe certain specimens of Anvyat.

They aren't all consuming beings, they just don't really seem to notice when their actions are killing millions of people.

That last sentence in particular should be looked at.
If you want to know, I am UnknownSoldier/Oblitus.

Wow. I knew there was something off about you. With that, I know that there is nothing I can actually say, regardless of how well I present it that you will listen to. Ignorance can only be argued with so much.

@Keyguyperson, @WilsonTurner, Hope you two enjoy the RP, and I apologize for any misunderstandings there may be between us. While I will not argue them here, I maintain that there were no rules broken, and that Cale's accusations are quite ludicrous. Such is always the case when someone holds a vendetta against you. Wilson, I'm sure you will understand, what with how you and Duck are.
