OC's are not allowed. But you're free to change a canon character in whatever way you'd want. I judge each character on a case-by-case basis. If I like what you did to the character, you're good to go. It's all very vague, I know.
A little bit, but I understand. I'll just see who I feel like making and go from there, I guess.
So, based on what others have asked, is it safe to assume that we're only able to use canon characters? Or are OCs allowed as well?
